I don't think so. Their signature campaign is full and popular, accepting only older members though. That campaign would have been taken down off this forum already if it was fake, but it's not. I have also seen many members there talking to each others on the chat, some of them were old members. Don't worry, most of the websites that have been here, on the forum for a long time are legit.

The way to tell if an exchange is in trouble is that they suddenly hike the fees for withdrawing. This is what happened to Cryptsy a good year before they died.

As far as I can tell there have been no problems withdrawing from Yobit and their withdrawal fees are normal.
Increasing withdrawal fees is not something done by exchanges in problems as people will cash out their coins no matter what.

Even if the withdrawal fee is set at 0.005BTC (which is insanely high), then people would pay that fee in order to get their coins out of that exchange. It's better to lose just 0.005BTC instead of all your coins.

Most exchanges in problems will massively delay withdrawals and come up with all kinds of excuses as to why things are slow.

If that's the case for quite a long period of time, then you'll need to start worrying.

No Yobit is not a scam I can still withdraw my funds from it. If you experience a problem with Yobit I believe they a support that who can help you regarding what's your issue with the site.
Actually the worst part of yobit is that support brother, there are lots of tickets unanswered for many weeks even they don't give good support to altcoin devs and if dev request for code change they have to wait for many weeks unanswered which is quite hard for any coin dev same goes to all the users who have problems and opened support ticket.

However i have also traded there and have got all my withdraws processed with occasional manual ones but i don't trust much in them so better not to trade higher amount there.

You are right with this, their support is the cause for making the people to think that they are a scam, their have a very poor support.

But regardless with their payment, they are paying. But the thing is when you got problems with your payment, then don't hope for the support.

They want you to solve it with your own.

Yes you people are right when comes to support they are not responding very fastly, with this slow response many people are assuming that yobit is a scam site, because people need accurate response, because they are investing their money into yobit, so yobit have to consider this as high priority.
You guys are correct. Their support will not even boter replying on an urgent support request even when you send tem a message here in forum. I have still one pending ticket about my account ad it's been 3 months already but I don't reveive any response from their team. I am hoping they can fix this since I usually trade in them.

Their support actually sucks  because they  dont even bother  to  answer  any  of it which  is  really  frustrating sometimes  especially when  its  urgent. I do  trade also  on  yobit and also  thing  that  we  must be  aware  on their site  is there are  lots  of coins  on their  site are total dead coins   but there are still some coins  does  have potential. Regarding  on their  money transfers  transaction  everything  is smooth and  no problems  with it. The  support thing  only  that  i could really complain of.

We can't say that YoBit is a scam. They pay their signature participants here, even though there are delays sometimes. They haven't ran away as well. They don't scam people it's just that there are problems in the deposits sometimes and you won't receive your altcoin in your altcoin wallet in YoBit. The problem is that they don't care if have a problem like that. Everything is automated and they wouldn't manually go take a look at your transaction, sadly.

Ive been seeing alot of people saying its scam and then other people saying its not.
So before i want to deposit anything to this exchange i want to know is it real do withdrawls work or does it take like really really long?
Please tell your experience,

Kind regards

I have never had problems with withdrawals or deposits, and i trade well known coins. They had support problems, but as far as I know they solved that issue. If you read all posts you can only say that almost every single of them is saying yobit is not scam, so you can lock this thread i think you got your answer Wink

No, i never think if Yobit is a scam exchange site, their site just having too much "sh*tcoins"

Of course not, moderators won't let people wear/promote scam signature in this forum. Even they do, some people would give negative trust to all user who wear scam signature Roll Eyes
You know, Lutpin was almost gave negative feedback to all users who still promoting Betcoin.Ag, and you're wearing scam signature, aren't you?

Also, if you don't sure that you're using real/scam services, you can check Scam Accusations section.

No matter how   yobit site  would be down sometimes  but still they could able to fix it and  continue   to  operate. I dont really have problems  with them  regarding  on transactions  as  others said here  their  problem  is   about  on their support that  they never answers  on  users queries.

I had experienced some problem with yobit but they are legit and they really do pay. I had some experience that I am not able to open their site.

And that is for sure their own problem with their server but with other things that can lead to make yobit a scam, I think there's no incident with it.

I just don't know if there are really some incident with some users.

In my experience in yobit they are just delayed on support or like other said its worst support than the other exchange sites. .
But they are still active and running.. i am not halving any issue regarding to their withdrawal maybe sometimes there is some bugs for their site because some users have slow internet.

I agree with you, the  only thing  i could   able to complain from them  is regarding  on their support which  they dont really answer you afterall  but  overall they  still running and  operate  and   smooth transaction at all regarding on deposits and withdrawals.

i don't think that yobit is scam because i don't have bad experience with them since almost one year with them. but sometimes they make pending for the deposit and withdraw and need longer than usual and i have this experience too and i think yobit itself need to get maintain their site and make their member is safe while they are trading on yobit. and i think its normally and i think if we have sometime an usual, we can send ticket to their support system to ask our problem.
I just ever heard if yobit are not charging a deposit and withdrawal fee, as for you know if the yobit just charge for the miner tax and not for itself's tax, so they're depending from the task of the trading, just taking 0,x% from a margin trading.

Don't mind that I'm wearing Yobit signature, but in my experience since I start trading on Yobit I never had bad experience on Yobit,my deposits and withdrawals are all fast if they are a scam site, then why coin devs prefer to do their ICO in Yobit.

I don't have complaints about Yobit either, but you can also question why these ICO's are not on the bigger exchanges sherlock Grin

for that issue well yobit is quite good since i don't encounter any bad experience regarding to that thing but surely those people who claiming that they got compromise is by those missing balance and the support issue, and that is the most common problem what i've encounter at the most when reading various threads here, but for saying yobit is scam well i don't agree for now since they are in good shape at the most of this time, im sure you are annoyed also for those shitcoins out there since i was bit annoyed for that when i see they listed some shitcoins again.
