Inter has now one more positive, they are now 6.
~snip~
I also read the latest news if Diawara As Roma Player was positive Covid-19. Historically he went for friendly matches and the Guinean national team's training camp in Portugal. This increases the number of positive cases of Covid-19 in As Roma to five players. Previously Bruno Peres, Carles Perez, Justin Kluivert, and Antonio Mirante also tested positive for Covid-19.

hmph..
I mean since serie A well known as one of corrupted league in the world as well.
hahaha

If the number of cases in serie A continue to grow , aren't they supposed to suspend the league?(again)
Maybe, if in the next few weeks players are positive increased, of course this will be done by FIGC. If the FIGC doesn't stop it,  I think the Italian government will start taking in action to stopping the league. We have to remember that Italy is a country that has a 10% number of COVID-19 patients dying, I think the decision to stop the league will be made to prevent this from happening again.

The next game for Inter should be with Milan next weekend.
Oh wow a lot to announce in italy , besides indeed italy is one of the highest number of covid19 cases .. it got me thinking that those covid19 test in serie A could be really manipulated isn't it? I mean since serie A well known as one of corrupted league in the world as well.

Juventus are increasingly dedicating themselves as champions of Serie A this season, this can be seen how serious Juventus are in bringing in quality players. After bringing back Alvaro Morata from Atletico Madrid, Juventus have now managed to bring in a classy attacker Chiesa from Fiorentina. Very appropriate step for Juventus in composing the composition of players, they now have a very reliable attacker after Cristiano Ronaldo, Dybala, Moratta to Chiesa. It is worth taking into account for other clubs to disrupt the dominance of Juventus while maintaining their title this season.

Yes and that's is why I wrote the "same typical joke from Italy".
Justice here in Italy its a joke.

They have a rule and instead of applying it they will end with change it.

And yes is a big deal otherwise another team will use this sabotage to skip games, Napoli wasn't with their best player (out for injury and 2 players out for COVID) or teams will do the same when a key player will miss.

Why Milan is playing games without 2 players with the COVID and Napoli can skip games?
Why PSG was playing without 7, Liverpool without 3 and we all use the UEFA protocol?

Typical Italian thing.
In my opinion this is a form of injustice for all team that play in Serie A. Napoli should not be banned just because some of their player are infected because previously other team were also allowed to play even though there were player who were infected. If Napoli fail to implement proper health protocols so that any player get infected, then other team like Milan should also get the same because they are infected too. But in fact, everything has changed and now it look like Napoli will miss that game.
I disagree with your opinion although Napoli miss two player after positive covid 19, last game when Napoli beat Genoa almost Genoa player positive covid 19 but they keep going on match based on schedule and not ask to FICG to pause their match, how come Napoli just left two player after getting positive covid 19 and ask to FICG to stop their match, is fair or not? look with AC Mila two week without Zlatan Ibrahimovic and miss three match for Ac Milan but the Rossoneri keep continue their match without ask to FIGC to pause their match.

Translated with google:

New details emerge on the decision of the ASL Napoli 2 Nord after the positive Covid-19 of two Napoli players (Zielinsky and Elmas) and a staff member.

According to what was reported by the ANSA agency in the ASL document (which ANSA has read) the prohibition of Napoli from leaving for Turin is not explicit, nor is it established that the team group must stay at home with their families .

The note of the ASL correctly speaks of "voluntary isolation", but the health company, which is competent on a medical level, is not required to make clear that legally the protocol on professional athletes launched by the Ministry of Health at the last point provides for the possibility for players, in the face of the negativity of the buffer, to take the field and allow the smooth running of the match. Unless then resume the quarantine period until the deadline.

Again we have a Uefa protocol everyone is Europe is following it and Napoli did not.

AFAIK the ASL spoken because they violated the COVID protocol creating the bubble in a predetermined hotel.
Every team must have this "hotel" and Napoli did not.

