I'm a tad late for the party, but 'grats for the winner.
The new customs forms came from 911, they are just simple forms declaring what your shipping and sometimes they want to know where it is being used.. and of course, since you sign it, if you send something stupid, they have full right to nail you to the wall.
Its hardly any issue at all..
But anyways!, congrads! We used a random # generator website, it seemed to have been random in your favour!

when i send something to another country i dont have to fill in custom forms, so was wondering

Oh wow, really? This is in the east? I have no idea why it must be done, or when it took effect for us to use custom forms. I believe it is the same for Mexico as well to send or receive.
Yea, never really gamble, do raffles, bingo or lottery. I've seen a lot lives screwed up from it. On the other hand this worked out well, didn't even know I was entered at the beginning of noticed I was a winner.
