Anyway to answer your question, twitter is a good source of information for the news but if you are a trader you should know that you should base on the charts and not on the news although there are some altcoins who are pumping as they post an important development on their twitter accounts.
Almost all the big crypto influencer and project owners are passing crypto information and updates through their official twitter handle, many followers and supporters value this info because they come directly from the real source, so yeah, twitter is good source of information depending on who is behind that information, in your own case, I can't really say if people will be interested in whatever information you tweet about since you are neither any of the above mentioned.
You have to be constantly sharing the latest content and the hottest content all the time. You can't just host your own content, no one knows you yet. You need to build your followers based on what you share and the slowly start adding your own ideas and things in your tweets. But do not stop sharing the hot niches since you need them to stay popular and on top of things. You need to think more indirectly then you are currently thinking. Your mind is a bit too one-tracked at the moment. I am not trying to put you down I am just honest. It is a good thing to want to make a twitter account though so I hope you luck.
We have keep promoting bitcoin to get positive respond from companies and government to allow using bitcoin as legal currency payment, by adopting with many project and government legal using bitcoin I think bitcoin price will up, but we have looking best social media like twitter for promoting bitcoin to public, there are billion people use twitter as their media social.

Twitter indeed is a good place to find some information for your project or for your knowledge but always remember that not all the information will be true or correct to be trust blindly. Use your common sense to believe and using the information. Not all in the internet can be trust. that all.
Twitter is freindly social media for crypto user, you can find some of crypto expert who use it to give many information and their perspective/statement about cryptocurrency through it such as Jhon McAfee, Vitalik butterim and etc. On your case I just wondering, what kind of your information that will you give for your follower? If you just give informations then I think the people here already have it.

Nowadays, there are plenty of platforms and websites where you can get an information but looking for a good source of information is very difficult right now as plenty of platforms and websites can be paid just to launch that certain information.
Twitter has good number of users and using it to build your news twitter is not a bad idea, you just need to make sure that you are giving a genuine information so you can build up a good number of followers and gain popularity someday also.
If you really want to use Twitter to spread the word about cryptocurrency, you should form a specific unique niche. Don't just include links from other pages, but include an analysis, or infographic according to your analysis of the news. One twitter account with unique and informative niches is ico analytics

However, this is not perfect resource for your purpose. Twitter is suitable for watching discussions but no more.
Twitter for me is not really a media where people who want to be informed about bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Twitter is mainly personal insights, gossip on personality, politics and trending news or gist. It isnt really of such on like YouTube etc.

one look to this Twitter account and first tweet is about the suspicious giveaway. I think this is just an attempt from OP to promote his account and bring some new followers.

No is the straightforward answer. Twtter is too brief for anything but shills saying "but" or "sell". You can't get a good idea of what a coin is about, or about the fundamentals driving bitcoin. Or even TA (which needs decent charts and some commentary).
Twitter is completely useless as a souce of quality info, and you would be best avoiding it. The best source of info is a) threads on this forum b) subreddits like bitcoinmarkets, and also the individual coin subreddits c) podcasts like Letstalkbitcoin d) some of the cryptocurrency news sites which break news about anything crypto-related.

I majorly look for information on reddit, cointelgraph and some other good blogs of cryptocurrency. Twitter is a micro blogging plartform, one needs ro read the information in bits which can be annoying.
Twitter is a good source of information, Twitter is a channel of Bitcoin bounty campaign, which means it is well recognized. Though it has a limitation of containing very few words. And by this there are many other means by which more information can be expessed. Such as the Medium.

Of course there are lots of resources of information and news about the crypto world, especially it has started after the 2017, when all people talked about crypto even in news and just Instagram chats... It looked like everyone became a real expert in trading, in making money on crypto and so on..of course I saw your your Twitter account, saw your news, I liked the logo and your style. Your account is young but ambitious. I like everything new and with fresh view and thinking. So I subscribed. May be I will find on your page something that other resources do not have. I don't use twitter myself, but I know what it is and its limitations. Look at all these bounties that pay for twitter posts and reposts. There must be so much altcoin/token/ico spam floating around the twittersphere that I doubt people are even paying attention to tweets about crypto unless they come from someone who's already established in the crypto world. Op, you might have a hard time getting legitimate followers and I don't think it's the best platform for any sort of news. There are already very good news sources that don't rely on twitter and its serious drawbacks.
My advice, don't even bother using twitter for what you're planning.
There are already existing thousands of twitter handles that shares information about crypto on daily basis on twitter. Before that, try and build up your twitter followers first. As for me, I would suggest you share information about crypto on medium than on twitter
