As for a draw, I think it is very possible for it to happen in their match, but if we talk about who will win that match. Indeed, since last season Lautaro Martinez has always been the club's mainstay when it comes to scoring goals and if we talk about last season he scored 21 for Inter in Serie A. AC Milan is very ambitious in this Derby match because Milan has always suffered in the last few matches. The enthusiasm shown by the Rossoneri is certainly very reasonable because this season they are really in their best performance and the combination in the attack line is also quite good. Inter, too, have not been touched by defeat and are still leading the standings with the same points as their rivals.

Inter might be shown the favourite by bookmakers. But this is a game which is difficult to predict the result of. Because it is a derby game as you have mentioned. We have witnessed different results in an unexpected time in the Derby della Madonnina before. There is no concept of home or away game for these teams as they are using the same stadium.
