Yes that I myself have experienced this. under any circumstances or usual trading. someone will definitely experience a condition where they will be stressed when indeed a large loss or technical error occurs.

Yes, it is stressful when the prices will not exceed our target, sometimes we need to wait for a long time in order to execute the order we placed. If it more takes more than a month then we are not comfortable and start selling them at the lower prices. So, not only for me there are many people who are stressful with the trading activity they do.

It was indeed very stressful for me when the bear market came in. I was always anxious looking at my blockfolio app and it hurts me that it just never stop falling. And another thing is my bad decision not selling when everything is on all time high and that stupidity added another factor to my stress.

As for me, trading is just a job, and it is in the majority of cases about keeping in control of the emotions. Before I was trading in non-systemathic way, having more losses than profits. Currently I understand the importance of the emotional stability and it enabled me to leave job and earn more with trading

The results you can see in my thread

Ever since trading didn't give me stress at all. maybe to other it is stress because they're not well verse in it and lack of knowledge too.
If they are like which is empty cup, no wonder why they will become stressful. This happen most of the time once their emotion controls
the traders, for sure they are rapidly heading for loss of their coins in the end.
actually, trading will provide severe stress if the results are not in accordance with what I thought. whether it's late selling, or getting a loss. not all trading has a stressful effect. those who have the right speculation don't seem to be so stressed out with that. but, for myself, this is quite confusing.

Its really hard to say, as a investor i know it how stressful is it. When i saw profit i was really happy that time. Overall i am not happy.
Trading is really stressful for those who have insufficient knowledge about it but it is more than anything else for those who have great or enough knowledge about it. Those who know of it, the whole process and procedure and market analyses make it easy for him to make a proper decision that leads to benefit. It is very technical and complicated but you should learn it, once you learn it then it is not much stressful at all.

Trading causes stress if the trader does not set strict specific goals and often changes them in the process, without following his plan, in this activity you just need patience and discipline
Even if there is a clear goal but lack of implementation skills will likely make a trader stressful on what he is doing.
Planning and implementing should work together and if a trader is discipline enough to do that, he can surely be successful as a trader.

Yes, the trader is stressful if he doesn't see the exact results, though he loose patience he might need to wait until he is successful with the investment he made. So we should always make planning before investing because without planning it is impossible to reach our goals in a specific time.
without any plann in our investment was bad action in finance industry.we should not do this or we will loss our money easily.and no more doubt if many people said trading make them stressfull.

When you are doing the things which you don't like then it will feel like stressing too much work so do trading if you know and loving it to do.Just doing it for the sake of making profits by stressing too much will spoil the health in long term.

Every type of work is stressful.Trading is just work. When you run your own business and invest your own money,it's even more stessful, compared with having a "9 to 5" job, because the risk is way higher.
Stress is actually something good.It can help you optimise your performance and keep you in good shape.

I agree, it can be really stressful most especially with the current market and also not all predictions come out to be true or positive, try to take a break for a while and rethink of a better strategy because the one that you're currently using isn't working. Don't try to continue trading is your stressed because it will just worsen the situation.

Too much attaching on trading will make aggressive decision, in a way of losing and making feel ourself stressed and anxiety. I think it is about our individual deliberation in order to create liable outcome on dealing and accepting consequence on trade. And trade should be wisely deliberated by people to evade from loses and stress.

Trading has been always stressful and even make some traders quit trading because of it,we cant do a thing to prevent it.All we can just do is to lessen the stress given by us  from trading, learning how to enjoy in your free time of trading and having breaks when trading will really help that is what I do everytime, take a rest every hour after trading and vacant a day where youll be spending your day to someone else, friends, family and love ones.we are all stress about trading,no one is nto stressed by trading all of us even the whales for sure.
yes i agree with you. But in order to maintain the spirit of fun and excitement after every day of fatigue, we need to love this job. It is like a competition that takes place every day of your life. And I really like to play, I want to win many people and turn other people's money into my wallet.
It seems to be my baby's hobby and I really feel pretty good every time I trade. Although there is tension when I lose, I still cannot give up my passion.

in trading, all the feelings we naturally experience here. not only stress, but feeling happy, disappointed, etc. it happens because every trader has experienced a loss, profit, sometimes after being sold, the price then rises, but I think that's where the art is

Who wouldn't got stress when you are failed in trading and your balance or your capital seems decreasing seriously? Stress is a natural feeling when there is a bad luck or when you are losing. Anyhow, you can divert your emotions by learning some strategies to get back your loses. Sometimes, it is depressing when things not turns out well. But we won't succeed if we think of unnecessary things. That's how crypto trading works and we should accept that fact.

Things don't always go the way we plan and plans aren't really implemented to the hilt all the time. So even if you have both, you still will get stressed when things don't go your way. It's usually just about being positive and proper expectations. Lower your expectations because things may and will go wrong. It'll  be easier to work your way around situations if you're well composed and stress free.
