That's right, we both hope for Milan that at least they have to buy two or three players to compete in the midst of an increasingly competitive Serie A competition. But other issues such as the sacking of Maldini from the club's technical director might be one of the reasons Milan haven't made any signings until now and I hope they can get through that.

Napoli was hit by the departure of Spalleti and with last season's winning squad there might be a significant difference, moreover Napoli have to adjust to their new coach Rudi Garcia for next season. So I think Napoli's problems are also not over despite securing the services of Raspadori and Simeone. Consistency is the key for all teams moving forward and that is also something that Napoli must do.
Their problems are still struggling with finances but indeed for now, especially with the return of Brahim Diaz to Madrid, of course it will create a gap and must be repaired immediately so inevitably they have to find alternatives now.

Now the name Samuel Chukwueze is still one of the players who is quite popular with Milan, but this possibility is a little difficult because there will definitely be a slightly higher price, moreover there will definitely be victims who are not inevitable if Samuel Chukwueze goes to Milan.

There are actually quite a lot of Milan players, it's just that their contributions are still relatively minimal, such as Origi, De Ketelaere and Yacine Adli. IMO actually deserve to be on Milan's selling list.

The magpies is still now hunting italian football players.

As reported by footitalia
Quote
Premier League club Newcastle United have made a bid in the region of €50million for Milan midfielder Sandro Tonali. The Magpies have already tried to sign Inter’s Nicolo Barella this summer, but they offer was rejected, leading them to turn to Tonali.

Newcastle was using tonali as a replacement for barella. Newcastle has been sending the first offer to the intermilan, but it gets rejected as intermilan has no intention of selling barella at this moment.
Eddie howe is trying so hard to rebuild its club again. I put a lot of appreciations on him to make newcastle able to compete in the most prestigious competition in europa. I hope milan will let tonali goes to the newcastle united as soon as possible.

Ac milan has not yet bought even a single player from another club. This club is passive now. I don't even know whether the financial condition from the club is preventing the club to buy the new player or not but if acmilan wil not be able to compete with another club in upcoming season with the same squad as previous seasons.
I think for now AC Milan is still in the process of restructuring after the sacking of Paolo Maldini who was deemed to have failed to generate income for the club. As we know, AC Milan failed to get money from Donnaruma and Calhanoglu who moved for free. Currently Maldini's position is temporarily replaced by Geoffrey Moncada, maybe Milan still needs a few days to make a decision regarding transfers this summer. I can't even think about Milan's potential next season, maybe finishing in 5th place is a good position, because several AC Milan players have returned to their home team from loans and so far they are not giving any good news about transfer.
If AC Milan aims to win the title next season then they should definitely prepare a big fund and add the necessary talented players to the squad. AC Milan does not have a strong enough squad to win the title. AC Milan qualified for the Champions League. Consistency is difficult to maintain in both the Champions League and Serie A. And so AC Milan needs to build a more experienced and stronger squad. AC Milan conceded 43 goals last night. The defense was not strong enough. And so if you want to do well in the next season, the first thing that AC Milan needs to do is to strengthen the defense.
This is the main problem for Milan at the moment. I personally don't think they don't want the title because of course the Scudetto is a symbol of where we rule for the domestic league but then again Milan are still constrained by the money they have.
It's obviously a bit complicated for them not only now but the previous season was like that too.
The latest news at this time for Milan is that it is possible for them to be able to bring in Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal because of the cash book problems facing Villarreal because the possibility for Villarreal is that if they don't cut wages then they will sell Samuel Chukwueze.
This will be a good signal for Milan because Samuel Chukwueze is the main target for Milan so far.
On the other hand, it looks like Juventus will now let Cuardado and Bonnuci go.

Milan is not very financially sound. They have limitations. They cannot buy players at high prices. This is why this team has not been able to fight for the Serie A title for a long time. Every season they aim to perform somewhat consistently and qualify for the Champions League. They do not have the strong squad and ability to win the title.

Samuel Chukwueze may be interested in joining the Milan team. But he is not a regular scorer. Samuel Chukwueze scored 6 goals in 37 matches last season. If Milan could add an experienced scorer to the squad, their attack would be stronger. However, adding a young player like Samuel Chukwueze to the team would be a good decision for Milan. Maybe Samuel Chukwueze can score a lot of goals if he adapts to Milan's tactics.

In this season's transfer market, it seems that AC Milan is one of the teams that has yet to bring new players to the club from the ongoing transfer market. And AC Milan has also not recorded releasing many players. Only Zlatan Ibrahimovic has decided to retire and has said goodbye from AC Milan.

