Right, I also have the same opinion as you ... Twitter is a good source of news, in my view. But will I follow you? I only follow legitimate IDs and I like to see posts. good luck promoting your Twitter.

lol there are tons of accounts that can be followed with reputations then why choose yours?lol you wont get any follower with this kind of approach

Twitter is used as marketing but again we should understand twitter if we want to invest in crypto we should follow our own analysis rather than following twitter blindly
and thats what we need to do,remember that twitter accounts are there for own benefits and they dont care about us,instead for themselves only so better check for your own good and never become a victim of misleading.

In my opinion Twitter or other social media are not good sources of crypto info. because it is a direct answer from someone who is not necessarily right. it is better if you want to get cryptocurrency information we can ask questions and discuss in this forum. the presence of this bitcointalk forum is very useful we can make it as a place to learn cryptocurrency. or we can also find information about cryptocurrency through a website or blog. now there are many websites that explain about cryptocurrency.

I think the heck is very good if the information you are spreading is properly focused on crypto and various Bitcoin signals and other altcoins. If you can share the latest information like altcoins suitable for purchase.

If you follow profiles like "Whale Alert" - then it might be so. But if you follow influencers being paid for promoting specific cryptocurrencies and bash other ones - you might have a bad day.
As well please remember, that the price predictions regarding Bitcoin (with all the types of technical analysis) if often wishful thinking.
If happened thousands of times already that a single blockchain transaction was nullifying all what they ever said.

Yes, there's a lot of good source of information via twitter, during my trading time, I am following and checking the 'Whale alert bot' but when I wanted to invest in a project, I just don't rely much on twitter, as followers can be paid, people liking, commenting and sharing can be paid too, so we should not rely on them but to the project itself if they are really worth investing such as their own website, their whitepaper, github, reddit.

of course you can get good information from twitter, preferably the latest.
But this is not on the whole there can always be false information and spamming of the same.
you can easily choose the social networks from which you obtain information, and not just one but more sources of information. According to my recommendations I use facebook information from selected profiles, which are trusted by me.
Indeed, I actuall get the news about my coins in twitter, every coin now has their official account , a reliable one they tweet their lastest update there as well as the currenct status, listing and change in their plan. I can really trust twitter in gathering source and info. I trust twitter than facebook in this such thing.
Every project has got their official Twitter that gives regular updates about their projects. Most of the cryptocurrency investors always look for the official Twitter updates. Illegitimate projects won't give regular updates regarding the progress of the projects. These days people are much into reddit than Facebook and Twitter for information related to different altcoins and other crypto projects.
But even scam projects are using twitter to give updates and tweets false information to make their community listen to all their lies.
Not all information in the twitter is trusted, using social media is no longer guaranteed to get legitimate information. I do agree with using Reddit since it is known as a reliable source of information, there is a reference where the information was found and any details that will prove the legitimacy of the information.

On Twitter, you can give brief information and a link to a detailed article. Of course Twitter is a good source of info

Yes, good if you just want to scan brief information, but if you want to check the project feasibility as a whole then it is not recommendable, remember that everyone of us can tweet and response to a project either positive or negative, although the project is legit, there are fudder out there that will bring negative comment for them to bag more of the coins/tokens. So, I will still depend on their website and to their medium page.

That's a very good idea to create a new Twitter account using this username. But in order to get more followers everyday you should post regularly with lots of new info. This will help you to get new followers.

Well.. most of the posts on Crypto Twitter as they name it is junk, FUD, FOMO, etc. There are certainly valuable posts that people can learn from but a person needs to do a lot of filtering and 'noise' cancelling, so if you somehow can centralize the 'good' posts out there I'll be surely using your service/following your account.

Twitter is a good way to spread information, news and updates but the reality rignt now is that there's already a lot of fake or dummy twitter accounts. That's why some find it hard to believe about some info there. Also one thing is that it takes a longer time clicking the link given just to be directed to the main article because in twitter, there's a limit of characters. It would be much easier if you can directly say some news on twitter, not just linking the link... But twitter can be a good source of info, depending on the account
