Bonucci is a leader of Juventus defense system now. He is the oldest, has most experience and he can teach, lead Rugani and de Ligt like Barzagli and Chiellini helped him when he was young. Rugani does not improve too much after some seasons in Turin. It seems Rugani has reached to his best and can not improve more. De Ligt is younger than Rugani and can improve himself in coming years.

I read rumors that De Ligt can move out of Juventus and some people said he is more relevant for Premier League than Serie A.

I agree with you, that's why every team shouldn't just rely on certain players to get back to their best. Juventus didn't do well last season even though they qualified for the Champions League, but it wasn't the result they hoped for as they were desperate to win the title.
