Lazio will be very doubtful in the Champions League, because there they will face other strong teams whose games are very different from the strong teams in Serie A, so it will be better for Lazio to focus more on competition in Serie A and other domestic competitions that the chance for them to win is bigger than in the champions league. It's a shame it's been a while since a team from Serie A hasn't done well in the Champions League this season, there's Inter but we still have to wait a few hours before seeing the results.
But I read the news that Lazio is quite active in the transfer market this time, their ambition is to be able to play well in international competitions and that makes sense because it would be a shame if one season's struggle was wasted because their squad was not sufficient enough to compete in the champions league
Even though Lazio managed to finish in 2nd place in the standings this season, they are not fully strong enough to compete with other European teams and it looks like we will only see Lazio survive until the round of 32. Lazio is still in the stage of awakening and has not fully been able to be consistent. Therefore, the option to focus on Serie A is a much bigger chance for them.

I think it will be Napoli who will represent Italy in the Champions League final and it seems that Inter have surprisingly managed to replace Napoli's role. If indeed Lazio really starts targeting several players in the transfer market, of course it will be a powerful weapon for next season and they might return to their glory days.
Consistency has always been a real problem in this regard and it's not just Lazio but almost every club in Serie A has the same problem. As for Lazio this season they are still very good but again consistency problems have entered them and even they are towards the end of the season, some of their matches have not gone well.
In fact, Juventus losing points is also a blessing in itself, but if they want a better result then of course they have to try something more than now.
At the moment I still feel that Napoli still has the possibility of losing their position in the current title so this can be used as momentum, it's just that in this case they need a number of things they have to fix this season.

How do you compare the Napoli team to the previous season? I see that the Napoli team has improved a lot, each player individually. The coach of the team has worked hard and implemented various strategies to take the team to a great level.

I think that no team would want Juventus to join the Conference league with the point deletion penalty in their current ranking, probably from the teams from other countries that will participate in the conference league. Think about it, next year's champion will most likely be Juventus, would you like to be in the same group? In group matches, we can even see matches where weak European teams will score 7-8 goals.
Although it is true that some teams might be worried that Juventus joining the Conference League with a point deletion penalty will damage their present standing it is crucial to keep in mind that football is a sport full of unpredictabilities and surprises. The unpredictable nature of the game where underdogs can succeed and giants can falter is what makes it so beautiful. Although Juventus involvement may increase the tournament level of competition it also gives other clubs the chance to compete against a renowned club. Group games frequently feature exciting battles that highlight the zeal and talent of players from all backgrounds. Regardless of potential goal differentials the Conference League provides a stage for clubs to demonstrate their skills and make memorable moments.

I personally think that it is going to give Juventa a good chance to beat other teams and get their confidence back. Personally, I think what happened with Juventus was not right. They could have been fined a good amount of money. And there is a lot of corruption happening in football. Probably it was a message to every club that any kind of corruption is not going to be tolerated. But whatever happened is in the past and Juventus will have to think about the future from now on. They have already proved that they are capable of winning the Serie A. They will have to aim for the title next season.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reported on Saturday that Allegri will sit down with Saudi representatives over the next few hours and will receive a huge offer to join Al-Nassr or Al-Hilal.
His agent Branchini is in Istanbul to watch the Champions League Final between Inter and Manchester City and spoke about Allegri’s future with Sky Sport Italia.
https://football-italia.net/agent-reveals-allegris-juventus-future-amid-saudi-offer/

My appreciation for allegri to be a loyal coach for juventus. Even though he may get an offer from al hilal or nassr but allegri will be staying even longer in the juventus rather than accept an offer that may come from the saudi clubs. Allegri was not as bad as people said. He is still able to make juventus able to come back again to the second place before another sanction was coming for juventus. Allegri must be appreciated caused by his consistentcy in the team.

I remember when juventus had very bad performance in the middle of season and so many juventus fans are blaming him. Glad to see that allegri stay for another season with juventus.
Juventus CEO has been also confirming it.

Its not guarantee with Napoli has consistent performance next season actually after Luciano Spalletti announcing he will not become Napoli's head coach for next season. Seems bad with Napoli leave by Luciano Spalletti success won Scudetto in this season and Napoli still not confirming until right now who will be the new head coach.

