Inter will normally just win this match. However, it is again a game after a winter break, then we always have to wait and see how players start the game. If the players from both teams are in normal shape then Inter wins, I'm guessing 3-1. They also have to win, they can't give up that first place in the competition against this opponent.

Vaccinized.. immunity level is full.
It seems like there is another opportunity ahead for Inter to increase the point difference with their closest competitors on the next match week. Inter are going to have an away game against Bologna. Maybe it is not the most comfortable game but I still don't think that Inter will stumble. They have destroyed Bologna in this stadium mostly. I see no reason for not witnessing another one. And their closest competitors Milan and Napoli are going to have tough games against Roma and Juventus respectively.
Also, even though Bologna are currently in the middle of the table, Bologna is still not strong enough, and vice versa with Inter who even so far have only lost one game so far. At this moment Inter is clearly seen as a team that is very promising to win, I personally do not doubt to bet for Inter to win in this match. Inter's trend is still very good and considering the opponent is not strong enough, this opportunity will not be wasted.

I feel like Inter should be able to win this match. I'm not saying that this will be a very easy win for them, but I think they are a comparatively better team than Bologna so far into this season.

Inter are on good form recently and I like their chemistry on the field. Their positioning have been quite good. They are the league leaders and winning against a 10th placed team should not be a problem for them in my opinion.

Be afraid of the obvious things! Grin The fact that Inter Milan and Bologna showed completely opposite results before in sports terms should not be misleading. In football, everything is decided by a single lucky chance, and this case is called one succinct word goal. Moreover, there was a pause in the championship and it is not at all clear how the teams reacted to the celebration of such big family holidays as Christmas and New Year and the celebration of which is very difficult to refuse with all the desire. Therefore, of course, I give an undeniable advantage to a team like Inter Milan, but I still urge you not to relax and keep in mind that Bolnya can also show his teeth.

Juventus 19:45 Napoli

Source: https://www.skysports.com/serie-a-fixtures

Already 2 big games at the restart, the last call for Juventus with Napoli, and no more possible fails for Milan with Roma.

inter will have a very easy game

Atalanta may also have a chance of getting 3 points

Milan can also have a chance to win

Juventus may also have a chance to win

The only easy wins in this round will be Fiorentina and lazio probobly. Other matches such as Juventus vs Napoli is really hard to predict and can go either way and i think even Napoli might win in this match honestly. Inter will have a difficult away game .

It looks like Inter Milan will be able to get 3 points against Bologna later, even though they act as a home team, but Bologna's performance this season is somewhat unsatisfactory and even they are now in the middle of the standings, but even so,  Inter Milan can't underestimate Bologna just like that, because it is not impossible if they can give a surprise in the match, as has been experienced by roma and lazio in the first round of this season.

I agree that the key match will be between Juventus and Napoli, and both of them need those 3 points so I expect this match to be very entertaining and full of goals. Also I’m hoping to see Roma’s fortune change in the new year, and hopefully they can beat Ac Milan and help Mourinho secure his job at least for the time being.
I think AS Roma can get three points although AC Milan as heavy team and have great position standing than AS Roma right now, but match still seven days later and both team can take many days for getting rest before this match begin, except other league have begin Serie A still waiting next week for first match on second half season starting. I think will get many surprise looking second half all team will working hard exactly for relegation team how they can exist on Serie A next year and keep get three points at every match.

Against Bologna, Inter Milan have a chance to widen their distance from Napoli and AC Milan, I think the match against Bologna will be an easy match for Inter Milan, while the match between Napoli and Juventus will be very difficult to predict but I will try to bet on the result draw in the match, as well as the match between milan and roma, it looks like both teams will also not score many goals in that match.
First match in 2022 make Inter Milan as easy team where against with Bologna and looks not really difficulty to get three points except other match like AS Roma vs AC Milan and Juventus vs Napoli. I think Inter Milan will dominance on fixture standing few weeks later and keep consistent performance will give easy way for Inter Milan keep stay their scudetto although left many match later but early begin on 2022 will give easy way for Inter Milan how to get scudetto again.

