It is not clear like that. Napoli is out of the competition but Inter Milan only have minor advantage than AC Milan. They will only turn it to real point if they win it.

Next match, their opponent will be AS Roma. I know Inter Milan is considered as a stronger team here but it does not automatically bring three points to Inter Milan. AS Roma still need points to keep up their fighting with Juventus for the fourth position and they can make surprise.

Also, in the first match in the first half of the season Atalanta could win away with the same score 2-1, with this Atalanta seems to be continuing to weaken and Verona can basically avenge their defeat here. They've done it in the last 2 games right then there's a chance Napoli do it again.

The struggle for the Scudetto title this season is more exciting than the previous season, if I think that Napoli still has a chance to win the Scudetto because the distance between the points with the leader of the standings is only 4 points. With 5 matches remaining I think things can change at the end of every game, AC Milan has not been very consistent in their last 3 matches either.

The competition is between Inter and Milan, it is clearer right now and by looking at the remaining games, Inter has easier ones, so yeah I agree with you about the ranking. Same goes for Juve, their games are harder than Napoli otherwise I wouldn't be surprised if they finished 3rd.

Napoli just couldn’t get it right at home. They have themselves to blame. They were ahead with an 11th-minute penalty and after Roma went down to 10 men, it appeared they were set for victory.
Napoli got relaxed and Luciano Spalletti made defensive changes in an attempt to ease their way to the final whistle, which wasn't to be, then Roma eventually found the breakthrough. You got to commend Roma's fighting spirit. They deserved the point. In fact, if Roma had gone on to win the match, you'd say they damn well deserved the three points. They played so well in the second half. Now Napoli have five matches to play, they're in third place, four points behind the leaders. Let’s see what will happen.

I feel AS Roma are a bit lucky where Stephan El Shaarawy's goal in injury time forced both teams to have to settle for sharing the points 1-1, while for Napoli this draw may be quite disappointing for them considering the series only has a few games remaining even though they still have the chance to stick tight AC Milan and inter Milan, but the chances of winning for them are so slim that they are currently 4 points adrift of leaders AC Milan, I also feel that Napoli are not a team with a winning mentality like Inter Milan and AC Milan.

I honestly don't see Napoli still fighting for the title they already missed this great opportunity their focus is just to stay in the top 4 and I think that's safe
Roma and Fiorentina will not be able to replace Napoli in any way as a gambler I would be more careful betting on Napoli without a target they can do anything unreasonable

Yes, Inter Milan are favorites to return to defend the Scudetto this season, they seem to have left a game that can be said to be easy, except against AS Roma which might be a stumbling block for them, I think this match will be decisive for the Nerazzurri, if successful then Inter's move will be even more easy. On the other hand, AC Milan, they will still face big teams which will certainly make it difficult for them again, but not only with big teams, AC Milan's inconsistent performances can sometimes lose important points when faced with mediocre teams.

But clearly, the competition between the two teams will be interesting until the end of the season, they still have the same chance.
