Atalanta showed improved form compared to the previous season, it looks like Gasperini did a good job as a coach by evaluating Atalanta's
performance in the previous season. Gasperini corrected several mistakes made by Atalanta in the previous season, therefore Atalanta's
performance this season is much different from the previous season. I'm even quite optimistic that Atalanta can enter the top 6 this season,
so next season Atalanta can return to playing in European competitions. But to get into the top 4 is quite difficult, Atalanta must manage to
get points when facing strong teams. As previously Atalanta managed to draw with AC Milan, but Atalanta still need to prove they can get points
from other strong Serie A teams. So we really have to see Atalanta's performance against other big teams first, to finally conclude whether Atalanta

Atalanta finished last season with a poor performance but they started this season very well. If this performance continues, we can expect a surprise from Atalanta at the end of the league. They still can't do good teamwork so it will still be difficult to get a win, so at least they should be able to control the problem first because it is the most important thing to still have good strength and it will be easy to get a win.

But indeed this is still early although it is something good because the longer the focus of the big teams will be on the Europa League and Champions League but it is different from Atalanta now because indeed they are still focused on Serie A considering that now they are not in the Europa League and Champions League.
This is something that is quite good for them but on the other hand it depends on them who have to work hard because if you look at last season they lost because of a busy schedule so their rotation was messed up in the middle of the season, and now their schedule is still very safe whether they will mess up again like last season or not depends on the scheme that will be run later.