I don't think has good impact what happen with Napoli right now, success won Serie A tittle in this season after waiting for long time but not extend with their head coach for next season. I sure get impact with some players for joining another teams next season like Osimhen have linked with Primer League teams Chelsea.
Yes, that's another reason too. Spalletti became an important key for Napoli, they can won the Scudetto because this man too. Even though it's too early to say this, but I'm not too sure that Napoli can return to its best performance next season, but I hope they find a coach who can really be like that Spalletti although if it's difficult. Yeah Chelsea really want this man's, but not only Chelsea, even Manchester United and PSG want this player. How could it not be, Osimhen is a very talented young player, big clubs really want his services.
The coach of the Napoli team has motivated the team more than ever. Every player in the team is able to perform exceptionally well. If not then two star players are added then this team will be in one of the best form.

You are right, Juventus will still focus on the Serie A league. But seeing Juventus not win the Conference League will be amazing, so I think Juventus will also continue to be full in the conference league but maybe this time Juventus can win the trophy easily, but it depends on who wins. relegated from Europa League, So never take Conference league lightly.
I don't even think so. You can say that if juventus would be able to winning the game easily but the fact gonna be different.
I meant just because juventus was superior compared with all of team in the conference league and we can generalize if another team just a mediocre team in front of juventus. Any teams that participated in the conference was also very strong.
Juventus can also lose easily against those team even though those teams were not as big as juventus. The first rule in the football is never try to underestimate your opponent.
it will become a boomerang for yourself.

But interestingly Juventus playing in the conference league is like being cursed by Dybala. If Dybala doesn't get a penalty for As Roma's win, maybe Juventus will play in the Europa League.
Dybala was helping roma to be qualified for europa league. Roma will able to have another chance to get europa league again. Juventus will not able to go to the europa league caused by it was playing in the lower competition compared with europa league.
Dybala has been helping as roma so much but it must have learned to be able to win in the europa league next season.

Milan will really need to make a big improvement for next season. Because they didn't play as good as the last champion should have done. They couldn't even enter a title race with Napoli properly. They made so many unnecessary point losses and barely made it to top four. I'm saying "barely" because if it weren't for Juventus' punishment Milan were going to be out of top four.

Therefore Milan will need to learn their lesson from all of this. They did a good job in the Champions League though but they were very ineffective against Inter in the semi finals at the same time. I don't know what they can do there next time but their priority must be to remain in a title race throughout a season.
Milan season was undoubtedly disappointing falling short of what was expected of a defending champion. Their inability to challenge Napoli for the championship exposed a number of flaws that need to be fixed. There is a pressing need for improvement as evidenced by the numerous unnecessary points lost and the narrow escape to a top four finish. Although their performance in the Champions League was admirable their inefficiency versus Inter in the semi finals showed flaws that must be fixed. Milan needs to internalise the knowledge gained from these failures in order to move forward. Their main goal should be to remain in the title chase for the duration of the full season. To reclaim their preeminence in Italian football this will necessitate a thorough examination of their gameplay tactical modifications and probable squad reinforcements.

About reinforcing their squad I think they should start with bringing a much more productive striker to the team and a younger one if possible. Because Zlatan has announced his retirement and Giroud hasn't been that much productive at all. He scored only 13 goals in 33 league games. I don't even want to talk about Origi because he scored only 2 goals in 24 league games.

Maybe in many of them Origi didn't play for 90 minutes but still this can't be an excuse. He couldn't satisfy the expectations I'm afraid. Thinking all of these Milan definitely need a much better striker to make things better in the Serie A next season.

For some reason it seems AS Roma doesn't want to spend large amounts of money to buy players, they like this are playing with a makeshift squad. Even though until now I have not heard of them having financial difficulties, which means that they can be said to have good finances. AS Roma's weaknesses are seen in several positions, and they should be aware of that in order to make improvements.

As roma was not transparent on its financial. That's why FGIC has been investigate it along with lazio.

https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Daily/Global/2023/04/06/serie-a-investigation.aspx

I would not be surprised to see that roma was doing some manipulation on its financial condition. I remember that if roma has been reported a huge loss a few years ago but i don't know whether that was a reliable report from as roma or not.

It seems like that juvenuts has not become the only team that was manipulating its financial report.