Meanwhile, Napoli have now got 2 additional players to their club in the transfer market which actually only opened in the last few days. The 2 players are Giacomo Raspadori and Giovanni Simeone. It seems that the transfer market this time is not too hot for Serie A clubs.
Even though other teams are starting to spend on players to strengthen the squad for next season, it seems like Milan are still looking for alternative new players and chances are they won't be left behind before the summer transfer market closes. On the other hand, Napoli managed to reach a permanent agreement with the two players namely Raspadori from Sassuolo and Simeone from Hellas Verona, we know both of them are important players who led Napoli to win the Scudetto this season. Raspadori and Simeone were brought in on loan at the start of last season, but Napoli finally put their trust in these two players and made the transfer permanent.
Milan may have made a deliberate choice to look for alternative new players in order to properly consider potential additions and make the best decisions for their roster. Milan diligence suggests they will not fall behind in the summer transfer market even though other teams are making early moves. On the other side napoli choice to acquire long term contracts With Raspadori and Simeone shows that they have faith in these players skills and recognise their importance in the team Scudetto success. It demonstrates Napoli commitment to laying a strong foundation by keeping important player who have already shown their value. This alternative tactic emphasises the various approaches taken by various teams as they negotiate the transfer market to bolster their team.
That's right, we both hope for Milan that at least they have to buy two or three players to compete in the midst of an increasingly competitive Serie A competition. The improvement of AC Milan in the last 5 years was nice and I believe that they can be maintaining some consistent winning if they could improve more on both the defence and attack. They can learn from Napoli, what made them win this season is not majorly about the strength of the whole team which was later obvious towards the end of the season, but the firepower of their aggressors, especially Victor Osimhen. I believe that AC Milan will always be a good force to fear in Serie A in the coming years, nonetheless, a few more adjustments and determination by the players can go a long way.
all depends on the strategy owned by Milan to remain the strongest in the summer. I mean you said about the strength of AC Milan's defense and attack line even now Milan seems to have financial constraints to buy several new players.
even though Milan themselves need new players to strengthen their performance in the summer and it is not easy to have to compete with Napoli or even have to win the Champions League or European League trophies without new players who are stronger than before.
but Milan still has that hope to be stronger in the new season.

However, it seems that AC Milan has not shown much of their aggressiveness in the transfer market this season. Because it was rumored that the club was still preoccupied with changes in management within the club. because the position of Technical Director which was originally filled by Paolo Maldini seems currently vacant. Because Paolo Maldini has been sacked from his position and this certainly makes club management have to find a replacement immediately before starting the hunt for players. And yes AC Milan does need players to strengthen their back line. which was their weakness at the end of last season.

@kro55 I don’t think that they have a big budget to splurge this season and unless they sell some player’s I doubt that they’ll be able to reinvest into buying new player’s. @Uruhara these management issues should be always fixed before the transfer window starts so the team can prepare well but if the new management doesn’t deliver then this season could end up in a disappointing fashion for Milan fans.
So true. Even I am a little disappointed with the new owners of AC Milan who have sacked Paolo Maldini. because after all Paolo Maldini has contributed a lot to AC Milan. has even led AC Milan to win the Serie A title in 2021-2022. And now AC Milan will be a bit constrained in the transfer market because the position left by Paolo Maldini is still vacant. Even though there are already several names of players that are the target of AC Milan, as long as the management issues are not resolved, everything will indeed be hampered.

It's too hard to say when the market is still open for new players. Let's see how the end of september is. I agree the dominance of the league will still be Juventus, Milan, Inter and Napoli. Maybe not for Lazio.
Lazio may not able to dominate the league but it may also able to do the same like previous season in performing quite better in serie a. It seemed to me if scudetto will not always become the main target for lazio.
Being able to be placed at the top positions for UCL spot is also a really great achievement by lazio. Well, in my opinion if it's the competition for intermilan, juventus and napoli. Even though napoli was winning scudetto but im not even thinking about that.

Indeed, Lazio, Roma, have been great in Serie A. But in terms of play and financial strength I am more confident in those who made it into the UCL last season. Indeed, many are seen active in the current transfer market Juventus, Inter and Milan, while Napoli may leave because of offers from big clubs.
Those teams are still seeing if their teams have not yet stronger to face teams from another league. The fact that if this time since intermilan was losing against EPL club and serie a clubs are also still trying to increase its capability to compete with the clubs from another league.
so many clubs are quite active in selling and buying the new players now except ac milan.

Some Rumors.

Juventus bought Milik from OM
Brozovic will probably go away from Inter, Barca or Arabia is the destination.

Rabiot will leave Juventus for the Premier or Arabian states.

