The sole decision its all in your hand, If you want to hold it for a while or sell it its all in your decision. But if you want to bet and hold it for more time as possible will its up to you also. Just remember one thing about cryptocurrency, Its always associated with risk due to its nature and fluctuation. You must keep yourself ready all the time if the worst time will happen as we know thats how cryptocurrency works.

maybe if the new altcoin you are talking about really rising now or has a huge potential to rise in few days from now, then you should sell your ETH to that coin rightnow, but if not then you should wait until ETH price high enough to sell for another the altcoin.
Well, if you know how to trade then of course you can throw in those coins that you like , and if you have been sitting in a drawdown it is better to stay in the Ethereum!
What coins do you want to replace? do you think there are coins that have good potential? if you are sure of that then do it. The decision is in your hands. ETH is currently stable at a price of 150 $. so if you buy at a price of <150 $, then you have to wait patiently for the price to rise.

For me it's better to wait until the price returns to normal again,Because we ourselves don't know what the fate of Ethereum will be..

altcoin that moves faster on the market might be a better choice if you want to release your ethereum and replace it with a short trade with altcoin. in my own opinion it's depends if the altcoin you want to switch is good than ethereum because it's a bad idea if you want to move and the alts you looking forward is very unstable like other alt coin. So make a technical analysis first and make comparison between wherein good to put money and not good to assure there's no regrets after all.

For now i see that ethereum get increasing up in this days so for me its better to hold your ethereum than other altcoins and not sure for that. Im hopping that ethereum can pump in this upcomming months for me.

If it is not as good as ethereum then don't touch it, Ethereum is making a good move in the market, better just add funds to the coin you want to invest, Ethereum to me is a good equalizer from the coins that scammed me, if you do not have a choice and you see a good potentials in those coin then sell a small portion. 
You should hold ETH and not sell in cheap rate, you should wait because ETH will also rise and can grow when BTC price will increase .

ETH prices are quite stable at this time. if you sell it, I think it's useless that it will make the market price worsen. wait until the eth market price rises, I think it's a wise decision. if you sell for altcoin investments I think the results will be the same. altcoin movement always same as btc or eth. unless you sell to make cash that a choice. 
suggestion it's better wait for ethereum to increase than move to other altcoins, worrying that you might the funds invest incorrectly so that you don't get anything or lose profit. hodl is a way to stay safe but if you want to take other risks you can research first, good luck
