I'm not sure about that. Because plain logic doesn't work every time. Napoli can be a stronger team than Juventus on paper but I still believe Juventus are a team that can bigger difficulties for Lazio these days compared to Napoli - considering the recent head-to-heads between them. Therefore I believe Juventus will win this.

I don't know for sure how true the rumor is, but citing one piece of information from transfermarkt, it seems to be true.

I hope he gets cleared. Otherwise, if the positive test is confirmed, he will have to face the national anti-doping tribunal. If he is found guilty, he could be disqualified for two to four years. Complicated problem face by Juventus with Paul Pogba, after getting injury last match and possibilities will absent for several matches later and right now have rumor about doping although not confirmed yet true or not. It will be very difficult to sell Pogba. About two months ago Juventus wanted to sell him.
