And there is a question on where he would fit. Neymar's position is already filled in with a lot of star players and good rotation. Not unless they want to offload/swap Paulo Dybala with that deal I don't see how Neymar will go to the team that considering what PSG will ask for him. In my opinion Juventus won't bite and not try to lure in an expensive player for nothing, they already have de Light, Ramsey, and Rabiot (for free) and I think that's already a good transfer window for them. They'll have a much better chance of winning the Champions League now.

Besides the fact that he is maybe interested to join @Juventus, I can't see how they can pay him if they will not sell at least Dybala Higuain and another big one.

He costs 38m € to PSG, in my opinion is easier and cheaper to try to take back Pogba.

reportedly Neymar had been eager to leave Paris Saint-German. The Brazilian star is reportedly not closing the possibility of joining Juventus.
however, Juventus is not the only option for Neymar. He is also reportedly interested in joining Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
The only barrier to the possibility of Juve bringing Neymar is the Financial Fair Play. Juventus are expected to be difficult to meet the price set by PSG, the lowest is 222 million euros. That price was issued by PSG when he brought Neymar from Barca

Neymar will not join Juventus because of Ronaldo who’ll not let another star steal his limelight, so I don’t think this transfer will take place. Manchester United and Barcelona are the ideal clubs for him, and I’m personally wishing he chooses Manchester United. Also Juventus have purchased De Light and now are saving their money for Pogba, hence this is just a passing rumour which we need to ignore.

Are you sure?

They seem to befriend outside the pitch

Neymar was in Italy at Turin several times on the last year for some ads with Cristiano

Almost done for Barella to FC Inter for 45m€. What a waste of money.
Amazing Inter Milan, Dare to spend that much money only for players who in my opinion are ordinary. Indeed, this is really a waste of money for Inter Milan. But it can't be helped, they have officially bought Nicolò Barella. Hopefully Inter Milan can compete with other clubs for next season.

Even if they had to buy players from Premier or La Liga, they will still have to spend lots of money on average players.
For me i look at 45M as the new normal transfer fee for an average player.

Getting a very good player below 45M is just a very good bargain lately.

That's why you'll only see a lot of players coming from South America. For Serie A who aren't that financially rich or just wants to get smart in the market they just scout and buy players from Brazil, Argentina, and even Columbia as they are considerably cheaper. Aside from that their only real options right now are just to develop their youngsters or wait for top teams to have unwanted players from their side and sell it at a bargain. Can't really blame Serie A teams for having owners not throwing money for their teams.

^  Blame the inflated market.  But still for 45m Euros, they could def do better.  IMHO.  They should learn a thing or two from BVB.  That club usually makes good signings for cheap.

That is a huge amount of money to be spend in a not so good player.
I wonder why Inter doesn't make signing moves for bigger players that play in the Premier League or La Liga. If they want to compete Juventus they need to improve their signing strategy. It is a shame to spend 45m for Barella.

you're right AC Milan needs new owners who have financial health to be able to restore the glory of AC Milan in Europe they need to buy some quality players in order to become a strong team.

Haven't AC Mlian been spending quite well enough for a team that's not even playing Champions League football, spending nearly £200 million on transfer during the 17/18 and also in 18/19 season seems relatively high IMO, but yet the results are still disappointing. All they need is probably a more efficient coach with an entirely different philosophy.

They aren't even competing in next season's Europa League because FIFA banned them. I do see this as a preparation season that is why they are spending their money now on new players for them to develop this time. Aside from bringing in some quality players they also have brought in a new manager which I think is part of their preparation stage. Elliot Financial is really doing well on bringing back up the team to its former glory. Looking to see a few more signings more.

Ac Milan did spend money during those two transfer windows, but the players they got were not good enough, and most importantly they didn’t seem to be in sync with how Ac Milan plays. This year they really need to buy best players and compete for the title since they’re out of Europa Cup. Their main objective for this year should be to finish in top 4 and play in Champions League again, and I’m confident they’ll be able to achieve it.

Reportedly, the Napoli-Madrid negotiations about James were hampered by prices. President Napoli, Aurelio De Laurentiis, gave a statement that James actually wanted to join. But the transfer negotiations met with obstacles because Madrid's request was too high.

Defender.Milan needs some creative players
Follow Ajax way can be solution but it is easy to say
Ajax has his academy Milan has not
That was very great traditions to have club academies .It is enough to remember Barca. Barca was the best when most of his players were coming from academy. The same was in a case on Men United. Now football is mostly money.Buy stars and make money on them

Honestly I see A.C. Milan's ban from any European competition a blessing in disguise. As a Milan fan myself I don't think the Milan team we have now is a perfect fit to compete even in the Europa League. With a considerably new squad and especially new coach I don't think they'll be winning and sweeping their bracket anytime soon. I could say that with over the next three transfer windows and this season Milan might be prepared to face the toughest teams in Europe.
In fact, Milan air conditioning for now is indeed not feasible to compete in Europe because the situation of the team has not been fully improved. Maybe next season again we will see whether AC Milan can enter UCL or other European competitions.
too bad for AC Milan, this year their slots as clubs that were supposed to play at UEL were replaced by other clubs because of financial problems. When can AC Milan become a strong European team again? I have no idea

As I had said last week this ban is indeed a blessing for them, @theb you have got your analysis spot on we can only hope the club improves in coming months. Ac Milan needs to spend heavily to become a top European team, the problem is they’re not spending enough and not buying the right kind of players. I feel Ac Milan needs a new owner who can infuse cash in the club, and then definitely their glory days will return.

Unfortunately not this season, the Ac Milan triumphed again. Changes in Ac Milan from season to season can certainly be said to be a decline and this season alone I don't think the players are buying enough. If you talk about a new owner, that might be true. Otherwise the Ac Miilan will continue to decline and I don't think the upcoming season can compete with other clubs.

Even with a lot money you can't buy instant success, look Paris SG as example.
Regardless of the huge billions invested they are still not close to achieving the ultimate goal- winning the title of the European Champion.
Milan have no choice but to start over and rebuild their team.
It will take time but it's only way now for them.
There is no instant success, only hard work end effort.
They should learn from Ajax how to become successful again.

I think this will be the main problem of AC Milan's management, we will see in the next 2 seasons if there are still conditions like this maybe in this era the AC Milan strong club will only be history.
