As for your question, we cannot simply promise that one because of the market's unpredictability and not stable at all. As we are still in the bearish market, it is better to buy during the dip or you may regret at all once the big bull run would commence anytime soon. It may double or triple, or it may drop. The thing is you should only invest what you can afford to lose.

Yes, but it may be a while. There are alts that could easily double or triple and are selling under $1. Do your research and look for coins like that, you may be surprised.

Can not be denied, the growth of bitcoin value in 2017 is arguably fantastic. Many experts believe long-term prospects for bitcoin prices remain still promising. There are even experts who predict by the end of 2018 bitcoin prices can touch $ 25,000 although there is still a possibility of 50:50 between a big success or a total failed. Looking at the current market price growth and comparing it with the situation in the middle of last year, I'm a little bit optimistic that bitcoin prices can rise up as same as at the end of 2017, so it's still a chance for you to double your investment if you buy bitcoins now and hold them till the end of the year, but not for triple.

it depends on how long you have in mind. do you want to double/triple it in a short time such as 1 week? 1 month? 1 year? or longer? if you have the dream of making that much profit in a short time then you should forget it because it won't happen with bitcoin. you may see on extremely rare occasions that a huge rise like 2x happens in a short period of time but it is not a normal rise for bitcoin anymore and it won't last like the $20k rise that we had recently.
but in long term there is a much better chance for that happening. just remember to invest what you can afford to lose.

Of course it is possible, think of the current price right now which is $8300 (at the moment) and the price range that it hit last year ($20000), that's more than 50% cheaper and it is not impossible that Bitcoin will reach that price range again but the problem is we don't know when it will happen again, but surely will not gonna happen if you aim to double or triple your money in short period of time. It is still a good time to buy but if you will buy right now there's always a chance that Bitcoin price will go down even the price already went down, but if you will just hold it long term, there's a chance that you can double it or maybe triple it.

Of course you have a chance you just don't know when that moment will happen but one thing is for sure, that the price of bitcoin will continue rising despite the dips it is facing in the market. So just buy as much as you can and hold it out until you see your investment doubling or more. Another thing is that, short-term investing is out of the equation so you will be holding it for a long time.

When you invest now yes but we, you and btc traders can not tell when. We only can predict it and take any chances and gamble your money/bitcoin the bitcoin market is still at its low price value for this day.
Here is a thing I can not say a week because there will be chances of market price of going down and up. The reason is? It is because of because whi tthere to hold, trade, buy and sell bitcoin. When it hits up sometimes for a week or month it will stay that is because of us.
I can only say that but we really can't guess every value thatvwill come up on the market.

Patience is very hard to do when you wanted to get rich as soon as possible. I'd advice OP to keep his emotions in check, but at the same time always manage you investment rightfully.

there are many possibilities that will happen, but not in the short term. actually if you invest in the long term you can multiply it but you also can lose very big. but so far I always believe that bitcoin will have a good future.

If you don't want to wait for another dip, then it could be a good idea to invest now. But you have to look at the long-term, for the short-term things are not lookig very bright for people who expect to double or triple their investment as there isn't a bullish trend that can give us enough confidence that the price is going to skyrocket. If you're planning to hold your coins for the long run, then I'd say go for it and invest.
But at this price level it has more chance, not for a "decent" profit, but very immense, "I am rich" profit depending on the amount of your investment.
I believe we will see it happen on 2020 sometime near before or after the halving.

Ask 2017 what happened and check any threads from the 2017 and you will see what people spoke about the bitcoin. Its the perfect example of what happens when you hold your bitcoin by buying them at the right time and waiting to sell at the right time in future. People literally bought bitcoin at 1000 USD in the January month and if you were around here then you know BTC risen all upto 19,000 USD in just single year man. Whatelse you need to confirm that whether you will double or triple your bitcoin? Thats enough I guess.
FYI : You will double your USD rate per bitcoin however your bitcoins number stays the same.

In my opinion you still make it but you have to wait long for that, since the market cap decrease will be hard for BTC going to the moon again. If you aim to make invest for long term investment to gain 3 times profit from BTC is possible. If you want to make faster you can put that money in to new altcoin, but you have to spend more times to analysis each altcoin. Last year VERGE is become altcoin with highest return, and now there are coin similar verge called PCN.

Of course yes. Bitcoin is profitable investment since the beginning and I believe it will continue to become more valuable someday and if you invest now and hold for long term there is a possibility that you can double or even triple your initial investment. But there is no exact time and date if when it will happen, no body knows just do believe and trust in bitcoin,hold on and have more patience to wait.

Anything is possible in crypto currencies,it may go to moon or it may become worthless that is why it is called an risky investment.But I hope the chances are more to happen because bitcoin didn't reach its ATH because it is being only used by very less people when compared to the world population so in future more people started using bitcoin then it will have great price value too. Absolutely, but you need to be patient. It will take a while for bitcoin to reach its ATH again and surpass it. If you want to triple your investment short term, invest in some ICOs..but it's a more risky investment.

It is possible but you may not get that in short term. You only need to be patience with the market if you want to makes something good from it. Many people that buy bitcoin at the high price in 2017, January were able to get great interest from it in 2017, December.

The chances are highly possible because in the previous year the growth was more than triple,it was almost reached 20 times so that may happen in the coming years too but no one knows how long it will take so better to buy now and keep hold until it reaches the prices. Jump to:
