After a great finish last season we expected Napoli to better themselves in the new season but we haven't seen a good performance from them at the start of the season. Last season we saw Napoli qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League and they looked set to progress to the semi-finals but this season they have a tougher challenge going into the next round.
I don't want to make any predictions about this team right now because there is still enough time in the season that they can certainly turn around next time. Even if there is enough time, the problem for them is that at the moment other teams are way ahead of them in points, even if they are consistent later on, recovering these points will be a very challenging issue for them.

I think we can understand that Napoli owner wants to consider for sacking Rudi Garcia. Napoli performance isn't as expected, they even lost many points when they played against smaller teams. It is something that never happened in the previous season when Napoli was under Luciano Spalletti's management. There are some problems in Napoli squad now. They looks to have not effective tactics and they players' mentality is decreasing much. Napoli players are no longer to have winning mentality. Also, with the tactics made by Rudi Garcia, some players seem not happy because they can optimize their abilities. So, since these are the responsibility of the coach, I don't blame Napoli owner to consider sacking Rudi Garcia. It may be too early, but Napoli owner wants to try a change for Napoli performance soon.

Perhaps what is most visible is that their mentality has begun to decline drastically, causing Napoli to often lose points. Against small teams they should still be able to maximize their efforts to at least make a comeback if they fall behind first. Of course, it may need time, but I think how can this team, which won the Scudetto last year, be so bad this year? So true. But if we look at how the Napoli players are playing this season we can see there is a difference in the way they enjoy the game. Last season, Napoli players looked more confident when they were on the field and competing with any strong team. But this season I see that the Napoli players do not have better self-confidence than last season. Sometimes winning last season also raises big expectations which can burden the players' mentality. Currently, Napoli's game is still good. They can still always dominate the match. But unfortunately the accuracy of Napoli's front players is worse this season. They always miss many opportunities. Even Osimhen often makes mistakes. I think the problem is in the team's own confidence. Because Napoli actually still has good players. But they just need to increase their confidence. Garcia is actually a good and experienced coach. However, it seems there is indeed a mismatch between him and Napoli, especially some of the players there. It's terrible to see the Serie A champions struggle this season after a fantastic season last year that earned them the title. Many people have blamed the coach's departure as the source of Napoli's current problem, but I don't think that to be the case. Every club has hard or trying moments, and I feel this is theirs, which they will get over shortly. The new coach has a vital role to play here as well; he must reassemble the team as quickly as possible in order to get the ball rolling again before it is too late. It will be very bad for them if they do not not finish in the top 4 this season if they continue to playing like this. So there is need to adjust the game pattern to fit the new system they need to employ for this season with the new coach’s directives.

Things like this are inevitable even though they still have a fairly good number of wins when trained by Garcia but if you compare this season and last season then there is already a noticeable difference from this.

Basically Napoli has a tactics and management problem, recall that the persnt coach has not stayed up to two seasons, definitely it will look too soon as last season they had good performance enough to give Hime some benefits of doubts as he is dealing with mostly new players for this season ela's they will have to be changing coach every season which is definitely not healthy for the team generally, as it will affect players productivity and how they will have to keep adopting to new coaches some may get discouraged and leave at the slightest opportunity. Napoli should concentrate more on building the team with the current new players and build on their young strength.
