That's what at least of my concerns about Osimhen in the last transfer window, because if I consider the scudetto results from the previous two or three seasons like when Inter and then Milan get the scudetto. Napoli are really missing the ir former manager Luciano Spalletti, and it's not too late for them to recall him for bring in a better manager that would atleast help the team to secure the top 4 position cause they're really struggling to pick a good form and be consistent under Rudi Garcia, his game play is not helping the team and the team lack a good connection on the pitch and are affected by it.

I also free there's a dressing situation that affecting them as well, cause a good number of Snr players have fall out with the manager and that really a big problem cause most time such players would end up not following the coaches instructions especially when they're not winning games.

Things like this are inevitable even though they still have a fairly good number of wins when trained by Garcia but if you compare this season and last season then there is already a noticeable difference from this.

The difference between this season and last is the coach, and I think the previous coach is by far better than the present one, the current coach is not fit to coach a club like Napoli I feel he's not ready yet and should've focus on coaching smaller clubs and performing very well with them before moving to a bigger team cause it's really obvious that Rudi Garcia is not able to handle big players that are in the club and has fallen out with several of them recently, which is killing the teams performance.

Well I think he's at the risk of being sacked because I don't see him taking the club forward rather they'll keep dropping points which is very bad for the club currently cause it's making their rivals move far ahead of them in the league standings, well I also understand that Rudi Garcia doesn't understand Italian football anymore and is incapable of building a connection with his key players both on a off the dressing room.

I don't understand what you mean by taking Osimhen out and bringing in another striker, because every team definitely needs cover players to help the team become more solid. What I saw was that Osimhen was withdrawn because he missed a penalty in the previous match and Rudi Garcia still believes in Osimhen as their current striker.
