You are correct; it will be much better for Juventus if they make every effort to qualify for the Europa League. At the very least, it will help them perform better than being in a situation where they have no other options. I know it will be very upsetting for them to finish in seventh place, but losing does not mean the team is doomed; they can still play well and qualify for the Europa League the following year.
Even though I am aware that games are extremely tough to forecast, I think Juventus still has a chance to advance to the Europa League if they play well in their final game. Roma is only one point ahead of them in the standings.

Letting Allegri go won't be a very bad thing. He has done a lot for Juventus and he should be rewarded with trust, but I just don't have trust in Allegri no more as far as Juventus is concerned. I feel he cant offer more than he already has. Even if the club signs more players for him, they will still struggle.
Juventus didn't play exceptionally well under Allegri. They managed to win games. For Juventus to come back to what they once was, they have to start playing like they once did and sadly, Allegri cant give them that, not with the kind of players Juventus can afford right now.
Leaving Allegri at Juventus would not also be a bad idea but if it were left to me, I would go for someone with new ideas, someone with a different philosophy.

But my prediction is that Napoli in the next season they will not be as strong as this season. Because even Spalletti has confirmed that he will not extend his coaching contract at Napoli. And some news even mentions that some of Napoli's mainstay players will be released in the upcoming player transfer market. What makes me more curious is whether Juventus will continue to struggle with high motivation next season after they have had such bad luck this season.

The gap between Juventus and Roma is 1 point and with Atalanta is 2 points so as you said it is still possible for the final game to decide who will be in the Europa League and Conference League for these 3 clubs.
Atalanta are still a little doubtful in this regard Roma are also still in poor shape but they now have Dybala back to add to the punch and of course revenge in yesterday's final defeat so they will definitely be determined to stay in the Europa League zone.
