Rudi Garcia may be a good coach, but there are some problems in Napoli that cause the team to be in such a bad ranking. Even though they have won 4 in 8 matches so far, losing at home is unacceptable and it is too bad that they are in fifth place. Compared to last year, they managed to keep the important players of the team in the team. I thought they would be in an important ranking this year too, but they have played very poorly in some places so far.

Napoli this season is totally different from the Napoli last season, were on fire when they lifted the scudetto last season. Probably having difficulty in winning games this season, all these struggles originates from the former manager, Luciano Spalleti resigning from his position as headcoach, leaving Napoli with no option than to scout out replacement for him, apparently they appointed the former Al Nassr boss, Rudi Garcia as the new manager. He's finding out time to fit into the system of Italian football because the game pattern in Seria A is quite different from Saudi Pro League. He needs time to adapt and make proper mappings on the team.

I wish Spaletti, who knew the team better and had a strong bond with the team, had not left. He left his position, thinking that a better coach would replace him, but it seems that the situation did not turn out as he expected. Maybe it would have been like this again if Spaletti had stayed, but at least he would have fought together again this year with the good squad he created last year and brought that ambition to the team again.

After a great finish last season we expected Napoli to better themselves in the new season but we haven't seen a good performance from them at the start of the season. Last season we saw Napoli qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League and they looked set to progress to the semi-finals but this season they have a tougher challenge going into the next round.
I don't want to make any predictions about this team right now because there is still enough time in the season that they can certainly turn around next time. Even if there is enough time, the problem for them is that at the moment other teams are way ahead of them in points, even if they are consistent later on, recovering these points will be a very challenging issue for them.

Currently, Napoli is considering sacking coach Rudi Garcia, of course this is allegedly because the results obtained in the last few matches have not been very satisfactory. In the last 10 matches, Napoli achieved 5 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses, of course that is not a good result for the defending Serie champions last season. The owner of Napoli seems dissatisfied with the performance of coach Rudi Garcia and we have often discussed it here that choosing an inexperienced coach like Rudi Garcia will only make Napoli worse off and unable to maintain their performance like the previous season. Maybe this is too soon for Napoli but they must act quickly to determine Rudi Garcia's next fate. Do you think this is the right decision for Napoli to fire Rudi Garcia and does anyone still hope that Rudi Garcia can improve Napoli in the future?
I think we can understand that Napoli owner wants to consider for sacking Rudi Garcia. Napoli performance isn't as expected, they even lost many points when they played against smaller teams. It is something that never happened in the previous season when Napoli was under Luciano Spalletti's management. There are some problems in Napoli squad now. They looks to have not effective tactics and they players' mentality is decreasing much. Napoli players are no longer to have winning mentality. Also, with the tactics made by Rudi Garcia, some players seem not happy because they can optimize their abilities. So, since these are the responsibility of the coach, I don't blame Napoli owner to consider sacking Rudi Garcia. It may be too early, but Napoli owner wants to try a change for Napoli performance soon.

Perhaps what is most visible is that their mentality has begun to decline drastically, causing Napoli to often lose points. Against small teams they should still be able to maximize their efforts to at least make a comeback if they fall behind first. On the other hand, I think Rudi Garcia's coaching style is not suitable, resulting in a less harmonious relationship with his players and if it's like this, the Napoli owner must move quickly so that key players like Osimhen don't leave next winter. Moreover, internal problems with the club must also be cleared up because it is impossible for them to continue doing this when their important players want to stay longer.

This match will be the most important game for this week in Serie A because now both teams AC Milan and Juventus are in good form and it can be a little bit hard to predict this match.
In the five last games they had against each other Juventus won only one game and they had two draws while AC Milan won the other two games and this can give even more chance for AC Milan to win that match.
Absolutely not a fact. Taking into account the statistics of recent games between teams such as Milan and Juventus is not the most promising occupation, especially since it is only the beginning of the season and the result of the match will not have a fatal effect on the tournament prospects of both teams. Both teams will be completely separately tuned to the match itself, and not to any statistics there. And yet I will give some preference to Milan.

