I think you underestimate their commitment to their ideals. Yes, they are psychopaths because they believe in extermination. But they're not schizo, they have an awfully extreme interpretation of their religion. They absolutely would reject something based on who created it or what it symbolized.

To your point, they use cash (likely US dollars), so perhaps currency is just the means to their end.

Physical cash is freely flowing in to the ISIS held towns such as Mosul and Raqqa through the porous Turkish border. As long as that route exitsts, they won't even consider BTC.

OP doesn't seem to understand what fiat money is. The CNN article said they planning to mint gold, silver and copper coins, what would be a commodity currency or at least a commodity based representative currency but not a govt blahblah backet fiat money.
I don't want to mention his moral and ethics as that doesn't exist. He isn't even good for a speculator as BTC value would freefall as soon as ISIS would accept it. Shortly, he must be a retard or a troll.