@coinlocket$ I read this Italian magazine in English. It explains very well what happened and why the Italian Health authorities (ASL) denied Napoli to go to Turin
From google translate I read
"In the meantime, the correspondence between Napoli and the two ASLs involved in the story continues, another delicate aspect of the investigation. Napoli asks for clarification in the face of the indications provided by the ASL in the various communications and even involves the Campania Region: between an email and the other the central role of the protocol is lost and at 18:25, through the intervention of the deputy head cabinet of the Region, home isolation is sanctioned for all players and staff members. For Napoli it is obviously a ban and skips the departure for Turin, scheduled for the evening. The players return home to respect the isolation and the Azzurri management informs the Federcalcio and Serie A situation, but the League is adamant: after having read all the documents sent by the ASL to Naples, it confirms the progress of the match for Sunday evening at 8.45pm."

So, Napoli probably didn't apply correctly covid protocols but it's very clear to me that they were stopped before leaving for Turin by health officials.

@coinlocket$ first of all thanks for this detailed explanation, because like others I too was under the impression that Napoli deserved some sympathy, and that the match should be rescheduled as it was unfair to directly loose 3 - 0. However after reading the detailed explanation posted by you, now it totally makes sense that there should be no rescheduling done, but sadly from the reports that I’m reading now they’re claiming that the match will be rescheduled, and only one point will be deducted for Napoli.

So basically what happened is that the Italian Health authorities denied Napoli the possibility to play the game. This created a sort of law conundrum because, of course, what's being said by health officials prevails on Italian Serie A decisions.
Therefore the game will be postponed to January 13th and Napoli will get some sort of penalty because they did not follow covid-19 health protocols.
No 3-0, which is good.

Wrong.
The Italian Health authorities didn't deny Napoli the possibility to play the game. It is fake news.
Napoli chose to not play the game against the COVID protocol. (for the protocol they had to play)
The Italian Health authority said to Napoli "we suggest not play the game", they didn't say "you must no play".

The question that nobody is asking is WHY they did it.
The answer to this question should be this one, Napoli violated the protocol after a player has been found positive so the Italian Health authority has to spoken.
If Napoli didn't violate the protocol the Italian Health authority had to stay silent since they had a protocol from the government.

So in the end.

Napoli probably violated the COVID protocol.
Napoli violated the FIGC regulation without going into the game.
Juventus violated nothing and they did things as they must do.

The regulation is a 3-0 and 1 point of penalty for Napoli.
If they will not give 3-0 they need to change the Italian regulation for football.

Also last but more important if they prove (and it seems clear) Napoli violated the COVID protocol and infected someone, (a player of young team played the same day while Napoli chosen to no leave for Turin) they risk a relegation in Serie B.

Seems logic if they can prove that Napoli violated the covid-19 health protocol?

The decision for the game Juventus-Napoli has been delayed to next week, typical Italian thing.

The rule was clear if Napoli wasn't on the game the result must be 3-0 for the opponent and 1 point of penalization.

Rumors are now to "play the game and take 1 point of penalty".

What a shame typical Italian do whatever you want "thing".

It is bad not only in Serie A but also in other big leagues. I believe that the short summer break after the last season ending plays role to spread the virus to football players. Players after the last crazy season jumped directly to beaches and enjoyed their short summer vacations. Then they came back to clubs, they already exposed with the virus and spred it around clubs.

With fast reactions and quick tests, I hope the new wave will be controlled soon. If not, leagues will be postponed unfortunately.

This is bad news for Inter Milan fans, with a total of 4 players who have tested positive for COVID-19, this makes Inter Milan have to play
without these 4 players for the next few weeks. Hopefully the number of people who have tested positive for COVID-19 at Inter Milan does
not increase again, and the 4 players can recover soon. Because Inter Milan is a potential candidate for Serie A champion for this season,
so they cannot lose many players due to COVID-19.

Inter looks like a team made on a manager, maybe years are not on the side of the team, a lot of players have been in football for a long time, but on paper Inter sounds powerful, great job for Inter management, how much will they be able to do in the Champions League?
