@giammangiato the sack was coming and we all knew it so not a surprise to see him go but I would have been surprised if Conte would have come because Napoli is in a mess right now and it doesn’t makes sense for him to come at this stage. Also do you’ll think Victor will now be convinced to stay or will he yet look for an exit in the January or the summer transfer window?
Antonio Conte will not go to Napoli at least until the end of this season because the club has appointed their old coach Walter Mazzarri who coached several seasons in 2009, maybe at the start of next season there will be something different where Antonio Conte will go to Napoli because his refusal is only temporary because he doesn't I want to be the person who has to be responsible for the problems that are happening this season because coaching at the start of the season will be easier because he can do it by starting to look for new players and determining who will stay at the club.
Viktor Osimhen will very likely stay here unless there is a fantastic offer from an elite club and Napoli will let him leave to get a profit in the form of money that can be used to buy other young players who can be molded into their next star, because several clubs use this method to remain competitive.

Rudi Garcia has been sacked, they called back Mazzarri after 10 years.
Conte is rumored to have refused them, twice.
Finally, Napoli fired Rudi Garcia.  Grin
It makes sense, Rudi Garcia never improved Napoli performance. We even heard a rumor about bad relationship with the players. This will have no solution, firing him is the best decision.

I'm surprised Napoli hired Mazzarri. I think there is no very special thing with Mazzarri when he was the manager of Napoli in 2009 until 2013. The only thing that he can achieve with Napoli was winning  Italian Cup in the season 2011-2012. But Napoli may have no alternatives for the coach, so they decided to sign Mazzarri.

It is very unfortunate Conte rejected the offer.  :-

I feel very sorry for Rudi Garcia, he wasnt a bad person. However, he was unable to make Napoli work. Zero.
I am also sorry that Antonio Conte didnt accept, it was a great opportunity for him and for Napoli.
At this point it is better for him to keep Mazzarri close, who in any case is an excellent coach!

After international break Milan as a host will play against Fiorentina and recently Milan has 3 consecutive without the winning results in Serie A and the latest is they were unable to win from Lecce and actually Milan want to bounce back through an this match but Fiorentina also in the good shape especially Fiorentina has just beat dark horses team Bologna so my prediction this match will be so tight

Milan conditions isn't quite good because some of their players were defend their national team so i am sure some them will be fatigue when return to Milan and not impossible Pioli will do some rotation to faced this match so it's clearly if we see from fitness conditions Fiorentina is more good compared to Milan and actually as a host Milan is the favourite because from 2 recent meeting at Milan home ground they always be wins from Fiorentina so let see whether Milan will be able return to winning ways or they will be return to slipped again

Milan are not doing well this way, everyone knows and understands it: Pioli included.
The problem is not easy to solve, but as everyone can see, it's not good in the championship and it's not good in the cup either: with the players it has (from a quality point of view) it should be better positioned in both competitions.

Juventus is going to play this match more carefully and defensively compared to Inter. Because they are going to be cautious about their opponent scoring so many goals this season so far. And I think Inter is going to try to do the same thing again in this match. But that might expose the back line of the Inter team against a good team like Juventus. So they gotta be careful. I think both teams are going to start the match being careful. Once they figure out what the other team is doing they will start to attack and exploit the weakness of the opponent.
Both teams are actually very aware that their match is a match that will probably be very tough and interesting, so both of them will remain careful, both in attack and defense. Because Inter Milan still needs a good defense, especially in its position at the top of the standings, while Juventus also needs to defend itself so as not to lose at home to Inter Milan so this match will be interesting enough for everyone to wait and watch until the end.

Yes, that's what I'm worried about and sometimes even a new coach will have difficulty providing direction in a team whose quality is very even. We know that Napoli's squad is filled with good players, especially Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia, so if Mazzarri cannot provide his strategy to these two attacking players then he is definitely a failed coach. Sometimes it is not an easy problem to solve being at a club with an even squad depth and if the desired results are not comparable then he will be under more pressure. Responsibilities as a coach at a club with the status of defending champion will certainly become more mentally distracting. However, it looks like we will first see his journey in leading Napoli and if the results continue to be positive then he can get full attention and support from the squad and fans.
There are rumors that Napoli wants Conte but may not be able to get the services of the coach and ultimately return for Mazzarri who I don't think will be too difficult with the current Napoli squad.
Mazzarri can show his quality until his contract runs out. This is a short contract I think Napoli also has other coaches in mind for next season. If it's impossible for Mazzarri to perform well, he could get a longer contract, not just to finish this season.

