I think twitter is not a good source of bitcoin's info as well as any kind of social media sites. Forums like bitcointalk.org are so good to get an unlimeted info each single day, because probably the most of people in the world who interested about bitcoin are sharing stuffs here
Bitcointalk is greatest forum good source info of bitcoin price update and new ICO project, but twitter is best social media platform how to promote about bitcoin and altcoin, by promoting on twitter we can get many investor want to joined with crypto. Many people use twitter as social media than other social media lie Facebook and Instagram but only twitter can reached many investor by promoting.

Well, everyone starts as a small and work their way up.
However, if you are just re-tweeting or sharing articles from other sources like what I saw while viewing your Twitter, then I don't see any reasons why people should follow you as they can just head directly to much popular and famous crypto news providers. Give them reasons to follow you.
If that's your passion and interest, go ahead. See the result for yourself and decide after quite some time if it's still worth to build it.

Yes twitter is good to use posting information ti promote bitcoin for those people didn't know what bitcoun aa new form of money. Why? Aside from facebook a lot of people around the world are using Lso Twitter to get communicate to the people connected twitter users or any social medias are useful to share and get information for bitcoin.

It can be a good source of info only if you shares legit news and not being paid by anyone. Remember that there’s already a lot of cryptonews site and they also have twitter accounts. There are so many scammers in twitter, well it will be hard to trust new sites now but people still use twitter for some updates so it can still help. https://twitter.com/bitcoinsights

Personally I laugh so hard at those big followers on twitter. There is a guy who is calling altcoin season since 2018 every month and he has more than 20k followers and people still believe him and still buy the coins his shilling and I don't get it how someone like him is on social media , honestly.
I never get my info from twitter but I go from time to time to have a laugh on guys like this one from above... . However I get my news from sports and other stuff but never from cryptocurrencies.

I disagree about Twitter being a good source of information. At most, it can be a source of news or information but a good source would most likely be the local/international websites that provide unbiased information.
Unfortunately, with the media manipulating and controlling information against the public, finding a consistent source of news is relatively difficult nowadays so you would most probably rely on international channels.

With the limited number of character you are posting, it's better to first create a blog, from your own or from blogging sharing platform, twitter is just a tool to share the main article site or social media channels, you need to first establish your platform before you use Twitter to promote your own articles and news, if you are just going to share popular articles, chances are you will not get followers, because people wants to get straight from the horse's mouth.
Social media like Twitter are easy to manipulate like boosting tweets and likes and hit thousands on it and we don't know that is real or not. On my own, I won't rely on twitter news especially on the newly built account and did not have twitter badge on their profile name. Definitely right, twitter accounts as of now are possible can be bought and might be changed to another hand owner. If you wanted to have more real followers in your twitter account regarding your project and run the twitter signature campaign. For sure, it will give good traffic on your website.
Actually, twitter is a place where you get to hear the latest information out there in the crypto industry but it's best to always certify the authenticity of any information out there even if it's from Cointelegraph, Coindesk or any of the credible crypto press website. Even if OP's Twitter account has 1 million followers, it's still not going to be better than people manually handpicking their own Twitter followings.
The answer to your question is no. It's easy to create multiple account on twitter to pretend something is a legit one. And I think there's a bot where you can easily get thousands of followers. With other aspect, I prefer twitter over Facebook with news and updates but something crypto-related information, I sort of doubt most of it. You need first to build your trust in twitter community before others can say that the account is a good source of info.

Actually, it depends on the person itself because we have different preferences and levels of perception unless you will provide legit information that can help some of us to enlighten ourselves about the things that are currently happening to bitcoin. I usually use my Twitter account to be updated in other things aside from bitcoin but I still think its a great idea especially when you are going to update every single thing because it can help those people who're conducting their own research. It will be successful if you have enough knowledge about researching because in that way you can easily provide legit information and details but you can't expect people to read it, because of people nowadays who don't usually believe the news about bitcoin since there are some people who used to deceive others by providing fake news.

I don't use twitter nowadays, I still prefer to read news in some crypto websites or forum discussions. Before I used twitter for bounties and just for some celebrities I followed but now I don't find it entertaining or useful as news can be better read in news website for some sources and proof of authenticity. If we want to know the latest news in the world (not crypto) just use twitter to see hashtags and search it thru google but we won't see crypto being trending in twitter this days.