Fiorentina played well against them, yes. But Napoli left out some great chances and Osimhen had two opportunities to give the game a different turn, but he missed it. I thin Fiorentina has done a great job then to make use of the few big opportunities they had and they scored. Those goals were always in the right moments when Napoli was about to increase their pressure. I still would say it is too early to come up with conclusions on whether or not Napoli is about to face a bad season. I think they are still trying to find their best form and you can see when the are building up pressure, it is still the old Napoli from last season. Their problem is that they miss a lot of chances and they can't sustain the pressure for very long because their defense is more prone to mistakes than last season.

In almost every game you can find moments when one of the teams could turn the game around or seriously change its course. We need to look at more general indicators, and here, in my opinion, everything is obvious - Napoli has only 50% of victories and this is definitely not the Napoli that won almost every game last season. As for the prospects for the season, if Fiorentina or Atalanta do not push Napoli out of the top 4, then it will be a normal season, not a failure.

Yes but I think that's another point of contention here. Too many people think that the last season should be the standard by which Napoli's performance this season is measured. While it's ok for people to think that way, I think it also makes sense to acknowledge that last season was anything but normal for Napoli and for any team that would or could have played like that. A score of 16 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss is outstanding and the probability of failing to achieve that again next season is almost 100%. The Serie A teams are too equal. It is not like the times when Juventus dominated every year and were literally unstoppable.

Of course, it may need time, but I think how can this team, which won the Scudetto last year, be so bad this year? Actually, they are not too bad, but there is a serious difference compared to last year. That's why Napoli fans are so upset. They were expecting to become champions this year as well and they have experienced surprising points losses so far.

So true. But if we look at how the Napoli players are playing this season we can see there is a difference in the way they enjoy the game. Last season, Napoli players looked more confident when they were on the field and competing with any strong team. But this season I see that the Napoli players do not have better self-confidence than last season. Sometimes winning last season also raises big expectations which can burden the players' mentality. Currently, Napoli's game is still good. They can still always dominate the match. But unfortunately the accuracy of Napoli's front players is worse this season. They always miss many opportunities. Even Osimhen often makes mistakes. I think the problem is in the team's own confidence. Because Napoli actually still has good players. But they just need to increase their confidence. Rudi Garcia does have different ideals from Spalletti. But he is also still included in the ranks of good coaches today. I think gradually Napoli will get back on track.

When the match week arrives, I think there will be one match that everyone will be looking forward to as much as I am, and that is the result of Milan vs Juventus. Milan has started really well this year and there is an important obstacle for them to continue this good start. This obstacle is not an easy one. Milan, which continues to lead the league with 7 wins in 8 matches, will want to win this match and continue its leadership. We can say that it won't be an easy match for both teams, but I think Juventus is the more advantageous team, even if we think that they don't have the advantage. The reason is that Milan will travel to PSG 3 days after this match. We can think that Juventus will focus more on the match because it is not a European Cup match. Considering that Milan has 2 draws in the champions league group, they will have to focus more on the PSG match if they want to get out of the group.

This match will be an interesting match and I can't say which club will win the match, because none of these clubs should be underestimated with their performance. As we all know Milan is topping the table and they have shown how strong that they are this season by losing only to Inter. This makes it difficult for Juventus to win them even though, Milan will play in the Champions league before clashing with Juventus.

On the other hand Juventus is also strong and will do everything possible to take advantage of the match, if Milan performance is been affected in the champions league. I just hope to see who wins on that day.

Not so sure of AC Milan winning against Juventus, they have a Champions League game in the next few days after this match, so they should drop some of them best players for that game so they won't be compromised for the bigger picture ( Champions League )
Juventus without any European Competition will do everything to remain in the top four, I'm standing by them in this game honestly.
The management and heads of Juventus football club have backed Allegri completely for the job, they have faith in him.

Napoli Rudi Garcia would need to make improvements, they have tough away games, do hope he wins them.

Garcia is actually a good and experienced coach. However, it seems there is indeed a mismatch between him and Napoli, especially some of the players there. So the strategy or tactics cannot be optimized. Not only that, however, Napoli's hopes are certainly high for Garcia, because previously, Spaletti had brought Napoli to become Serie A champions. However, this season, since being taken over by Garcia, things have not been optimal. There were even some defeats that actually shouldn't have happened. It seems like Garcia hasn't been able to optimize his strategy at this club to make Napoli stay at the top.

