It is never too late to get into cryptocurrencies. You can always try your first investment if you see a good dip to buy more coins. Bear markets were really been long this time and we really did not see good price after the mid 2017 but now we can expect a bull run and buying more and more coins before the bull run arrives is the first sign to get rich ahead. We all know how fastly the price for bitcoins can pump back without giving us a chance to buy at that time.
You can buy some bitcoins if the price reaches $3k again and than wait for the bull run to sell your bitcoins above $10k

I see now the market is starting to improve. so maybe you're right, it starts to increase even though it's very slow. and for long-term investment, I think it can be started at any time.

Bitcoin was already aged more than 10 years now and there were lot of crypto currencies were created after bitcoin,so now it all has very great value when compared to it was launched so it means it actually improved right?

Since 2018 the prices were bearish but you can compare the current prices with lower price of cryptos by this year to see how much it was grown in this year.

Probably this feeling is starting to take shape! In the last few days some abnormal valuations for this bear market period have begun to appear and this is interesting for short and medium term prospects! But I think it's always important to be cautious and continue the hard work because the bears can still show up! It's not a good idea to be greedy right now.

What's your timeline when you say long-term?
I don't know if there is really a right time for long-term investment but I do know it is a good time to accumulate now if you have no plan to sell them in the next few months/years.

Well if we look at the price, volume and marketcap of BTC and compare it to those when the price was at the all time low of this year then we can surely make out that the market has improved a lot lately.
Why do you have to wait for a good time to start investing in BTC ? Besides that you say that you want to invest for a long term, why do you care about the price at all ?
Now would be the best time for you to invest in BTC if you are planning to invest in it for a long term.

There is no exact time for this question. If you truly trust this market, then it is best to choose the best investments. I would personally choose to invest in the OKB, BNB, BIB, HT because these are the safest coins in this market or you can invest in new IEO projects with more profits.

Hopefully the market seem to be recovery from last year dip and it might take some time for it to soar higher. The recent rise in the price was encouraged but later started slowing down back to 3,780$ but as at today the price rise to 3,960$ hoping it cross the 4,000$ before the month runs out, and to await the major rise in few months time.
