In my opinion, this is one of the criteria for choosing ISO, the more people signed up there is a productive dialogue, the higher the rating I give them

I believe that you are right. The success of the ico is dependent on people's interest in the project, and of course if it will be of interest to them it will manifest in their activity in social networks and group telegram.

Been seeing projects' Telegram groups blow up and I think that's an attribute of success. Personally, when I find a project, I do judge them by their social media presence. How active a telegram channel does say a lot with their demand.

With the rise of groups exceeding Telegram's 50k member cap...what do you guys think?

Yes, surely telegram is a measure to check ICO success rate.

The number of followers in an ICO telegram is a sure shot way to judge its popularity and grasp in the market. Followers are either taking part in the ICO or planning to take part and currently on telegram to check the performance of that particular ICO.

Also, the telegram is a great way to interact with ICO admin directly and this interaction usually reflect in great success.

Telegram users can be easily manipulated, if you are participating in a serious ico don't use the telegram numbers as some sort of measurement.

It could be too, because from here you can know how the dev, investors and interested investors is active. That is why you can easily know of the project is a scam or not.

Every time I join in ICO I'm always updated in the telegram because this is my way to know more about the future of the coin, the telegram will really help us because we can ask dev about our concern and they answer us.

A large number of participants and subscribers can be very deceptive. In my humble opinion, this is the last point, what you need to pay attention to when choosing an investment object. You can look at the number of participants in the telegram groups of different stupid airdrops and you will understand everything. It is necessary to look at absolutely other things when choosing.

That's what it looks like telegram is where all the coin talks are starting up at.

There is a big difference between a good project and a project that brings good profits. A large number of participants in groups tells me only about the popularity and possible manipulation of the developers. I'm not sure that such a project will bring me a profit.

not because social media has lots of member means they are successful, since we cant convert the members into market value.and as what I observed telegram members are most CAMPAIGN PARTICIPANTS and just waiting for their token to be released.and just like facebook and twitter this platform uses only to communicate, not to invest.

Telegram is just a channel for communication, but I still pay attention to its total people number.
Because more people mean more fire and more attention on the project, the chances of success are greatly increased, and our chances of making a profit are greatly increased.

its depend how active dev are answering all investors question. it also depend how active is the group. the team project also must be very active to give a new info about their project in telegram and to make sure telegram didnt died just like that. this also giving the good look to the investors of how serious are their with their project up.

This upcoming ICO is gaining really great popularity because millions know Telegram and actively use it. They are all ready to invest into the project that seems to them will never fail. This video can be interesting for you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHEOG2XQ1ag

Not really, some of the members are being paid to joined the telegram and not all people in the telegram will buy ICO, some of them only joined and asked for information, more members in telegram means more people are interested in that coin but that can't be the measurement of the ICO successful

i dont think it matters you have icos with telegram less than 2k and they sell out in less than 5min on other hand you have icos with bigger telegrams that need a week to sell out, it all depends on project and marketing, you can get full telegram group with airdrop, but that does not mean its a good project, need an excampe? BITCOIN IS THE CURRENCY OF THE GLOBE
The social media has  help to  enhance the growth of  ICO through  community development, discussion in the telegram forum tends to help to enhance confidence in the project and it's development, thou it not a major way to measure the  ICO success, Individual research is the way to go  to determine your decision on a project,\.

I think Pavel Durov is genius! This project will have a great success. But also I think average people will not have an opportunity to buy their tokens during ICO. Everything will be sold to big investors on pre-sale

In my opinion Ico success is not measure by telegram, cause its like for helping communication between investor and trades, they talk into telegram for promotion his project and update about the project.

Yes, Telegram is a very useful tool for ICO to be more successful because they can address all investors inquiries instantly unlike just relying on posts and email it will be a time wasting making the investors bored due to their questions will not be answer right away. Facilitating ICO should make the investors feel will informed and at ease so that they could easily to decide in which the time for booth ICO and the investors will be save.
I use Telegram to see what people are in to. Most investors that use Telegram are very knowledgeable in the coin channel.
