Last season in the Italian Serie A, Napoli had one of the worst title defense in the history of the league but Antonio Conte arrived in the summer to transform the club to the most consistent team in the league this season. Conte in my opinion isn't getting all the media hypes he deserves for the incredible job he's doing at Napoli this season.
Their next five fixtures in the league like you said will be difficult for them but considering how formidable Napoli have been this season, I'll not be surprised if they manage to pick maximum points from those games.

Conte is a man made for league football and he has continued to prove that, after the first loss in the opening season we could see the kind of signings conte was making then, many ruled them out but since then there last defeat has come in the hands of the second placed team which is Atlanta. With the current team of Napoli having what I call fighters and also without congested fixtures as a result of not participating in any European competitions right now I think they can overcome the next hurdles safely.
