I would say that there are times that I'm completely stress though, but I always take it in stride and long at the bigger picture. Specially last year when all of my portfolio is down, but I keep my head up, and make both ends meet, sort of. But since the price is recovering now, I just need to stay mentally focus and take every advantage in trading to make money.

No, its not stressful to me, it gave me a good vibes actually because every time I'm in the platform to do trade, it refresh my mind and think well while reading and reviewing the graph in the chart. Besides, it also help me a lot create more tactics to do more or discover to get profit in crypto trading even it is bear or bull market.

stress when there is a sharp decline, but as long as we are able to believe the market will recover, we will automatically feel more calm in facing the decline that happens. so trading is not always stressful because there are times when we rise even though recovery does not happen

Depend on market status mate, because if the trend isn’t pumping then there’s no problem for me to trade and it feels relieving seeing your folio adding values, but when the market falling?like what happens in 2018?thats a fully stressful trading and many had gone stopped ,while others go for Holding and forget trading at a time.my friends do the same because they had already loss so they decide that instead of selling low, they make a long term holding that turns beneficial lookin*how market recovers now and profit are surely comes to our pockets

Using a higher timeframe satrting from 4 hours above is much better than Day trading which is much stressful filled with emotion.
personally using higher time I will be able to analyse and take decisions based on TA and Price Action and plan my trade without any urgency considering the fact that cryptocurrencies is very volatile when day-traded and could result into massive losses if traded without a stop loss.

I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

UPD #1

Some people asked about blockchain games and how to find them. so I've made this list of games https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

UPD #2

There is a good blockchain shooter War Field. it’s 100% not scam so I can send it here. you can read details about this game here (I don’t send direct link to their website not to make them advertisement) https://gameunculus.io/blog/96
definitely creating is stressful for me but it is also profitable for me so that I do not consider more about the stress because we had the time and age to make our life to be peaceful if we miss this opportunity then the problem will affect you in the future.

You need to create a comfortable environment for trading, download a mobile application, so as not to sit constantly at the laptop monitor, put a notification of the achievement of certain prices of your orders
Stress will find its way to find the trader, it is not only about sitting in front o the laptop or trading desk. After losing a considerable amount, the trader will refuse to continue trading unless there are strong motivation and gained experience. Watching up and down market cycles also affect badly to the psychology of the trader. In my opinion, the breaking trading rules also can burn long term trading results.

Yes you're right trading is very stressful especially when youre losing your calls. But its enjoying at the same time when doing the right call. I always takes rest when trading is stressing me out, I always communicating with other traders in telegram group. In that way, I take my time to take a deep breath to avoid losses too because of my emotions.
It is stressful and time consuming. But look if you will create your income, you will be glad. Trading did not create just for us to be stressful. It is created for the people to gain and invest. It will just become stressful if you will stress yourself. But as I can see, we just stressed if we see our capital gradually loses their value. Just like what happening right now to me.

Trading is very similar to poker, you need to keep everything under control, not be distracted, not be emotionally involved, understand the psychology of your opponents well. For me, trading is one of the most stressful things in my life, so I rarely trade.
Poker is gambling but it could be somehow similar since poker is a skilled based kind of game, just like trading, you also gamble as there's a risk of losing.
We know it's really stressful if you cannot manage yourself, but there are traders who are successful so they are really good in avoiding stress since they got the success and since it's doable, we should find a way to succeed.

Yes, we cannot deny that scenario, especially when you lose all your asset in trading in one single day. To relieve stress in trading for me, I do relax watch movies or play sports that could get me sweat out which i felt remove all radiation thats come from doing trading in my pc or in my mobile phone.

Active trading is very stressful and for the fact that the crypto market is a non stop marketing unlike that of forex, it makes one to be overtly engaged especially in bull seasons. One need to be very careful and make proper trade schedule and create time for rest to avoid breakdown

Well, I think that is enough to make people stressed out. when you expect a price, and you need to check every time the chart happens, but the price does not match what you expect now. well, right now I'm selling my assets for ETH and hope the price can reach $ 700. however, at the moment the price is back down.

I think trading always involves some level of stress. You may deny it, but whether you trade regularly or not, it’s stressful anyway.
Therefore, you should prepare yourself psychologically. The traders with solid experience are ready psychologically to lose money because they understand that it’s ok in trading sphere. The loss of funds for newcomers and some people is not acceptable. Even gaining money won’t bring so much delight to conquer the stress and sadness of the loss. As a result, emotions influence the decision of traders. Usually, not in a better way.
With several years of fiat to crypto trading experience on CEX - https://cex.io/xrp-usd, I admit that still, some rare situations make me stressful. And there is nothing I can do about it.
I’d also suggest limiting the time for trading to several hours. And find your way to relax or not to stress when trading. Good luck!

Trading is always stressful to me because of some time market fluctuation makes me whether to sell the coin or to hold the coin i am in a completely different situation and this makes me not comfortable with the trading. When the prices going down i used to check more than 30 to 40 times per day whether the prices increased again in the market.

It is permanent stress. Its level depends on the situation with the crypto market. When you see that your cryptocurrencies are rolling down, this is the maximum stress. When they are rising, you feel the excitement. And it is also qualified as stress.

sometimes seeing other signal variations for comparison makes us more confused, stress can be reduced if we are disciplined by describing manual patterns and are more fundamentally active.

I have closed some losses to reduce negative thinking and start focusing again on the movement of new orders. Resting to reduce stress does not need to be too long.

after the end of 2019, I can not adjust all their actions.  As if we are analyzing all the projects that interest me, but nothing happens.  I am in permanent loss.  I left almost half of my portfolio for long-term storage, but I don’t know when the market will recover And when I can cover at least part of my losses.  I think that it will be very difficult to recover psychologically just by listening to music or watching comedic films.
