I think it's a financial issue, because teams in Italy are not as rich as teams at premier league or la liga, which means that the top are getting even bigger gap than the bottom. At premier league when you move from Championship to Premier league it is still not that easy to stay up, a lot of teams end up staying for a few years and then going down, but their lower level leagues are so competitive and loved that they still get millions of dollars, and when they win they get like hundreds of millions of dollars.
This is why I believe that the best thing for Italian teams is to build a young squad when they are at Serie B, that way they could get better as they go along, and if they go up, they are growing up, so they can stay better, older players may get success quickly, but won't keep it there.

Serie A teams will be far behind financially when compared to Premier League teams. Even so, the teams in Serie A are strong enough. Serie A teams qualify for the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League finals. Despite not having many star players in the squad, Serie A teams are performing well. Serie A teams should build squads with young players if they are not financially sound enough. Forming a squad with young players will make it difficult to keep the team's performance consistent. But if the coach is experienced, it is possible to form a strong squad with young players.
Italian club's for a fact aren't financially strong like their English Premier League counterparts and that's the reason the best players in modern day football rarely play for Italian clubs.
However, despite their lesser financial strength when compared to other European big five leagues, Italian teams are still very good when comes to competing with other European clubs. How they've been doing that over the years is something I really f not understand

However, it seems that AC Milan has not shown much of their aggressiveness in the transfer market this season. Because it was rumored that the club was still preoccupied with changes in management within the club. because the position of Technical Director which was originally filled by Paolo Maldini seems currently vacant. Because Paolo Maldini has been sacked from his position and this certainly makes club management have to find a replacement immediately before starting the hunt for players. And yes AC Milan does need players to strengthen their back line. which was their weakness at the end of last season.
Geoffrey Moncada is a figure shown by Ac milan to replace Maldini. His name is no stranger to football, but in this case, of course, the task he has received is quite large and the era of Maldini and Massara has ended with AC Milan at the end of this season. We will see the figure of a new technical director and this will be a big assessment for the rise of Ac Milan next season. Not only is the back line fragile this season, but the midfield must also be a job that AC Milan management must fix in this season transfer window. Indeed, last season, AC Milan performance was far from what was expected because they were the defending champions but were unable to provide an attractive resistance to Napoli. So that Geoffrey Moncada had to fix gap after gap in the transfer window, now Geoffrey Moncada has succeeded in bringing in Daichi Kamada and it is very likely that several other players will also be targeted by Moncada in this transfer window. Revolution must be carried out immediately by Ac Milan to welcome next season. Even the work on the front line for replacements for Giroud and Leao doesn't seem to have been done by AC Milan so far. Ac Milan needs a back-up striker who can impress when their main player is absent.

Milan need good signings because they are way behind Napoli. They do not want to experience the same this season. However, there is no movement. It is difficult to fix Milan's bad situation with 1-2 transfers. That's why I'm curious about the transfers Milan will make.

I also want to criticize some clubs because they don't have teachers. I do not understand the clubs that do not have a coach during the transfer period. They will be late for everything. They are late in their preparations for pre-season camps and European cups. It's ridiculous that management makes such mistakes. And they do this every year.

The sooner a team builds up and gets used to each other, the better.

I think there are not many teams that are rich in any league. Most of the teams are in debt although I don't know how bad it is in Italy relative to other leagues, but Barcelona and Madrid are also said to have huge debt. Those teams who have big investors don't suffer from those issues. But I often wonder how these clubs always survive their financial problems. I have never seen a club go broke so far in one of the top leagues.

I think the easiest way to put it is that Italian league is filled up with manipulators lol. EVERY transfer window; they never have the funds to buy players, but they request exorbitant fees when they sell players same summer. Yet they wonder why no investors or agent market their players to the league lol. I think the league should improve on their marketing approach especially tv broadcast fees so that the teams in the league are able to compete well

I said it earlier today that if Serie A teams have the financial power that premier league teams have then the serie A will be the best league in the world without any rival. There are so many big teams in the Serie A. Right now, you can't pick a one or two teams that will be the winner of Serie A next season. There is very serious competition in the league. They need money in that league. In today's football without money you can't really do much. Italian teams got to every final of all the European competition this season. Even if they didn't win any, it's something they can build on and try to get better so they can dominate European football

I agree with you on the fact that there is serious competition going on in the Italian league. The games being played in the Serie A are really fast and strong paced. And if they’ve got the same or nearly the same amount of money that’s being spent by premier league clubs, then I also think Serie A might just be the best and most interesting league(not that it’s not interesting as it is now) in the world.
The players playing in the league are really motivated enough as this is shown in most European competitions. The league has the talent and the players. They now just need some more money pumped into it.

