Sometimes not all managers and teams click, that doesn't mean that the team was terrible, but it also doesn't mean that the manager was bad. That is a risk that the managers are taking, Garcia wasn't the manager to lead Napoli, that doesn't mean Garcia is a bad manager, the downside is that he will be labeled as the guy who took over a champions Napoli team and "ruined" them, not like they were doing that terrible to be fair, they are doing fine.

I think that's going to be the label for him and he will have harder time finding a job, or at least at a high level club. This is going to be fine though, because if he finds a club he clicks well with, then he is going to do better and he will show himself to be a good manager again.

Well definitely a coach working in unified understanding with the players in very important for a team because if a team doesn't align with the coach then surely the club will begin to have problems. So for the growth of a club to occur, the players and the coach needs to be in unism. I think Garcia doesn't understand Napoli's pattern of play the way Spalletti did and besides he doesn't also have good understanding with the players so in this case the best Napoli could do is to employ the service of another coach that will understand Napoli pattern of play more better.

Previously, Garcia also lost his job at Al Nassr. Fans said Al Nassr's dismissal of him was entirely Ronaldo's fault. But I wonder if he has talent as a coach.

Obviously, with the Italian champions' quality players like Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Victor Osimhen, Garcia's achievements cannot satisfy the team's leadership and fans. It's Garcia's fault, and it's just his fault. The team's condition is seriously declining, and there are many rumors about Osimhen's departure. If Osimhen leaves, what will happen to the team? New coach Mazzarri needs to come in and stabilize the dressing room and restore the spirit of the entire team. Because here he faces a challenging start while Napoli's matches after the international break are against Atalanta, Real Madrid, Inter and Juventus.

While we know both teams are in a good situation but I think the chance for Juventus to beat Inter Milan is higher and the rates are not bad at all for betting on Juventus for this match because we know Juventus won all the last five games they recently had and Inter Milan had a draw, also since Juventus got 29 points and Inter Milan got 31 so far, Juventus can have a high chance to decrease the gap between themselves and Inter Milan in this game.

In terms of strength, these two teams probably have quite the same strength this season, even the defenses of both teams are equally strong if we look at the goals they have conceded so far. I think the bookie is giving pretty good odds for both teams and it looks like this match will be a pretty big match after the international break. Even though Juventus has had a good rally in the last 5 matches, their winning productivity against their opponents is quite small or they ended up winning with a narrow score. So in that context, it is possible that in next week match we will see goal machines from both teams, where Inter Milan relies on Martinez and Thuram and Juventus relies on Chiesa and Milik. But I think Allegri will drop Vlahovic early in the match against Inter Milan.

So far, maybe my prediction will choose Juventus as the winner in this match because they are playing at home. So far, Juventus players do not depend on one player to score goals, so their play may be difficult for the opposing team to predict. I think Allegri will make his opponents helpless with the polish of Juventus playing style this season, it could be that Juventus will secure the top of the standings next week, which will imply one of the best achievements for they.

After resolving the internal problems by firing the old coach and replacing him with a new one, of course there are good hopes that are being hoped for by the team management or the entire Napoli team at this time. Because in the next match, Napoli will face Atalanta at Gewiss Stadium, which is not an opponent that should be considered normal this season. Because Atalanta itself is right below Napoli with a distance of one point, so it will be very crucial for Napoli if they are able to beat Atalanta in the upcoming match.
It's very unfortunate because this problem means that Napoli's strength is not like last season. Napoli was quite good with last season's results but they couldn't maintain it. Hopefully, having a new coach can make Napoli regain the top position in the Serie A League. Atalanta will not able to fight Napoli because Napoli's strength is superior, so I'm sure Napoli will win easily in this match.

Ahead of the match against Juventus, Inter Milan CEO Beppe Marotta said the Derby d'Italia match would be very interesting.

Yes, of course this is a prestigious match for both teams, because this match will determine who will be at the top of the standings.
Both teams seem to have shown their best game in the last 5 matches.

But I will bet on Inter Milan winning.  Cool
Inter are favorites in that, but somehow I feel it's very unfair that Juventus have such a low probability of winning at home. This match will bring high tension so that everything can change and never match predictions and analysis. A draw is not completely negligible, even if Inter has a high probability of winning. Then from that, Juventus also has the opportunity to win at home because of its good performance this season instead of just Inter.

In other matches, Milan vs Fiorentina should also be in the spotlight. Milan have lost a lot of points in the last 4 matches and they are expected to be able to stop this bad trend in the next home match. Fiorentina are not in their best condition either, but Milan should realize that their current top 4 position will be under threat if they lose.

