first season that must be put to good use to get more points to be able to win the Scudetto even though it looks very difficult to get the title but I am sure that Mourinho is a very experienced coach to give the best title for his team.
and regarding the failure last season Roma experienced 2 failures in series A and also failed in the European league and all this does not mean the end of success but at least all of us hope that if Roma fail to get the European title this season at least they have to strongly pursue the Scudetto title even though they have to compete strongly with other teams like Napoli but we always remember if consistent will give good results nothing is impossible as you say.

Roma first match will be against Bologna and this is an opportunity for Roma to show its strength to become the best team with more winning points.

Scudetto isn't Mourinho primary target for this season because he know Roma as one of mediocre team in Serie A and their rival such as Inter Milan, AC Milan, Napoli or even Juventus is much better than Roma especially from team preparation that those teams can able to spend a lot of money to gets more players to strengthen their squad but for Roma according to the transfermarkt so far they only can able to gets new players from free transfer status

Mourinho has successfully to change this team to performing better compared to Roma previous manager and at European competitions Mourinho has made a new history with gets UEFA European Conference League trophy and bringing this team reach to the final match of Europa league and this also make Roma management was very satisfied with his achievement and they had decide to extended Mourinho contract and i think if this season Roma can able to performing stable then they can finish at top 4 but for scudetto i think it's too early for them

That was AS Roma's hope the first time Jose Mourinho arrived at this club as a coach, with his experience and also the achievements he had at several previous clubs gave hope that he could do the same thing, and the first few matches when he was with Roma opened up that hope unfortunately slowly Rome again became difficult to compete.
However, when Mourinho was able to bring this Rome team to win the Conference League, it was good enough.
What he didn't get at Roma but he got at previous clubs is money, because Roma is not like Chelsea, Real Madrid in terms of finance, maybe when Roma can get rich investors that can make them a rich club and Mourinho will have freedom buy players he likes and believe will change his team for the better, then Roma will get better achievements.
It was quite a long time ago when they last won Serie A, more than two decades if they could become champions it would be the proudest thing for AS Roma and Mourinho because they could break the domination of Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan even if only occasionally.

Actually AC Milan is not a very rich club, that's why they are not interested in spending huge sums of money to buy players. And they don't add star players to the squad at exorbitant prices, and you know they are very selective in adding players to the squad. And AC Milan wants to build a stable squad by spending less money, and it would be said they are quite successful. AC Milan's performance in Serie A remains stable. The same can be said for all teams. If they can't choose the players to be transferred well, it means a big financial responsibility for Milan. This responsibility is a situation that affects not only this year, but also other years. It may be a difficult year for Milan, they have to make very careful transfers. Well, it's true that all this is about money and also about the foresight of the club in targeting potential players they can recruit. But when talking about AC Milan and also Inter Milan I'm always not worried about these two clubs. because somehow these two clubs have always been able to utilize the players they have to the best level of performance each player has. What makes these two clubs always be one of the strongest clubs in Serie A. Even in the last season without having many expensive players, we could see AC Milan qualify for the UCL semi-finals and even more surprising, Inter Milan could get to the UCL final. So, for me, these two clubs can always overcome any problems they face and can always develop the potential of their players to be better for the team. So without buying more expensive players, even though these two clubs will definitely compete in the top flight of Serie A again.

I think a team that played in the Champions League Final and lost needed to strengthen their squad and prepare well to stand a better chance of winning next time but Milan failed to do that rather they sold most of their best players and even allowed Onana to move to Manchester united instead of renewing a contract with him although Yann Sommer is a good replacement for Onana but he's not young and won't serve them for a long term so why replacing a young player for a much older one that won't last up to 4-5 years in the club.
Well they made a handful of signing but im not impressed by it and i feel their rivals and neighbours Ac Milan would perform better than them this season with the kind of quality players they signed players like Chukwueze, Noah Okafor, Christian Pulisic, lotus cheek and about four others, that's a team that's ready for a better challenge this season therefore they went for younger and talented ballers that would help them perform better than the previous season.

Juventus of course have good players but I don't think the squad is still good enough to be in a title rivalry. I still see some weaknesses there. For example there is only one right-back in the squad who is De Sciglio and he is expected to be out until mid October. They need a transfer to this position immediately.

Other than that there are many midfielders maybe but 4 of them are injured already. Their return dates aren't even known. Juventus need immediate additions to this area as well. As long as they make the necessary transfers in the summer they can be more competitive. Otherwise Allegri might have another sad season which could put an end to his time at Juventus.

However you're right when you said their squad looks balanced they've added some players into the squad and some of their top players sent on loan across Europe have arrived the team to help them challenge for the league this season, Allegri Massimiliano is a very good coach on of the best in the league and would be looking to get a trophy this season to make up for the previous one, though they might not play in the Champions League but it would help them prepare and focus more on getting the league title.

It's napoli's trick but osimhen already agreed with it. There's no guarantee his performance will still stable this season.

Back to back consistency of a player increases their market value, and Osimhen's case is no exemption. If he doesn't perform as well as he did last season, he won't be pursued by other teams, who will regard him as a one-season wonder. He has a lot of work to do this season to prove his ability in the game, and even Napoli wouldn't want him to play worse than he did last season since they need him to win the title again.

Too many players might be too different and difficult for a coach to handle, especially AC Milan right now, they have signed player's the coach. It's either for the coach to manage the players, sell if he stays and wants to fight for the club.
Raphael Leoa and Chukwueze are evidence enough players to do very well week in and out for the Seria a. They did well in the Champions y, they have a chance of repeating and going far if same performance is kept in touch.