You can also see this

Quote
AS Roma said on Monday they have sacked chief executive Pietro Berardi, a decision taken days after prosecutors seized documents at the Serie A club as part of a probe into possible financial irregularities in transfer deals.
https://www.reuters.com/sports/roma-sack-ceo-after-probe-into-transfer-deals-2023-04-17/

I don't think roma is having good financial condition. The club was only able providing mourinho a few millions USD for the winter transfer.

@EarnOnVictor if Juventus were not guilty they would have fought it but instead they accepted the punishment which shows their guilt hence now there’s no point in crying over spilled milk. Furthermore they should now focus on the upcoming season and start planning well for it otherwise we’ll see them drop out of the title race very soon like we witnessed in the previous season.

I think they did try to defend themselves and that is why it was advanced to a higher court. But what I think still is a problem is the fact that this was the Italien court that made a judgment, but Juventus could still be facing penalties from the UEFA if I understood all the circumstances of this case correctly. I think if there is anything else to come for Juventus, it should happen soon because it isn't helpful for anyone, not the fans and not the clubs, if those judgments can happen way in the future. So for now it is still up to the UEFA to also sanction Juventus. Let me know if there has been any update I overlooked.
I don't know about the pending case of Juventus with UEFA, it seems all is related or mistaken for the case in which the penalty was given by an Italian court. This is basically internal in the Serie A but if UEFA wants to escalate it, then good luck to them. My plight is that Juventus can never be exonerated in this, they should have known better and false accounting and financial irregularities are not something that can just be cooked by overseers.

They are only lucky that an appellant court helped in reducing 5 points from the penalty. Let it be a lesson to others.

The problem for Juventus is that if an internal court in Italy decided against Juventus already, it doesn't even make any sense for them to appeal a decision that might still be following from the UEFA. Their chances to get away easily then are very slim. I still don't fully understand the case to be honest because I would like to understand whether Juventus Turin has dome something extraordinarily bad that other clubs from other leagues haven't done or whether this is Italy specifically cracking down on the soccer club while in other leagues the same things happen but nobody gets punished. That would be bad.

I think Juventus can easily reach the semi-finals even if they don't take the conference league seriously. After the semi-finals, he takes it seriously and goes to the final and easily wins the trophy. Juventus may not take it seriously, as it is normally a trophy in Europe where weak teams compete. Serie A will of course be a priority for them.
Don't underestimate the weak team. the clubs that participated in the conference may have lower level compared with the juventus but juventus can also be beaten by those clubs. Juventus will become most favorite club in the conference league but i think if it's very hard to say that if juventus will able to reach semi final even without playing seriously. I shall remind you about the result from juventus in the europa league.
Juventus might be played in the UCL before it was doing down to the europa league. So many people have impression if juventus would able to win europa league easily but it was losing against sevilla easily.
that proves that if the result from the match will always be stil unpredictable no matter how strong club that was playing in conference league.
Conference league was nothing for a club like juventus but any team in conference league will able to beat juventus.

Last time Lazio playing at champion league on season 2020/2021 and at that time Lazio can able qualified to round of 16 after finished group stage with runner up status but they journey has been ended at round of 16 because lose from Bayern Munich and now every Lazio players and Maurizio Sarri has been very excited to playing at that competition again but Lazio should be bought more players because next season the schedules will be so tight and several names such as Napoli players Piotr Zielinski or Giovanni Simeone has been linked to them
Lazio have played very well this season. And they finished the season in second place in the table. Their defense was very strong. But their attack was not strong enough. If Lazio is to remain consistent in both Serie A and the Champions League next season, they will definitely need to strengthen their attack. If the attack is not strong, Lazio will be far behind next season. Because teams like Inter Milan, AC Milan, and Juventus will be looking to strengthen their squad this season. If Lazio wants to survive in this competition, it is important to strengthen their squad.
Yes, by being in second place at the end of the standings, it proves that Lazio can compete with other big teams. And now their task is bigger because they have to play in the Champions League which has stronger competition than Serie A. You are right Lazio have to finalize their attack line, because no matter how strong their defense is if they can't score goals it won't make them able to win.

Lazio's performance this season has been far better than the big teams like Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, Atalanta and Roma. Lazio managed to finish second in the table thanks to a good team performance. Lazio's solid defense has allowed them to play consistently well this season. But we still don't know what steps the Lazio management will take to strengthen their team in the coming season. Lazio management usually don't spend a lot of money to build the team.