Napoli sitting 4th and they're determine to claim first but I don't see that happening anytime soon because they have challenging rivals to play against. Napoli president, Aurelio de Laurentiis will not blame the new coach if his team doesn't stand the gigantic energy in forthcoming games. Napoli new coach, Walter Mazzarri can only survive if he's able to withstand the pressing pressure from these elite teams by making defensive tactics. Napoli are defending Champs and I know winning games wouldn't be complicated for them specifically against average teams.
They now have a new coach who is supposed to be better than the forma so I think letting him have some time and seeing what he can do with the team is what most persons are doing now, let's see if he will help them achieve their dreams of been at the top of the table soonest or he will be a set back in the mean time.

Personally I think changing coach at this time will have some effect negatively on the team until after awhile when they might have got used to the coach and maybe the coach too have gotten use to the players aswell. By January I think he will be making some needed transfer to help strength the te and get the desired players he could work with to achieve that he aims to get before the end of the season but getting to the top of the table will take them some little time definitely.
I know that the management and fans of Napoli aren't okay with the current position of the club in the Italian Serie A table and that's one of the reasons why Rudi Garcia was recently sacked by the club and Walter Mazzarri hired as his replacement but that doesn't guarantee that the reigning champions of Italy are gonna gonna automatically start winning games that'll help them overtake the other clubs and return to the summit of the league table.
The new manager will need sometime to understand the level of performance every member of the squad can actually deliver and then find the best playing pattern that'll bring out the best from players.

I think Walter Mazzarri will also do the same thing to the reigning Serie A champions, I mean will lead them to decline. Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis took panic steps by appointing him as the new coach to replace Rudi Garcia, Conte refusal seems to me quite reasonable at this point.
Agree. If we take a look at the achievement of Walter Mazzarri, it is difficult for him to get the target of Napoli. I assume Napoli management expects to see Napoli joining the race for the title again. Walter Mazzarri has no experience to win Serie A title, so I can understand if you feel doubtful of him. Yes, it seems a panic decision because Conte refused their offer 2 times. But I think it is better to sign other coaches who have a better achievement than signing Walter Mazzarri.

How can a club look to the future with a contradictory vision and mission, I mean they are not adding quality new players to the team and retaining Spalleti as coach to win the Scudetto again this season, instead the management sold one of its best assets in the transfer market, Kim Min Jae is the person I mean.
Napoli doesn't add quality new players, they also doesn't hire a proper coach. I think Napoli management has no bravery to negotiate with top coaches. They also have no idea about new quality players. I don't know what's happening with them.  Undecided

To be honest, I'm not surprised that Rudi Garcia was let go by Napoli. And those whispers of player dissatisfaction? The squad wasn't exactly winning under his leadership. Anything like that is never good. They made the proper decision, in my opinion. Football management is a hard business, and occasionally adjustments are required. Currently, I'm not sure how I feel about Mazzarri's comeback. While his prior tenure may not have been revolutionary, winning the Italian Cup is nonetheless a noteworthy accomplishment. Perhaps now is his chance to return with new tactics and insights. This time around, he has a different squad, which might be the biggest factor. Before making assumptions, let's give the guy a chance

Mazzarri’s return should not be a big problem, he needs time to put the team together but he needs to be fast to show result on time to get the team back in the league as well. Expectations needs to be lowered for his return, he is not coming to perform magic overnight to make the team start winning immediately. Like you’ve mentioned, he now has a different team unlike before and this squad are more qualitative than the former ones he had coaches before, so they will expect nothing but results from him in a short possible timeframe. I am not expecting much from him this soon, but I expect with time he will adapt and bring out the best in this players and make the club takes its stand in the Serie A title race once more.

However, this is just a personal opinion because we know that changing coaches at times like this is very risky, if you don't get instant results then the team performance will plummet. I think their future matches will be the right means to assess the quality of the new coach, what is clear is that Atalanta also wants a place in the top four of the standings.

Both teams are actually very aware that their match is a match that will probably be very tough and interesting, so both of them will remain careful, both in attack and defense. Because Inter Milan still needs a good defense, especially in its position at the top of the standings, while Juventus also needs to defend itself so as not to lose at home to Inter Milan so this match will be interesting enough for everyone to wait and watch until the end.

Look, in my opinion both teams have to play without exposing themselves too much, after all they are both very close to the first two places in the standings.
Underestimating the opponent seems to me to be the wrong choice at the moment, they must play without exposing themselves too much and without allowing a counterattack

It's hard to do that. Intermilan may be going defensively against juventus. Old lady shall not be playing openly against intermilan. Intermilan is a club that was using direct counter attack as its weapon. Lautaro martinez will become the main threat for juventus.
I think that there is no club that was underestimating its opponent. It may be probably the fans. Juventus needs to be careful with counter attack from intermilan.
Allegri needs to put someone who is capable enough in guarding lautaro. I have picked double chance juventus or intermilan win.
The risk is high to pick one of them.
i'm very sure that when facing Juventus, Inzaghi will use a 3-5-2 formation, and so far this formation has been very effective in keeping Martinez safe from being targeted by the opponent's midfield and back line.