Cuadrado will leave Juventus.
I was surprised to see Juventus retain the status of Arkadiusz Milik even though he has not performed very well this season but this may not be the main reference for Allegri because he is the one who understands the character of players who deserve to be defended. Well, Juventus must be able to make big changes this season, especially in several positions and permanent Arkadiusz Milik from OM is one of the best options for Juventus. Arkadiusz Milik and Vlahovic are a tandem that will shine next season and that is what Allegri hopes for for these two players. Al-Nassr are the frontrunners for Brozovic after they officially approached him and it is even more likely that Brozovic will agree to join Al-Nassr. Ac Milan is also not standing still in the transfer market this season, even though maldini has left i am sure Ac Milan management will be able to bring in many talented players this season. One of Ac Milan targets is for the forward position because Giroud is very old it is likely that he will be easily injured so Ac Milan must hurry to find a replacement this season and their target is Folarin Balogun.

Every team wants the title. Even the teams who have no chance to win it still want it because why even start playing in a league when the dream isn't to go as far as possible? It's unrealistic for some teams and yet they thrive to be at the top because that is also a good way to stay away from the bottom. It hasn't happened very often, but there were teams that surprised the world and became the champions and frankly speaking, I think it is quite exciting when an outsider out of a sudden is making the big favorites look bad.

I think the odds are quite fair for next season. I'm even surprised with bookmakers' showing Napoli as the second biggest title contender. Because before this season the only Serie A championships they got were in the 1986/87 and 1989/90 seasons. Napoli's next season is even doubtful now because they have parted ways with Spalletti. Osimhen might also leave depending on a potential offer by a top team this summer. We don't know how good relationship the players and Rudi Garcia will have as well.

Milan still looking for the players this summer but indeed so far it just a rumour and there was no certain news about who is the player that will be bought by Milan and apparently Pioli currently want to focus looking for new striker because after Ibrahimovic got retired and Brahim Díaz return to Real Madrid then automatically Milan only have Olivier Giroud and they cannot rely on this player for whole season especially Giroud have already 36 years old so Milan is required to buy new striker and indeed they have Divock Origi but after transfered from Liverpool Origi seems has lost his touch and cannot able to performing well
I was found one name who possibly will bought by Milan and it was Borussia Monchengladbach player Marcus Thuram and after decide will not to extended his contract in Monchengladbach reported some of big clubs were interested to Thuram including Milan and the latest is PSG and Pioli feel Thuram can be suitable as the replacement of Ibrahimovic that's why he personally will try to persuade Thuram to moved to Milan and if Thuram is willing to move to Milan then they will offering long term contract duration to him
I agree that Milan's main target should be to buy a much more reliable striker from now on. Giroud and Origi can't show the expected the level of performance. Giroud makes some contribution with goals but the number of them isn't so many. Origi was transferred with nice hopes but he was much worse than Giroud. I don't remember Origi scoring more than a couple of goals.

If Milan increase the productivity of their attacking line then they can be much more competitive for the Serie A title again. I know Leao is doing great also by scoring so many goals despite not being a striker. But this isn't enough. Milan would make use of a striker who can be even in top scorer rivalry.

The only thing Ollivier Giroud can actually do very well is to hand the ball. But the problem is that it requires a precise style of play. So there is a big chance that it is not going to work after 2/3 games. Milan should try to make a balanced team. They should also try to increase the power of the team. They have been playing with a team that has been pretty inconsistent for quite a while. They need to fix that problem. They have problems in the attacking lineup, I agree. But the midfield is also not world-class as well. and as long as they do not fix the midfield to be a strong one, the strong attacking lineup is not going to be very effective, if there even end up building one.

And Leao is Milan's top goalscorer this season with 15 goals, Giroud finished this season with 13 goals in Serie A. But Giroud is not young and will need a replacement soon, so strengthening the attack would be worth considering.

Also, Milan don't have the strongest mid line, so they have some work to do, but I don't see any significant activity in the transfer market yet.

But I don't agree with you, buddy, because there are several steps that big teams in Serie A can take to transfer players, such as selling players who have no potential and using the sales proceeds to take other players who are better.
Everything has a way out depending on the management whether they can do some of these methods to make the team have reliable players.

But if you look at it,Of course the Serie A transfer season is not as busy as other leagues.
There are several factors that contribute to why the transfer market in Serie A is not as bustling as in other leagues. I believe one of the primary reasons is the financial situation of the clubs in Serie A, which plays a crucial role and significantly influences player transactions. Additionally, the transfer window in Serie A is relatively short, spanning only two months from July 1st to August 31st. This is in stark contrast to the English Premier League, which enjoys a four-month window for player transfers.

This disparity is quite distinct when compared to the Serie A we used to know, where players and coaches were eager to experience competing there.