It's terrible to see the Serie A champions struggle this season after a fantastic season last year that earned them the title. Many people have blamed the coach's departure as the source of Napoli's current problem, but I don't think that to be the case. Every club has hard or trying moments, and I feel this is theirs, which they will get over shortly. The new coach has a vital role to play here as well; he must reassemble the team as quickly as possible in order to get the ball rolling again before it is too late. It will be very bad for them if they do not not finish in the top 4 this season if they continue to playing like this. So there is need to adjust the game pattern to fit the new system they need to employ for this season with the new coach’s directives.

Actually, I don't think there is a problem in terms of players of Napoli because the majority of players this season and last season are not too different, but Rudi's leadership style still cannot provide something good for Napoli, especially when it is a heavy burden when entrusted as a replacement for Spalletti, who is considered a hero because he managed to bring the Scudetto after a long time, obviously this will affect the performance of Rudi Garcia.
Currently rumours of dismissal have echoed and indeed I think this will be a problem for Napoli and Rudi Garcia himself if indeed he still has the same performance then there is no other way for Napoli to maintain a coach who cannot lift the club's performance as before even though the change of coach is also not necessarily the right choice.

I think when the board makes the analysis what counts is whether Napoli is without chances and plays bad soccer, but do they really? If I see this more or less correctly, Napoli has problems with using their chances and scoring goals at the moment. It is also true that they are not as dominant and as determined last season. But I am not sure if the board is convinced that changing the coach would also change their situation. This is what they will be thinking about, similar to the problem that Manchester United has. Will changing the coach also improve the team?
There is no guarantee that a change of coach can have an instant impact on improving the club performance. Garcia is not too bad because he is just undergoing his first season at Napoli. The overall composition of Napoli players is almost the same as last season, what Garcia needs now is to speed up his adaptation process in the Napoli squad. Napoli opportunity to defend the Scudetto is still open, I know Inter Milan and AC Milan are much better than Napoli this season.

Considering that Serie A has only been running for eight matches, anything could still happen in the future, Garcia needs to improve the performance of his defensive players so that Osimhen productivity in scoring goals is not in vain. Behind seven points from the top of the standings, it is still realistic to catch up, Milan is unlikely to survive until the end of the season without losing.

Yes indeed, I also think Rudi Garcia is not that bad and maybe, the problem is only about Rudi Garcia attitude which is not good towards the players, which might make Rudi Garcia threatened with being fired. But I think, if we only consider the tactics and strategy used for Napoli, it seems like Rudi Garcia still has good potential over time. But perhaps, the board has a mismatch with Rudi Garcia style as a head coach and thus I think it is possible that Rudi Garcia will be fired. If that happens, then at least Napoli is not prioritizing Rudi Garcia potential as a head coach, but about how good the head coach is at leading a big team like Napoli.

We all know about the past experience of Rudi Garcia and he is even close to saying he is a good coach because of the last performance he had before Napoli.
in the next game for Rudi Garcia and his palyer, they have to face with Hellas Verona which is definitely easy to say Napoli is going to win in that game because in the last five meets they had, Hellas Verona never won a game.

Things like this are inevitable even though they still have a fairly good number of wins when trained by Garcia but if you compare this season and last season then there is already a noticeable difference from this.
Now I think he needs a few chances because firing at the beginning of this season is not very good and changing coaches cannot be a guarantee for Napoli, but if in the end Management and Napoli officials are impatient with the results that Napoli always get then the dismissal sooner or later will definitely happen in the next few weeks if Napoli's performance is always the same.

Napoli are doing badly this year after a great year last year. They lost 3-1 against Fiorentina at home and their only goal came from a penalty kick by Osimhen. I'm almost sure that Osimhen will leave the team at halftime and Napoli will continue to lose blood if that happens. After last year in Serie A, this year is a complete disappointment for Napoli.
As compared to the performance they had last season we could possibly say Napoli is currently having a decline in their performance, but then I don't think they have a coaching problem so sacking the coach at this time will not be the solution to their problem, earlier this season they started off fairly but then they started performing poorly after the issues that built up around the club both with players and the management.

Basically Napoli has a tactics and management problem, recall that the persnt coach has not stayed up to two seasons, definitely it will look too soon as last season they had good performance enough to give Hime some benefits of doubts as he is dealing with mostly new players for this season ela's they will have to be changing coach every season which is definitely not healthy for the team generally, as it will affect players productivity and how they will have to keep adopting to new coaches some may get discouraged and leave at the slightest opportunity. Napoli should concentrate more on building the team with the current new players and build on their young strength.
