Roma were actually playing well with Daniele De Rossi. But I think they didn't give him enough time. I thought if Roma had been patient with De Rossi like Manchester United was patient with Erik ten Hag in the Premier League, they could have achieved better results. But they acted impatiently and sent him off the team and now they are suffering from it. I hope they open a new page with Ranieri.
Roma management's patience regarding the dismissal of D Rossi is as thin as tissue, they took the step without considering it more carefully, the season is only halfway through and they have changed coaches several times and that is the consequence that must be accepted by the management and Roma at this time instead of improving the situation, it actually makes it worse. Now they must be patient to give more time to their new coach, slowly I am sure Ranieri will start to have a positive impact with Roma.
I agree, and even then I said that the problems are not with the manager but with the squad. Ranieri isn't a bad manager I agree with that, but even he won't turn this ship around, they will just have a terrible season and by summer they will realize that they need to get rid of some players and get some new ones in order to find better results.
At this point, with third manager already on the team for the season, I think no matter what happens, they can't just fire Ranieri, that won't be really an easy thing to do, after all if they do, that would be fourth one coming, and that's not normal. This is why, after this one, they just have to accept that the problem is with the team. If they can make some moves on January, that would be lovely.