Lol, La Liga only has Real Madrid and Barcelona as the richest team and after all, Premier League teams are the best when it comes to finances. Also, I am surprised when you say Serie A teams are without a lot of star players because after all, teams like Inter, Juventus, Milan and also Roma have a lot of star players and maybe there are other teams too. So, I don't agree with your statement and also, young and old players are always in every team and in fact, Real Madrid still relied on old players last season too.
Of the several seasons that have passed, we have indeed been served by two teams that have the ability to compete in the top rankings of the league, they are Barcelona and Real Madrid, even these two teams make Laliga even more interesting to watch every season. Indeed the finances of these two teams are the biggest in Laliga at the moment compared to other teams. These two teams always sign a lot of great players in every season even this season real madrid did it again by bringing in Bellingham.

So, from that point of view, I think every league from other countries also has a lot of stars on their team, such as Serie A, Ligue 1 or the Bundesliga so that each league has its own advantages in attracting football lovers. For that, I think Barcelona and Real Madrid are the two icons that catapulted the name Laliga for now. Sevilla or Atletico Madrid often surprise them, but they are still unable to compete with these two teams in Laliga.

I frequently ever hear anything about Seria. In contrast to Barcelona, a Spanish league club. I believe the blaugrana are to blame for their own difficulties, as they violated FFP guidelines by signing players for exceeding the expected budget generated and offered by the club. The same scenario happened to Chelsea several years ago, and they were banned from signing players for an unknown length of time. Clubs cannot go bankrupt because they have high businesspeople who have invested significantly in a club, a single individual can own a club and shares, and he can build the club despite the imposed responsibilities and debts.

Some Rumors.

Juventus bought Milik from OM
Brozovic will probably go away from Inter, Barca or Arabia is the destination.

Rabiot will leave Juventus for the Premier or Arabian states.

Cuadrado will leave Juventus.

Currently, the sad thing about Inter Milan is they have many old players in their teams and they are right now the oldest teams in the Serie A which can make them prob, mes in the next season when they need to hire younger players or they should continue with the average on 28.5y old in their team which is too much.

Well in Italy we are not doing well, no team is rich they are all full of debts
ill-common half-joy then?
I really don't think it can be good but we make it good, at least they fight each other on an equal footing

This is the main problem for Milan at the moment. I personally don't think they don't want the title because of course the Scudetto is a symbol of where we rule for the domestic league but then again Milan are still constrained by the money they have.
It's obviously a bit complicated for them not only now but the previous season was like that too.
The latest news at this time for Milan is that it is possible for them to be able to bring in Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal because of the cash book problems facing Villarreal because the possibility for Villarreal is that if they don't cut wages then they will sell Samuel Chukwueze.
This will be a good signal for Milan because Samuel Chukwueze is the main target for Milan so far.
On the other hand, it looks like Juventus will now let Cuardado and Bonnuci go.

Milan is not very financially sound. They have limitations. They cannot buy players at high prices. This is why this team has not been able to fight for the Serie A title for a long time. Every season they aim to perform somewhat consistently and qualify for the Champions League. They do not have the strong squad and ability to win the title.

Samuel Chukwueze may be interested in joining the Milan team. But he is not a regular scorer. Samuel Chukwueze scored 6 goals in 37 matches last season. If Milan could add an experienced scorer to the squad, their attack would be stronger. However, adding a young player like Samuel Chukwueze to the team would be a good decision for Milan. Maybe Samuel Chukwueze can score a lot of goals if he adapts to Milan's tactics.
Price will indeed be a consideration in this case but if Milan are really serious it won't be a problem it's just that maybe some players will have to be sacrificed for this.
The option to borrow players is the same as they always do, and it won't always work, so in this case they need to find other alternatives to make their attack line back in good condition at an affordable price.
Even though at the moment there is still Giroud, of course expecting him to always contribute in conditions that are getting older and older is also not going to go well.

