It is always better to hold many altcoins. In this case, the risk that you can lose your money is low. However, you would not sell Ethereum - at least all tokens. ETH is the best alt and there is a reason to hold it.

I think hold is the right option rather than sell, we can see the positive fact now that the market continues to rise and the wait is profitable at least until the end of the year.