I hope the bad effects of last year will not be repeated this year.  For this, we need to reduce the effects of the Omicron variant together.  Football fans are watching the match comfortably in the stands.  This brings great joy to football.  The enjoyment of the match played in empty stadiums also decreases.  Let's hope it doesn't affect Serie A like that.  I hope the matches will not be postponed and not without fans.  This year has been a very enjoyable and exciting season.  I hope there will be no problems in the second half of the season.
I would say that without fans wasn't that bad, since I am not even in Italy, without fans didn't really bother me all that much. I understand that some people want to watch the games at the stadium, and I understand that some people want to watch it on TV but want to see fans on the stadiums so all of that is understandable. However, it is more important to see health getting better as well.

This new variant doesn't really kill as badly as the other one, my mother in law had a serious disease and got covid on top of that so the last week was a bit chaotic for us, and even with that she passed it like nothing happened, sure it was a scare and we were at hospital and all of that but in the end she didn't even get fever, so all we did was "make sure" it stayed that way and nothing much. All in all I wouldn't be against protecting health first, but if it wasn't, I am sure that players will be fine.

Inter will face an easy opponent next week vs Bologna because in my opinion Torino are the team to beat by more than 3 goals. Inter will secure 3 more points to keep him comfortable at the top.

Only 2 match that I found most interesting in early January namely AC Milan vs Roma and Juventus vs Napoli, I agree with your opinion. AC Milan must win vs. Roma because Inter will almost certainly collect 3 additional points vs. Bologna, besides Atalanta also has the opportunity to move up to 3rd place if Juventus is able to beat Napoli. It will be a hot match.

I think if the spread is so rapid then it would be better to choose an action like the Bundesliga which quickly makes decisions without spectators. Because even though the audience has followed strict health protocols, I think this virus is more vicious than before so there will still be concerns that the virus can still spread. If the situation gets out of control then of course the case will make the league probably stop but yes, so far I think Serie A is still quite safe and hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly before the spread of this virus gets higher in Italy.
Its spread can still be prevented, as well as treatment. This virus is not as dangerous as we heard because I'm sure we have never heard of an infected player dying from it. But this is a virus that can harm anyone who is infected, so prevention is better than cure.

If the case can still be tolerated then I don't think the organizers need to ban fans from attending to support their team at the stadium, but if the case continues to grow and cannot be controlled then the same situation can be applied as in the Bundesliga. Better without spectators than us missing a lot of match for the 2021/2022 season.

I heard that Europe is have several country that has seen the Omicron increase quite rapidly in the last few weeks. Maybe it's better to limit the audience to take steps to prevent victims from being exposed to this new COVID. Indeed, we would prefer to see football with thousands of spectators, but if it endangers the health of each other, it is better to limit supporters.

The current increase in the spread of omicron really has a tremendous impact on us, now even some football leagues are starting to look for ways to fight for this, including prevent it strict health protocols for everyone participating in the league, now it is reported that the Italian league has set restrictions on spectators entering the stadium, asking them to show vaccine certificates, wear masks and separate spectators, apart from the Italian league, the Bundesliga has also previously taken steps to prohibit spectators from attending the field as happened during the Bayern Munich match against Barcelona last

In Serie B, the 19th and 20th week matches were postponed due to the increasing coronavirus cases.  If Serie A goes like this, I think the first week matches may be postponed.  The first measure for this was the ban on non-vaccinated football players.  Players who are not vaccinated in Serie A will not be able to play in the matches.
Postpones are applied because we don't know enough about Omicron variants and this wave is coincided with Christmas and New Year holidays with so many events indoors and outdoors. Therefore governments have to do some preventive methods in order to avoid burden on health facilities and health system in worst scenario if the variant is not only too infectious but also has ability to cause serious and death outcome.

The coronavirus might be come to another new wave with omicron, I also heard there is a rumor of delmicron (delta + micron).
Hopefully after this omicron, the pandemic ends and it becomes endemic so it has no more dangerous effect.
Sad to see many matches have to be postponed due to this new variant of covid virus.
I think physical distancing in stadium among supporters should be done stricher to minimize virus transmission between supporter.
Wearing mask, keep social distancing and washing hands regularly with disinfectants are best practices to constrain the virus and protect yourself and people around you. Meanwhile, many events will be postponed until the world collect enough data about this variant.

Firstly Premier League and now we have more leagues to follow them with unexpected match postpones.

A record number of cases have been reported every day in the Europe due to the Omicron variant of Covid-19 and football is already struggling to cope with its latest turn. Over the past few weeks, Omicron has grown quite rapidly, and the number of affected players is alarming. It is imperative that the necessary precautions are implemented before the match can proceed. A football match with thousands of spectators is not the best idea if health security is the number one priority.
