lol.  And we have no other choice than to save all the received tokens as a reward for the bounty of the company.  It makes no sense to sell them today, because they are worth nothing.  Based on this, you have to leave the coins for long-term storage.

You can hold not only bounty tokens, but other tokens as well. You know, hold stratefy is the best one on bull market.
If you don't trade every day, then hold is your friend

Do you know why most bounty hunters will sell their token immediately after it distributed ?
It is because hunters need money. They usually don't using money for investing in crypto like investor, but work in crypto to get money.
At this time, most ICO token price usually going down after it listed on exchange, causing hunters difficult to sell it with proper price.
Some have justified the selling as those projects got listed. One could have complained of the terrible price at listing but along the line the price got deeper to -80% or more, I mean project with late 2018/2019 ICO. It could have been easy to buy back twice the sold token and still keep some profit. There could be a higher ROI this year with low hardcap for most projects.

I think bounty hunters are afraid to hold. Well, this is not applicable to every bounty hunter, as some are ready to take the risk, most especially for good projects.
If you are able to come across a good project for now, you might get what will encourage you to hold. I pay to do it and to get it done I'm the right way.

Gone are the days when hunters receive huge sums as rewards in fiat value when exchanged. There were cases of someone making as much as over $10000 in a single campaign and it happened that such coins have dumped drastically by now, so the hunter would have lost huge if he never exchanged and then it was the period of receive and dump quickly.

Right now the trend has changed, it is now the period of receive and hold, anyone that dumps will be dumping for a very cheap amount, may end up regretting when such tokens have pumped several amounts higher than how much was sold. Imagine working for three months and receiving $10 in token exchange value and dumping at such amount where it would be worth about $100 waiting for some months being favored with the impending bull run.

Yes I agree. This year is for hold. Bitcoin has done x3 since February and soon altcoins will follow suite. Hunters are at great risk if the sell especially when they hold a good coin. As it stands, Scalping might even be risky at the moment

Bisq is a Bitcoin Fiat Dex. Use responsibly
The hunters who earned 10,000 dollars in fiat value must have done some extraordinary work otherwise they probably must have thought they don't deserve such a huge amount.

Anyways,  bounty hunters should be able to sell some of their rewards.  It is unfair and unreasonable to force them to hold everything.

I think we must have a strategy in playing crypto currencies including the strategy of holding coins that we have. Not all coins are good to hold. We must be able to analyze which coins can benefit the long term and which coins are profitable for a moment. The coins that are profitable for the long term are good to hold, but we can sell coins that are less potential now. Especially the coins that we predict are less potential now the price is as expected so we should immediately sell it.

There are some coins that I hold now which I got it from bounty campaign since last year and till now I am holding it because there is no updates about the exchange listing. And some are being locked this year because they avoid dumping price value of their token so, I had no choice but to hold em and to wait also.

This is right, bounty hunters should hold their coins because the bull season is very close, it's not profitable selling your tokens for peanuts not worth your time and energy spent during the bounty, holding could be fruitful only if you are holding good coins anyway.

I am still holding my alts still. Even if there is low or no value at all. It is true that many view bounties as changed and many still view that the years 2016 and 2017 are the best years in bounty and now the only strategy is to hold. We do see a good upward trend in the alts today so there is a possibility that we could see better days.

I'm a hodler for everything except the stupid coins I know I bought to gamble with (and strangely ETH was one of these and I am of course happy it is climbing back towards $400 when I bought it haha).

Bounties have changed? I was not aware. I think they are definitely getting less popular, and they are getting fewer,,, but they still act the very same way. Dump as soon as they can. And ask nothing about the project except when list.

You cant really blame those hunters who chose to sell even the price is not worth it because of their fear that the tokens lose its value or might get delisted in exchanges.

Nevertheless you're right there's a chance the value can increase as times goes by since the market is unpredictable. But some hunters are contented with what they have and cant wait longer for possible gain.

If you know the tokens/coins has a potential hodl it and dont sell, wait until the value is worth it to take profit.

To all investors and other people not just bounty hunters, WE HAVE BLED ENOUGH. We stood the bear strongly should we give up now? Hodl your coins. It's the best thing you should do , cryptocurrency is showing its dominance during this moment. We can say now, easy 10k USD btc.  Grin.

same as me. there are some coins that I have been holding since 2017. well, you could say, until now there has not been a significant increase. it's just that there is a decline. but, I believe in the near future, the time will come for the altcoin to succeed.
maybe my advice is when you hold coins from 2017 and until now it would be better to sell and replace with other more potent coins such as ethereum. I am of the opinion that ethereum coins will now increase and you can use those moments. that's my suggestion

I don't think you as a bounty hunter will hodl your rewards in bounty campaign. For me it is pure stupidity.

We know already that when a token has been listed on an exchange for the first time, the initial price of it will plummet because bounty hunters, investors and the team themselves are selling the token to get some profit. If you will hold a token you got from bounty rewards, its better if you sell around 60-70% of your total token rewards and hold the remaining tokens for mid to long term if in case the token will rise.

As you know tokens price are reduced due to ETH price and BTC price was low so if you wants to hold coin or token than will can be get good profit when ETH price will surge than should sold out.
Exactly, the price of etherium as at last year was dropping huge which part of the reason for the huge dump of tokens, now as the market returns it will make a whole lot of difference as etherium is making a return
