Oh yes I agree but it is another case of some outside major investor making a decision against someone who has spent his life building a remarkable soccer player career and yet he had to go. Those are situations when it is not about expertise, but about power and the desire to let everyone feel that power. Firing Maldini was a dumb decision, but I am not too pessimistic for his future as he will surely find another place to deliver good work.
