I guess you are not mistaken about seeing low volume trading statistics and growing big, anything can happen in this cryptoqurrency market. if not today maybe tomorrow, day after tomorrow or the day after tomorrow again. in this industry I often encounter unexpected coins, as in the previous period, where the price of the BTC went up and the old altcoin or new altcoin participated.
That is possible, many coin start with very low volume because the coin only listing on one or two exchanges. As the project develops, they will do the listing their coin to big exchange and also the volume will automaticly increase.
Do not forget that many older projects did not even list, but their users voted on big platforms to get them listed, and in fact even exchanges themselves started listing these coins when they saw that there was a natural demand for it. So that is very important to remember as well! Maybe this old natural route needs to be considered once more.

Do not compare now with then, we don't have many coins like now back then, its not impossible but its rare,many new projects of nowadays always have good volume for start and dumping will eat almost 90percent on the available volume and if buy orders seize problem might occur from there onward, better to invest in projects that have highest demands so that there won't be any trading problem

as you said the Crypto market is very volatile, so we have to be wiser to make decisions so as not to suffer huge losses.
Many altcoins have low volumes because the team is still under development. I'm sure if the team has worked hard and the development of altcoin is successful, there will be a lot of interest in the market and the volume soars.

Yes it still possible that this will happen in some altcoins todays as long as the project is active and keeps in developing for their future success. There are still altcoins in the market that have small volume due to low demand but still developing and have big potential in growth in the future to make more profits.

If you plan to invest and such money, you should think carefully.After a difficult 2018, poor projects have come out, low-value coins reflect the project. Weak judgment behind it. I believe they are losing value and dying. Depends on the coin if they have the potential then they will grow over time. Well, if you see many coins some of them succeed but most of the new tokens failed to do that. If you buy new coins you have to consider their future plans and timeline.
Yes there are still coins that start small and grow big but you will need serious research and analysis with luck by your side when deciding which coin to invest in.

At the current state of the market, if you are looking for a coin that will shoot up in prices, then you have to wait for sometime before you can see a growth. Yes, it's possible, this market is very unpredictable, we have seen coins in the past that really started slow and then gain some traction. But the question is do you have the mentality and the right attitude and have the patience to wait for let's say 2 or more years? Otherwise you will just regret when you see the coins you have invested on suddenly went on a massive growth over the course of the year. I think this is the perfect time to pick up coins, specially the top 10 or 20 altcoin and just hold on them, most of them though doesn't have low volume, but the possibility to grow is there.

It's true and it's still possible today. that depends on how good the team can manage its platform and project to reach the trust from investors and created a big hype that makes big exchange aware and this exchange will be listing it on its platform. They are growing from nothing to something but people are still blaming them all.

Every project in this space started like that, they didn't just worth thousands, millions or billions in one day, they started with a small cap or volume and grew. Also, it is worth knowing that, wherein some projects will start from small cap and then grow, while maintaining that growth amidst challenges; others will grow, attain a height then come crashing till they are worth far lesser than what they started it. This is apparently the nature of most projects now because it has shown that the team can't keep up with the competition coming up everyday. So in all essence, everything is possible in this space.

but, to find a new coins with very low trading volume, as you mentioned above the volume is about 6K and become millions now,

Yes it's possible for trading volume to increase with time if the project is good with great strategy. It's all about consistency by the team, if they keep up with development and updates to the community, more and more people will trade the coin. Also, listing on exchanges with higher trading volumes to boost liquidity will also help increase the trading volume for sure.

Every coin including bitcoin started out trading with a low volume
So it’s normal.
But growth and immense realistic targets of the coin; will be required to push up further any token importance and drive up its volume.

Yes it's very possible for coins to begin with very small trading volumes and end up with millions daily trading volumes. It all depends on how serious the team is and how devoted they are to foster the project development. Some will first list on an exchange with low trading volume, then later list on an exchange with very high volume.
In the crypto world never say never, this is because it is full of uncertainties so it possible that a coin with initial start up low volume could get very high volume, it also possible that it might not increase in volume till it exit scam. So before investing on any coin do your due diligence.
