I mean they are not really spending all that much money, that's their problem. Italian clubs are having some of the worst financial troubles I have seen in a while, and if any person comes out and just buys one of them out, and spend money like they do with other leagues, they could dominate the league very easily. That would be boring for the league and other teams of course, but a team that spends 100 million a year, every single year, would definitely be something that would be insanely well regarded without an issue.

I hope that it can reach to a point where it doesn't have to be like that, but if it is, then I hope it is not just one team but multiple teams so that we can see some competition and not like PSG situation.

Milan don't intend to make big signings as usual. Even after hearing about Lukaku's cost to them they must have given up signing him. Lukaku's priority was Inter also though but still I think that reason also affected Milan's decision. They just want to have a decent level of squad that can be enough to achieve their goals.

After that point it is up to Pioli and his students to become successful. In the season Milan won the Serie A title the last they didn't make a huge signing either. It is all about having the right philosophy and full concentration for them. I hope to see a different Milan in the league this season unlike the one in last season.

I actually don't think you're right about that. Intermilan is not in a difficult position right now. Lautaro martinez already rejected a lucrative offer from saudi club. Even lautaro said that if he wants to stay in intermilan, he is not trying to leave the club until he can give his best to the intermilan.
Lautaro is very loyal to the intermilan. that's the reason he was rejecting an offer that might give him 10x times salary compared with his current salary. The problem that has been faced by intermilan if the club has to sign a new striker.

Lautaro has turned down saudi's lucrative offer, which is not a surprise for me. It's caused by lautaro is still young. He wants to compete in the european competiton even longer. He has no intention to leave from intermilan as soon as possible. Saudi club was feeling over confident for its offer to be accepted by him. I have predicted that if saudi club will not get him no matter how big the price already offered to him. Lautaro still wanna play in UCL with intermilan. he is not interesting to get a lot of money this time but he puts achievement as everything in his life.
Intermilan is still struggling and it was also losing against manchester city in the final of UCL. Lautaro wanna try to face manchester city again next season in UCL. No reason to let him leave or inter fans gonna make another protest to the club again.

I also see the same thing as what you saw about Inter Milan last season, yes it was a fragile defense that they often got into trouble and had an impact on their results.
