I'm curious if Milan will have a difficulty in defeating Udinese away on this match week. Milan have been doing good in the Serie A. They are disappointed by the Liverpool loss but I don't think that they will lose their focus on this match. Because this is the biggest tournament or league they have currently. They need to focus on it for the title. And coming back to this match, I think Milan would defeat Udinese.
To get back into the top 4 position seems to be very difficult for Roma this season, although later they can find their best form and consistency in the next match, but I think it will be a bit late, as you said, now it's napoli, milan, atlanta and Inter are a pretty consistent team so far and it will definitely be very difficult for Roma to catch up with them, especially now that Juventus are starting to improve again and making Roma chance to be in the top 4 will be very difficult.

I also think that Sasuolo - Lazio game could be a nice one. After seeing how great Sassuolo performed against Milan and Napoli respectively, I have increased my expectations about them. It can be a very competitive game with goal(s) scored by each team. And a draw wouldn't be surprising to see.

They are not such teams like having big problems on scoring.
Sassuolo are a team that can be said to be strong too when playing against the favorites, as proven in previous matches against Napoli, Milan and also Juventus. At least the title race that took place between Napoli and Milan was blocked by Sassuolo and now, Lazio are slightly favorites but unfortunately it won't be easy to win against Sassuolo, especially Lazio playing away. Therefore, I personally would at least still choose Sassuolo to win with both teams to score.The gap in points between those two teams isnt that far which means they are almost equal in quality. Must be hard game to predict since the favourite team, Lazio, will play away. This can be an advantage for Sassuolo to get at least a point from this match.

Exactly, Roma must win from Spezia in the next match. After Roma was defeated by Inter 0-3, Roma must play maximally to win the next match at least in order to maintain the rank. The point is same with Lazio with 25. So, this club will struggle more to maintain its position. And I strongly believe that Milan can beat Udinese in their away game. Udinese caused Lazio to have a tough time against them but I don't think that they can do the same again here. Milan would win nicely.
The chance of Milan to win from Udinese is exactly bigger, the winning probability may be more than 50%, hopefully this will really happen for we can see how this club playing so far. Moreover so far, Udinese only could win 3 times. The positions of the players still no doubtful, Milan is better. 
I can see that Milan have many absent players now due to various injuries. But they are still doing great in the Serie A. They have finally taken the lead in the league table and they want to maintain it on this week too. And I strongly believe that Milan can beat Udinese in their away game. Udinese caused Lazio to have a tough time against them but I don't think that they can do the same again here. Milan would win nicely.
AS Roma is not confidence and consistent when against with bigger team like AC Milan, Inter and Juventus. Just Napoli success get one points by AS Roma after both team draw. I think AS Roma is not enough and not have completed team how to be competitive on Serie A and keep consistent every match, now they left many points from Inter Milan as first position standing and I think if they can consistent maybe have chance back to four position and back to champion league.
Mourinho's need to change his tactics if he wants to stay at top level clubs because recently he is completely failure in different clubs with his strategy and giving very poor services as manager which is hurting teams same happening to AS Roma which was good club but now having very poor run and losing matches against very lower rank teams now if they want to have some better end of this season than they need to do some better play because if they lost some more time than surely they will be in more deep trouble with current results.After 16 rounds staying at 7th spot mean they have very few chances for qualifying European's Leagues and again going to be lower rank in this Italian League which is surely matter of worry about management and fans.

Seems like an easy win for Roma even if it is not the weakest of the opponents. It comes from winning internationally on a difficult game abroad on the Europa Conference and the trend in general is very good when dealing with smaller teams. It is where the strong ones play against that Roma finds it difficult to cope with the pressure... Lazio, inter, Bologna are all a problem for a team that should be well above in the table on regards to budget and means. It seems like a team to basically... ignore.
Can't believe that Napoli ended up losing to Atalanta. Don't get me wrong, Atalanta has been on a crazy roll, they have won 5 out of last 5 as far as I can see, they have been amazing and they are fourth and only 2 point difference between Napoli. However, Napoli has been going through a rough patch and their crazy good start seems to be slipping away from them as well, so it looks like it is a bit of a problem for sure.
Napoli has been quite unlucky recently with injured players who are all starters. If you look back on the match against Atalanta, they had to play without their two starting central defenders Manolas and Koulibaly. Lobotka began in the midfield because Ruiz was injured and Stanislav isn't really up to the task. They had to overcome injury concerns in attack as well. Insigne got injured and Victor Osimhen is out for a long time already with a facial injury. If you take all that into considerations, Atalanta had a great chance to bring some points back and they succeeded in doing that.