AC Milan is like many Italian clubs in the last few years. They don't have too much money like clubs from Premier League or La Liga. They have to look at free players to convince those players participate in their clubs. Inter Milan, AC Milan, Roma, Juventus focus on this approach and they got some success. They aim at young players, not old players if they have to spend money for transfers. Because they want to build a squad that can play in a next 5 years or longer with those players.

In addition, they don't want to increase their salary ceilings too much because they are aware that it will be harmful for for their club finance after a few seasons. If results in leagues, competitions won't maintain at good levels, a higher salary ceiling will cause a financial crisis for their clubs.
Napoli are by far the best-financed team in Serie A with a total club market value of €640.50m. Napoli is in first place with the highest total value, followed by Inter, Milan, Juventus, Analanta and Roma.

So far Milan is in 3rd place in the list of clubs with the highest total market value, but Milan is also in third place as a team that has an average age of 27.1 years from 30 players. Milan has a lot of young players, and Milan also has some expensive players like Rafael Leão, Theo Hernández and Sandro Tonali who all have a market value of over €50 million. Currently only Mirante remains as the oldest player in Milan who is 39 years old since Zlatan Ibrahimovic was without a club.

Ac milan will be doing some movements until it will be able to recruit a new director to replace maldini as soon as possible. Geoffrey Moncada has become a new name that replaces maldini's position. The problem is this guy likes to buy the new players from the farmers league like french league or bundesliga. Im still speculating if moncada is still searching for new talent for ac milan. It's very bad for ac milan to sack maldini caused by he was in trouble with the owner of ac milan right now.
one player was also getting affected caused by the team was sacking maldini. It's ketelaere who is still uncertain in ac milan.
I hope he can try to find a new club as soon as possible.

Maldini's dismissal from Ac Milan would be a mistake they would later regret because it is hard to find a good manager who will motivate the team to work hard or perform well. Having a problem can lead to anything, but the best course of action is to resolve it. Ac Milan's performance this season has been strong even though they occasionally lose to teams that propel them to the top 5, where they would not have qualified to champion league next season without Juventus' deduction of points.
Doesn't Ac Milan's performance in the Champions League this year, which saw them advance to the Semifinal round, demonstrate that Maldini is giving his all to the team?Sometimes a team makes the mistake of firing a successful coach, which they later come to regret.

It's a shame if changes in the management structure affect them in looking for new players who are expected to strengthen their team next season, AC Milan can't linger in determining the management so they can start looking for players who really fit their criteria, otherwise AC Milan will only it's again difficult to compete with other teams, especially in European competition because it's been a long time since they've shown an impressive performance, always unable to compete with other clubs in the big leagues.
a little saddened by the change in the management structure that was carried out by AC milan even though there was very much progress in Milan by Maldini. Maldini is one of the technical directors who always accompanies the players on the sidelines. Players also really appreciate Paulo Maldini at the club. If there wasn't Paulo Maldini at AC Milan, maybe they wouldn't have won the Scudetto trophy last year.

Even so, of course there are also minuses, but they shouldn't be fired right away. Like the failure of the 2022 summer transfer. Milan under Maldini is also a club that has been less successful in selling players. It is difficult to sell unproductive players so that it becomes a burden on the club. Also failing to sell good players who should be Milan's income such as Gigio, Hakan, Kessie and Romagnoli. We'll see, hopefully Zlatan goes into management to cool off the locker room. And hopefully Moncada can do a lot in player transfers this season.

I also liked the way Monza have played this season. They were able to beat Napoli, win one match against Inter and draw the other. They didn't lose to Roma in a home game. For a Serie B club, these are very good results. It is surprising that they have been able to finish this season in the middle of the standings.
Being able to compete in the mid-table is one proof of the real surprise shown by Monza as a promoted team in Serie A. Monza's success in his first season in Serie A after being promoted from Serie B seemed like a difficult dream to come true, after a long wait, Monza managed to compete well in the highest competition in Italian football.

Behind Monza's success in providing competition in Serie A there are important figures who have contributed, Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani have succeeded in building Monza's strengths since acquiring the club in 2018. Monza has made a good story after being promoted to Serie A, next season Monza will be even stronger because of Silvio Berlusconi's expectations of wanting to make Monza a new challenger in Serie A.
I

s not Monza in process of selling since Silvio died? Or the story was before that. I know that there were talking about it. Monza was exiting team to follow this year.
