What is stable market. Is it when price remain as it is or when is some range 100-300 difference. Still if we look in charts we dont see any major spikes in price its slow and stable its not boom 15000 again. From this angle I believe this current price is stable.

Let's just admit it. Under the current situation, the market will never get "stabilized". The vast majority of the coins are in free-float, and under these circumstances there will be a lot of volatility attached with the exchange rates. In order to decrease the volatility, we need to reduce the proportion in free-float.
Since the beginning of this year, the cryptocurrency market has been surprisingly very stable. Only from the beginning of April the cryptocurrency shows slow growth and the market as a whole has revived. Therefore, I do not see any problems with price stabilization in the cryptocurrency market. On the contrary, many already want to see price surges and falls, since it is in this market that the majority makes a profit.
The market has shown a particular range of price ($4.9K to $5.1K) over the past few days but I would not conclude this is market stability. . So I don't think it will stabilised. I mean there will be minor fluctuations specially if we are attempting to break a mental barrier.Prior to this run, we just see the price going on sideways, but now we are seeing a rise, so no more sideway trading for us. Could be the start of a slow and grinding climb to $6k then $10k in the next quarter of this year.

no, the value of bitcoin keeps moving even every minute. if noticed, even if only a few percent, the value of bitcoin actually continues to move. and we are still waiting for a big move, whether it will lead to high or fall.
Most interesting is that it really small percentage price increase but its constant. It never was like this in past so this can be something good, maybe we will see finally price moving little bigger but after these few spikes I dont thinks so. Maybe someone is testing new price.

Yes, now bitcoin would be nice to step over the mark of$4000.The market will never be stable.For some, the price of bitcoin in $ 4 000 is very steep and for someone it's just a loss.All who want to get the maximum profit from bitcoin should wait for the bull market to come.And be prepared to wait maybe not 1 or 2 years.

Bitcoin is still durable and soon it will recover, I cannnot say when precisely. Somebody's say its going to die it because of its drastically plunged to its value, instead of leaving you invest grab the opportunity while the market is still on bearsish. And someday you will see, how huge profits you will earn.

Of course we broke 4000 but not fixed there , I think this is a bad sign for the bulls , I believe that we can still go lower , but of course in 2020 I think we will break the resistance line and the bulls will return to the market! 
I think that it is still too early to assume that the market is stabilizing, because it has not been long, maybe they are carrying out a series of operations to create a liquidity zone.
