Dynamics have changed, mass awareness of cryptocurrencies has come, G20 is discussing crypto, SEC are monitoring the market, Countries are preparing regulations, Institutional investors are having high interest in crypto market.. there is absolutely no reason for market to remain low or flat next 2 years.
Of course big money won't join in one day here, but it surely will happen quicklier as we all might think.
My opinion is that the market will recover by the end of the year.

I think you are absolutely right, to recover the market will not give many projects that have not fulfilled their promises on the road map.
That's your opinyon mate and i think it's correct because the market are so bearish but we can expect the unexpected that this in this year it will have bull market, that's what im thinking and for my own prediction and if will come true the market will recover again and it will not take 2 years. All we need to do is just make some good news about bitcoin and don't encourage some fud,fake news, etc to be spreaded.
2 years is a considerable measure of time and I don't generally think so that the crypto market will set aside this much time of opportunity to recuperate as things happen quickly in the realm of the digital currencies and that the market estimation of the crypto coins changes in a matter of moments. Following 2 years or somewhere in the vicinity, we can truly expect much better market of the crypto coin both in term of costs and the quantity of financial specialists.

I think the market can recover anytime can be more than two years or less than two years, it depends how cryptocurrency can multiply interest than the panic, indeed so far we have not seen a sign of recovery and are more likely to decline.
