Yes, it impossible find the scam bounties campaign right now, even some one would like to say check their whitepaper or the team, but now, all this scammer will create the promising whitepaper and the official page, you can identify it true or not now, you will find you waste time if join so many in same time.
I agree on that it is really hard yo detect scam bounty, i am working as a bounty hunter for almost 3 years  but sometimes i was also being victimized by scam bounty. Even if we are extra careful we can not really say that the bounty is scam specially when the project is really promising and has a very amazing platform.

Joining bounties has risks as some projects won't take off and you'll just be wasting at the very least your efforts. Since we can't predict even if they have a very good whitepaper, just keep joining if you have the time.

it is very difficult to predict a bounty scam and for that we have to do a lot of research and usually a bounty scam gives a very unnatural offer and is not transparent to everyone

Yes. You won't, just because most bounty campaigns are held by a bounty manager who was buck for that, so they themselves hardly noticed if the project given to them is actually scam, as they also saw it as an opportunity for them to earn big. So I don't blame them most of the time but the project funders.

Yes of course If we can only know if it is a scam or a legit projects we can really prevent ourselves in participating to them. And I think we should always deal in reading and researching the projects that we gonna participated and also with a little help to our friends to make sure that we won't be scammed by the bounty campaigns that we will participated.

It is really hard to detect scammed bounty campaign.  After completing all the requirements to be able to get accepted in a bounty campaign, spending much time to participate in forums and not to mention carrying their banners, completing all the tasks and reports then all of a sudden you will just find out that you have been scammed already.  luckily I am not the only one but to think all participants did the same efforts as well as you did.  But it is really happening, lesson learned and could be just charge it to experience and move on.  If we could only find out at early stage if we were in to scam or a legit bounty campaign.  Who would really know anyway?
Yes, fraud is now very difficult to distinguish. I believe that it should take some time, and people will start to forget about participating in the ICO, because they get tired of running into any slag and not earning, but only losing their time. Therefore, if the market does not begin to appear really worthwhile projects, we will soon be without a bounty campaign.

Scammers learn too. They are finding new ways to scam people, they always improve their scam schemes. I was in one bounty that turned out
to be a scam, or maybe not. They just disappeared in one moment, before ICO even started. I can`t remember were they in pre-sale at all, maybe
they scammed some privet investors, I don`t know.
I just lost some time on them. But some people lose a lot of money with this scam projects, before investing people should do very good research.

This is difficult to do, but as soon as the participants have any doubts about honesty and truthfulness, the information spreads very quickly and the campaign impairs its reputation if there is no counter evidence.

I guess this thread has enough answers and opinions...
I recommend the analysis of threads base on the type of topic of the OP, analyzing forum member opinions base on ranks, questions asked etc, probably using different statistical tools will make some threads helpful and useful

Of course, it’s very difficult to notice scam project today, unless of course the developers of scam project did not become lazy and make a site that really looks like a scam project. While it seems to me that scam project is very difficult to determine.

At the moment yet, it is only our instinct that keep us to be aware of the scam projects out in the market, no software or tools that we can use in order to verify if its real or not. In this case, we should be cautious.

There are a lot of ways of how to detect a scam project. I guarantee if you read 100 whitepapers, you would be able to detect a fraud ICO within several minutes just by reading their whitepaper, but people are too lazy for that.

For me, I think it is very hard to detect. Even if we have doubt that the project has the potential to be a scam bounty campaign or the team is a legit and is verified, but if the team decides to scam us, we have no choice but to be scammed.

Yes, it is not easy to do this, because the scams spend a lot of money and huge ambitions invest in order to steal the money of other people, and of course very professionally and competently mask their sites and other things for a real project, you need to carefully study all the details, especially the project team, and what they want to implement, the idea!

Most of the scam projects are now self-evident. at this point, you can understand that it is a scam or not with a little investigation. Bounty is no problem, but investing with money can be very dangerous.

The best way to know a scam bounty is to get on the team's telegram group and verify. this had always worked for me. Make sure the telegram group link  comes from the project's real website
Social attachment is not a perfect way to verify the scam bounties but if it is working for you then use it,but also verify the project team's profile to find it is fake or real.
IMO, a  scam bounty will be one not associated with the project itself. If the project team affirms the bounty campaign and other process was in their knowledge, I think it will be a good and could be all information we need to get but if you have cases that had gone  the other way using this method, am open to learn from you.

The OGz Club
but we can start with some details. 1. whether the qualifications and work experience of the search project team members are fraudulent. 2. how many years have the domain name of the project been registered? 3. What is the security of the project's website?
I never thought about that and I am very grateful to you because you have shown a good way to reduce the risk of being caught in a scam project, even though that does not guarantee that we will avoid it completely but at least it can minimize and I will implement it from now
