As the title itself, I’m thinking about the valid reason why gamblers continue to gamble even if they are losing a lot of money. Is it hard to understand that gambling will just make your money lose if you still continue?

So many addiction stories, people shares their losing experience and yet you are still gambling. The more you play the bigger the chance to lose the money. What is your reason to continue? Are you willing to chase your loses despite of the risk?

Different types of people do also have different preferences, reasons, beliefs and experiences with regards to continuing engaging into gambling despite of the risks associated getting engage on it. Some find it as their past time only but at the same time seeking for an earning on it. Some can find it as a gateway to be rich because you can earn from playing thru winning the games. Those can be the possible reasons I've been thinking for that might lead to the answer why people are still up into playing gambling continuously. Well, its good to be having attached with a good project here and still up looking into updates.

The situation makes more difficult to control yourself becaue of the unexpected losses. It may not be good to continue gambling but gamblers find a good reason to continue, there’s no valid reason but its hard to force people not to gamble so I just hope they know all the risk of playing.

For me,a gambler can still continue gambling depending on his own reason.If he knows how to handle the risks and has his own limits,maybe he can still gamble for a valid reason.But if you think you just gamble for series of losses,i think you should take a break.Maybe gambling is not really good for you.While others take gambling seriously,other people also chose to take gambling as a form of entertainment.In this way,they can be more fun and even profitable too.

You cannot say that all gamblers will not be having any valid reason to continue after losing again and again because it is their own personal thing and we cannot interfere, I guess. I mean any gambler may continue until their bankroll is allowing them. It is up to their affordable limit and any general opinion will not bind them.

Addicted gamblers are continuing their gambling regardless of what results they will be having. That must be a bad thing because they might be preferring to continue their gambling beyond their set bankroll limits too. Continuing gambling after the affordable limit is really a bad thing for any gambler.

This is what I am telling to my friends and well, some of the people that might read some of my posts. You may be gambling, or your main reason in your head is to have fun, to pass the time using gambling but still, you are aiming for the great profit, for the money ofc. There is a lot of valid reasons to stop gambling and mostly, that reason is their family. I've heard a lot of reasons saying that they want to stop for their family. They did, though it may be hard, they did stop their addiction. I can still see them gamble, I did stop my addiction to gambling and I am still gambling but I am not like other addicted gamblers that really waste their money in gambling.

Then that was positive thinking i guess?I have that same experience sometimes when my vision is positive and not chasing on a hurry for wins.but whenever i became greedy and just bet even higher to gain more then i end up losing.but if thats true well i guess you are a lucky man since you mostly won the game than losing

What kind of gambling game you consider of making profits? most of the talks here if you are into profits, you will be ending up badly. But if that's the valid reason that pushes you to continue gambling, it's your decision.

Well this is the best approach if you want to continue play gambling and also you want your mood to remain good. If you do not worry about your previous losses and do not care how much you lose or win, you will play each game with a lot of fun and enthusiasm. You will really not worry with the numbers and this will give you more pleasure in playing gambling.

I think that As a person, we tend to get distracted quickly whenever we experience inconvenience or disappointment. We focus on our selves too much and feel like we are failing because of the losses that we incur. I know in myself that I experience that situation but continue to think of recovering. The goal to win is not bad, as long as you could afford it. I know that that's the best comparison with people, to have control over your self or not.

I must say that this strategy never works for me personally. Even if I withdraw some money after winning, I know I will deposit them back sooner or later when my bankroll will be close to zero. I will deposit because I enjoy playing poker, and it's more fun when some money are involved compared to free rolls. I even have stopped withdrawing my winnings if they are lower than $30 because I know I'll need those money back on my bankroll soon. Of course I'm going to withdraw right away in case of winning anything above $100, but, actually, it's been awhile since I won something significant. It's no wonder, on the other hand, because I never play with money I can't afford to lose, and, as a proverb says, "No risk, no gain". But I prefer staying this way because I want to continue gambling and be safe at the same time.

Thats the best strategy in gambling, even if you lose even you won't experience any loss, when you at winning condition you should
leave your intial deposit to another place, and use your profits to continue gambling, thats zero risk then

A presence of mind will help you think properly during stressing times and if you're wise enough in gambling you should know how to take a percentage of your winnings just in case shit happens. If you are lucky enough to win more then you might be gambling using your profit only while taking some percentage on it to your bankroll.

Once addicted, always addicted. If they are still playing even if they are losing tons of money, that is because they are already addicted, they are not on a winning side now, they don't care already on that, they are on the excitement side of a game because that is the reason why they became addicted and not because of winning.

Whatever we do when we win can certainly be justified, however, the problem will become more complex when we are in a losing state. Can we accept the loss and continue to treat gambling as a means to seek pleasure only? or will we be carried away with emotion to chase the loss by making deposit again and again?

Losing wont be a big deal as long as we are sticking on our limit. We need to have a limit on how much we can afford to lose in one time visit the casino. If you are worrying of getting addicted or losing control means that you still unable to manage yourself. First step to gamble should be about controlling ourselves both about money and emotion. Otherwise, we will get a problem sooner or later.

almost everyone who plays gambling certainly knows the risks to be faced, even though he plays with a mature strategy before getting a victory, of course they feel more losses. however, people who always go back to gambling after experiencing a defeat surely they expect to be able to minimize losses by returning to play so that the money spent is not wasted more