Napoli should go for some other coach. Someone who is definitely going to be better and someone who has proved himself in the past. I understand that they are always looking for Italian coaches most of the time. But I don’t think that is going to work very well. at least right now when there is a shortage of good coaches.

I do not think that extending the cult contract is going to help them too much. In my opinion, the coach is not going to be able to bring in incredible results. So it will be better if they look for other coaches.

This has already predicted. It's also napoli's fault to recruit a garbage coach that has already sacked by saudi club, the fate of rudi garcia has been predicted by many people in here. They were disbelief with this coach after napoli has announced his name.
Rudi has also bad track record in the serie a. It's not a good decision to sign him. Napoli shall not need to repeat the same mistake. Just try to stick into the good coach that has very big achievements and history.

Look at how roma was able defending itself even with very minimum budget due to the being coached by a good coach like mourinho. The club needs to get someone who is capable enough but i don't see that the name mentioned by napoli was capable enough for that.
Napoli shall not need to rush it. Mazzarri is bad. This is another blunder by napoli. This clbu was sacking a bad coach for another bad coach which is so stupied.

When will napoli aware if it keeps make another blunder by hiring a garbage coach like mazzarri?

In this case, it is worth waiting for the start of the match, but I think that this will not bring much clarity, since I expect that the teams will start this match carefully and most likely Juventus will not allow Inter to dominate, so the game may be equal. I would probably even rather skip this match because I can’t determine the favorite in this match, I don’t exclude the possibility of a draw, for Inter this would not be a bad result, since it would allow them to maintain advantage and stay in the top.

The careful playing of both teams will also provide another choice for bettors, we can choose to bet on the O/U bet and choose goal over. Whatever the circumstances, it will be a win-win solution for bettors, but you must remember that bettors must be patient and continue to pay attention to the match.

I think Mazzarri has time until the transfer window in January if he can't make any changes then I'm sure he will be fired too, I understand why many coaches reject offers from Napoli or clubs from Serie A one of the reasons is that most of the clubs in this league are experiencing a financial crisis so they don't have enough budget to bring in players while the coach certainly wants to bring in several new players to help implement his strategy. Jose Mourinho is an example of this when the club couldn't do anything when he wanted new players so it only relies on existing players and the results are of course not optimal.

As you said right now Napoli don't have many options so they have to wait until next January while observing Mazzarri's performance, we know that Mazzarri's challenge is certainly not easy, somehow he has to compete with Inter and Juventus and Napoli need 8-10 points to compete. On the other hand, Juventus and Inter continue to show consistent performance so Napoli need a miracle to catch up lol, if it only competes with AC Milan, I'm sure Napoli can do it.

I think even in the last weeks we could predict to see Rudi Gacia getting fired because after winning the title in Serie A, the fans of Napoli we expecting to see their teams be in the top side of the table and keep racing to the first place of the Serie A but Gacia failed to do that.
Also, Rudi Garcia had bad relationships with some players which is a good reason for getting him fired from Napoli and now Mazzarri joined Napoli while he should make some changes and improve the team.

After winning the Italian Serie A title last season the expectations of the Napoli fans from anyone who'll take over the club's managerial position after Luciano Spalletti left became very enormous and unfortunately for Rudi Garcia, he wasn't able to match the expectations from the club's management and the fans of the reigning Italian champions.
That being said, I never expected the club management to hire Walter Mazzarri who helped the club to the club to finish as the league runner's up 10 years ago. Hopefully he's gonna improve the performance of the team
When the team had found its best form with the previous coach, the management made mistakes and couldn't work together well and that was the big blunder made by the Napoli owner which resulted in them losing their strength this season. Showed Rudi Garcia was the worst thing after Spalletti resigned because Rudi was not a competent enough coach to handle the team after they won the Scudetto. He couldn't work with greater pressure on his mind. Well in the end he was fired again and Napoli were in a bad situation for this season because they would not be able to race strongly after the change of coach.

Napoli took quite a long time to win the Scudetto and when they succeeded in doing so, they made no effort to pay special attention to the coach who had succeeded in helping them win the Scudetto. This season they will not succeed in disturbing Inter Milan in the competition for the Scudetto title. Even if osimhen leaves they will return to being a mid table team in serie A. I think fans should criticize Napoli management policies and should not vent their anger on the coach.