But the interesting thing is that Juventus are actually quite used to the 3-5-2 formation too, I'm curious which team will use that formation, both Inter and Juventus have a pretty big chance of winning even though Juventus are slightly favorites because they are the hosts this match.

Why do Inter Milan seem to play defensively? If Juventus won't play openly, it is the time for Inter Milan to play more offensively. Honestly, I don't know what strategy/tactic will be used by those teams. But they probably will be very careful, they won't play very offensive and won't play too defensive as well.

Lautaro martinez will become the main threat for juventus. Allegri needs to put someone who is capable enough in guarding lautaro.
Juventus has Danilo and Bremer. I think this duo center-backs are enough to stop Lautaro Martínez. Danilo and Bremer are 2 top defenders in Serie A, Lautaro Martínez won't be easy to get through those two players.

I have picked double chance juventus or intermilan win.
Since the match will be in Juventus home, I also agree that Juventus seems to have a better chance to win the match. But we don't what will be happening on the match. Sometimes the result of the match can be out of our prediction.  Wink

In fact, it is difficult to judge how right the management is because now Napoli have not the best results but not the worst either. They have just returned to their usual level, they cannot be higher than it every season like they were last season. We are not saying that it’s time to fire Milan’s coach, although the results there are almost the same, plus Milan has a much lower chance of qualifying for the 1/8 of the Champions League than Napoli.
I think Napoli and Milan are performing worse this year than last year. Milan started well but have suffered some really bad points drops in the last few weeks. In Napoli, things are not going as they wanted. They have lost points one after another and have to fight for the top places, let alone the leadership in the league.

Inter may currently be at the top of the standings but they will face two difficult matches in the future in Serie A because not only are Juventus a difficult opponent for them but after that they will still face Napoli. It's about the points they have to defend and maybe in one of those games Inter will drop points.

We know that this season's Scudetto competition is still open to anyone, including Napoli, even though they have a 10 point difference from Inter, but if Napoli succeed in beating Inter, of course they will cut the point difference to even less. This will be a tough match and Inter will have to maintain what they have gained so far.
And from the history of Inter Milan's meetings with Juventus in Serie A, we can see that Juventus is always superior. So it is possible that Inter Milan will lose points in this match. Because the match will also be held at Juventus' home ground. So Juventus deserves to be the favorite in this match. And maybe Juventus will take 1st place from Inter Milan. But in the match against Napoli I still doubt that Inter Milan will lose. Maybe there will be a draw in this match. Unless Osimhen recovers and strengthens Napoli's attack line. Maybe Napoli has a chance to win. But I still don't know what Napoli's new coach can do at the moment.
This fact is difficult to avoid and certainly Juventus will not waste this opportunity to shift Inter from the top of the standings. Playing in front of La Vechia Signora supporters will really be an additional boost for Juventus and that's why they have to win as much as possible with a difference of more than 1 goal.

Regarding the match against Napoli, this will be a proving ground for Napoli's new coach Mazzari and of course he has to prove that he is worthy of managing Napoli, especially being able to beat Inter will be one of his best achievements this season. But it is true that Osimhen's performance in this match will determine whether Napoli can beat Inter or not. Even if Napoli fail to beat Inter, I quite agree that at least they should succeed in holding Inter to a draw.

Victor Oshime is not the only big name that can raise the bar of Napoli during hard and big games like this, during the absence of the Nigerian international for Napoli, players like Khivicha Kvaratskhelia and Giacomo Raspadori held the clubs attack up. They did what they could do but couldn't do so during the last fixture against Juventus Empoli.
They'll need team efforts and not relying on a single person and player to decide the outcome of the game, plans will definitely go sideways If that player gets man marked.

I hope to see Juventus at the top, this is my own opinion. They'll do whatever they do best come few weeks ahead. Don't forget, Inter Milan remains the strongest attack in Seria A.

Both teams are equally strong in defense, but Inter have a more productive goal record than Juventus so far. Inter, who are playing away from home, are still very confident of winning, but Juventus cannot be underestimated, especially as this is a home game for them. Moreover, Juventus are also unbeaten in their 6 home games this season in Serie A, so Inter will have to do something better if they want to win 3 points.

Inter's away record is also good as they have not dropped a single point in their 5 away games this season. So I think this is the most interesting match to look forward to even though Atalanta vs Napoli is also interesting. I expect changes to the standings that will benefit Milan, but Milan must make sure they can beat Fiorentina.
