This is what winning the title does to you normally. Milan is the opposite, they are doing a great job and they will get better for the next season as well.

I guess that they are on the road to become clear favorites this year, not just because they got Origi, but because they are not getting rid of their best players that quickly and adding players on top of it. This could be the reason why they would win next year if they do.

That is if Ibrahimovich remains in AC Milan next season, IIRC a decision is yet to be taken by the club and himself if he is going to leave or stay, you know he has a serious injury and he will be out for quite a long time, and considering his age, who knows the shape he will be in when he returns. Having said that, i believe Origi is a wonderful signing for AC Milan, Inter have re-signed Lukaku, and Juve are about to re-sign Pogba, that only means that the competition for the Seria A title will be fiercer next season, thus any team that does not strengthen in key areas will have no chance of being champions.

This is a pretty good move, especially for this season, it's clear that for a few months Zlatan will also be absent for Milan because he is in the recovery phase from injury, so Giroud is the only support. But, now with Origi, it's clear that it will be better for Milan especially in this case if you look at last season Origi's performance was actually quite good but indeed he was only a rotation player at Liverpool which made this not very comfortable for him.

Talking about Juventus central defender right now they have Bonucci, de Ligt and Rugani after leaving by Chiellini join with Los Angeles on MLS League, I think only with Bonucci and De Ligt have more time playing with Juventus as regular player and Daniel Rugani most active as substitute. I think if try get formation 3-5-2 I think Juventus still need looking for back up for their central defender at next season, although later change formation and use two central defender keep need added one or two central defender again. But nowadays Juventus most busy how to get forward and forget with defender position.

it's just a matter of time in my opinion ... historically Juventus buys at least one "noteworthy" player each season even if it has taken players "big names" on a free transfer.
