Many projects now show an explosive growth of 200% -500%, while now it is summer and the market should be red according to custom, but we see a slightly different picture. Altcoins season will come closer to autumn.

Your point is clear, but as a bounty hunter, I want to be clear. My experience allows me to say that out of 100 bounty campaigns in which you participate, only 3-4 will bring you a tangible profit, otherwise it is either a small reward or scam.

Hold if you can or exit if you are impatient. A lot of factors determine hold, at this time a lot of projects do not pay huge for bounties or their rewards are not worth much in value, so the ideal thing is to hold, It doesn't make sense to work for three months and be paid $5 worth of tokens that has the potential of getting to $100 when the market returns. Simply put.
You can also trade those coins that you earn. they have very high volatility and in the first month after listing on the exchange you can double the amount of coins

TS says the obvious things. Unfortunately, now when entering the exchange, the project loses from 50% to 90% of its value. So it makes no sense to sell coins for pennies. Now the HODL strategy will be very relevant, as more and more often there are projects that are rapidly rising in price only now, although they entered the stock exchange a year ago.
the growth of each project has a different character. sometimes there is a surprise at the beginning but after that, it becomes a stable asset at the initial price. there are also those that require up to 2 years the project runs seriously and is accepted by the market so that the increase occurs after 2 years of the developer.
the hold is the best choice I think about the current situation.
I'm glad you feel the same way I do. I assume most bounty hunters think the same. We need to find out who these notorious "weak hands", which lower the rate of the coin))

If people find potential about the project definitely bounty hunters will hold the coins, but if the project is not the potential people might start selling in order to make money with the bounty coins they made.

Certainly at this time, this is not the period to dump, where a lot of projects will be paying peanut worth of tokens as bounty rewards, it is only hunger, impatience and fear will make one to dump at the amount. A token that may likely worth $100 in a normal market is sold by a hunter for $5 now due to desperation

I agree with your idea because I got coins from the bounty on the 100's but I think it's all unnecessary now. There is no demand or value in the markets of these coins. So now I got hold every coin for the future benefits.

That is true, if current sales do not have a high selling value while the market is not fully stable. so the best way is to keep hold of the tokens that you have, and even the possibility of being able to increase higher if the team is serious about developing their tokens on the stock.

Gone are the days when hunters receive huge sums as rewards in fiat value when exchanged. There were cases of someone making as much as over $10000 in a single campaign and it happened that such coins have dumped drastically by now, so the hunter would have lost huge if he never exchanged and then it was the period of receive and dump quickly.

Right now the trend has changed, it is now the period of receive and hold, anyone that dumps will be dumping for a very cheap amount, may end up regretting when such tokens have pumped several amounts higher than how much was sold. Imagine working for three months and receiving $10 in token exchange value and dumping at such amount where it would be worth about $100 waiting for some months being favored with the impending bull run.
Not still an assurance thing yet you wont able to know on those coins will able to pump it up when theres bull run or just still simply
dump its price yet its considered as good as dead.

I remember those good old days on getting some decent amount with bounties but I have already quit out when most of them
turns out to be a scam or not paying at all.If they do pay but their tokens are worthless.

if you want to take that position it is more in line with your confidence, including those of you who have carefully examined the tokens generated from the project you are following. usually bounty hunters now prefer to sell their tokens when they feel it is profitable, but there are also those who wait to rise even higher

It should agree with your opinion. The amounts that we can now get for our earned tokens are very little valued in this market and so far not worth it. Over time, some of them are able to bring us a good profit, even if many of them will be useless. In the world of cryptocurrency, we will inevitably lose somewhere, and somewhere unexpectedly receive a significantly higher profit than we expected before. In this situation, of course, it is better to keep our tokens in our wallets.

now the best decision for the bounty hunter is to hold received tokens becasue if selling them now you can get only a small amount of money.

Yes, holding tokens is a good thing for the condition of tokens in the market, I hope the hunters do not throw away the origin of any tokens that will lose with small money promoting a month's bounty.

All tokens are different, it all depends on what project.  If a company inspires confidence, the idea of a development team has many years of product development experience.  I will leave the reward of such a company.  Because after a while can give a good profit.  I sell tokens of dubious projects when they first go on the cryptocurrency exchange, because I do not see any prospects in them.

Bounty hunters might hold their token on rare occasions but most of them will sell them for bitcoin and then into fiat because they are here for making money and living by that so they are not going to hold.

But I know some bounty hunters who converted their tokens into 100x profitable at the time of bull run so if anyone can afford holding then go for it.

Well it don't see anyone selling their tokens into ETH anyway. I don't see why would bounty hunters would do their token hunting as their main job. Like how could they sustain their monthly expenses with it? It's like they're gonna wait for 3 months in average just to wait for the ICO they've joined to finish before the manager turns the token to them. It is profitable, yes but it is hard to sustain your needs with that.
Accept it or not but it is happening, most of the bounty hunters from third world countries can earn more here than doing a job for hours so they are keep joining on various bounties and completing tasks but unfortunately bounties become less profitable compared to 2017 but still people were joining by the way.

Yes, it is very difficult for a bounty users because their mind set is always settled on being afraid whether their going to sell their coins or not. But they were absolutely 99% of them are selling the coins immediately.
maybe it's the best choice, because you can see a lot of new tokens now that once it's down it's hard to get back up. then is the bounty hunter doing wrong? I think it's a very right choice. especially if for a good project, they can buy again at prices that might be cheaper than their ICO price.