Conte might have his reasons for rejecting the offer and they will have to respect his decision.

Their decision for signing Mazzarri would not just be looked into from the negative aspect of it for not being able to win a trophy with them in his past seasons in the club but just only the Italian cup. This could be a changed Mazzarri, better and improved than the former one.

Napoli are currently in need of a good coach to push the team forward this season, what they want won’t make them to settle for less when making a decision of a manger to head the team to success this season. Mazzarri is the better and probably the best option for them. He got a new team and new player’s different from the ones he once managed before, these ones can give him better what those in the past might not give him. He just needs to get to work and revive the team’s winning spirit again.

Of course after the great success of the previous coach it is very difficult to build a team's game again. It may even be necessary to change more than one new coach to make the team play at a high level again. Barcelona had a similar situation. Maybe Napoli will also be able to return to the first place.
Changing coach too often disturbs the team more than it benefits the team. Thinking that that will be the solution to the teams problem may sometimes not be correct enough because sometimes the problem a team has may not be coaching problem so in such case if you sack the coach you still don't get the issues fixed.

Napoli will experience some slow down for a while because they will definitely need some time to get used to their coach and if he is fast enough, before the season end they may be able to get something really tangible out of the league, but regarding being the champions is the league this season, I don't think I'm seeing Napoli achieve that this season, but they can finish well and qualify for UCL too.

Somthing wierd happend in Serie A and Juventus. While Nicolò Fagioli, the player of Juntos is suspended and he can't help the team during this time, but Juventus decided to extend his contract for a longer time.
Fagioli was suspended for seven months but he extended his contract with Juventus until 2028
Juventus did it to keep this player motivated but Fagioli is a player who started playing for Juventus when he was a 14-year-old kid in 2015 and then he started his senior career team in Juventus at 2021.

In my opinion I think that's one of the best thing Juventus did for both parties, I mean Fagioli might have done a wrong act that got him punished but he's a young talent with lots of quality and Juventus can't afford to lose him to other top clubs that might want to use this opportunity to lure him out of the club, take for example the case of Ivan Toney when he got suspended for illegal betting as well, alot of the top teams in the EPL tried negotiating a deal with him to try lure him out of Brentford based on his quality and I believe he might switch to another team upon his return.

Also extending his contract even while he's serving a punishment can serve as a form of support and encouragement for the player to stay in a good mental condition and also train harder while he's out from the teams training ground to be in a good shape when he returns to the squad.

I tend to think that the match between Juventus and Inter Milan will end in a draw, minwile I understand that Inter performance and statistics are better than Juventus. The advantage of Allegri squad lies in two things, playing at home and the lack of match schedules, which is quite reasonable, I think.
Maybe this will really happen, a balance for both of them. Inter is indeed strong from various sides. However, sometimes Juventus can be extraordinary when playing against top teams, especially against Inter as their main competitor in Serie A. So they will try to be as optimal as possible. What if it turns out that Juventus wins, of course this will be very interesting because you can see Juventus at the top of the standings later. Although this is certainly not easy and Inter will not let this happen.

Because, indeed, Juventus is below Inter in terms of squad strength. However, it will also depend on how the players can optimize all existing opportunities and apply the tactics of their coaches well. So that they can really compete optimally. They definitely have very high motivation to win. But once again, they need high consistency to play optimally.

Ahead of the match against Juventus, Inter Milan CEO Beppe Marotta said the Derby d'Italia match would be very interesting.

Yes, of course this is a prestigious match for both teams, because this match will determine who will be at the top of the standings.
Both teams seem to have shown their best game in the last 5 matches.

But I will bet on Inter Milan winning.  Cool
Inter are favorites in that, but somehow I feel it's very unfair that Juventus have such a low probability of winning at home. This match will bring high tension so that everything can change and never match predictions and analysis. A draw is not completely negligible, even if Inter has a high probability of winning. Then from that, Juventus also has the opportunity to win at home because of its good performance this season instead of just Inter.

In other matches, Milan vs Fiorentina should also be in the spotlight. Milan have lost a lot of points in the last 4 matches and they are expected to be able to stop this bad trend in the next home match. Fiorentina are not in their best condition either, but Milan should realize that their current top 4 position will be under threat if they lose.
