Well, the same old Atalanta destroyed Lazio 4-1.

Idk how teams still cannot counter Atalanta they play in the same way since last year.  Roll Eyes

It's been a tug-of-war for Bayern so far. Clearly, there 6-8 goals scoring era is over as teams have been waking up to the challenge so far. Dortmund and Bayern holding each other to a draw. No wonder they both lost last week.

64' on the clock
Bayern 2-2 Dortmund

Here you can talk about Benevento 2-5 Inter or Lazio being humiliated in the first half with 0 - 3 Atalanta...

Inter already scored
Already scored 4 goals in the first half including a goal in the first minute of the game by Lukaku. That wasn't surprising tho for someone seeing such result, I only wonder how Benevento managed to score a goal Tongue

I say even though it's far from the Scudetto, at least Milan can come back to UCL next season. IMO, with the current squad, it is enough to compete as a finish in 4th position or the lowest position to participate in the UCL playoffs.
Yes. Milan can fight and get a spot in top 4 for Champions League next season. They maybe end this season in the 4th position or 3rd position, I believe in Milan and their strength.

Then, about ibra as a motivator for the youth team? I think there is an effect that was brought by ibra to increase the confidence of young AC Milan players. No matter how small the impact on the player, this remains one part that cannot be forgotten.
I don't have any doubt on what Ibra brought to Milan, the club, the results and his impact mentally on young players in Milan as well as the whole Milan squad. Nevertheless, I don't agree if you call the Milan team is young. Most of squad members are not young enough to call them as young players. Above 24 years old, a player is no longer called as a young player.  Smiley

The overdue battle in the first round of Serie A Lazio - Atalanta promises to be very interesting. Both teams have won matches during the weekend. It is very difficult to identify the favorite in this match. A lot of goals have been scored in Lazio-Atalanta's recent games and I believe that we can expect a high result today. I am counting on a good match and at least 4 goals: over 3.5 @ 2.25

Yes, I saw how AC Milan played in the last few matches, and this only refers to the current appearance. Of course, if in the history of last season, AC Milan struggled after a few matches serie-a, until they could only finish in 6th position. But if they are consistent, I am sure and (IMO) it is still realistic to finish in 4th position at the end of this season.

@Xxmodded yes currently Milan era is ended, but we will see new era for this clubs someday. They can't compete in UCL this season, but we will see how their transfer results this season. Last, Hauge become AC Milan players, AC Milan are more serious now. I think even far from scudetto, at least next season Milan will be on UCL.

@kassex forgetting milan? Maybe no. But current Milan transfer look like effective, even Ibra too old for some people, i think he is the real captain for Milan squad. He can bring a motivation for Milan in transition phase within next 5 years as your minimum

I doubt that this will happen AC Milan fans im Reddit are mofe realistic when it comes to their expectations towarda Milan's season. Even big transfers Milan has doesn't even raise their expectations towards Milan. That's why if they want to exoect something new from their team they need to see some actual improvements and that is from winning more games and be more competitive. They have been fooled a lot of times now with big transfers that didn't help them at all.

In my opinion there must have been an error in the execution of the swab to the genoa players, I see it almost unlikely that within 2 days 14 players tested positive for covid19 and 2 days before they were all negative. if this were really the case, we will most likely see the leagues stop several times during the season, football is a game of contacts and therefore it is inevitable that a positive infects a negative
Generally you can doubt about how accurate a negative test was done and not a positive one since it detects virus particles. The only logical explanation in case of several false positive is the guy doing the swab, is infected and spit on each test...  Roll Eyes

Players for Napoli did the 1st test today, the second one will be this Friday so until then will probably don't know if and how many players are infected with the COVID 19 due the game with Genoa 2 days ago.
Expected to do the testing after few days but the early one is kind of waste of money, it will only reassure them to resume training but better to keep distance from each others..

~snip~
Torino is a club that is strong enough for Genoa, I think Genoa will lose that match.
If they have to keep playing without some of their best players I think this will happen. In a history of six matches Genoa have never won and only drawn once. Regarding the problem of fourteen players positive Covid-19 , are there other regulations such as postponing matches, because this concerns the safety of many people.

Sure, Inter Milan are strongest than atalanta, since I'm A Milan Fans, may better Atalanta being champions in Serie-A next season if AC Milan still can't woke up from his sleep Cheesy
The reason not because I don't like inter milan, but I like how Atalanta determine their perform last two season.
LOL, you have to dare to admit the truth, mate.  Cheesy

I am also a fan of AC Milan for a long time. I loved their game and the composition of the team in their heyday, but now I dont see them as a team that opponent fear because they have transformed themselves into an ordinary team. Too many coach changes and the player brought in couldn't do much to reach the top of the standing at the end of the season. Obviously I feel disappointed because it's one of the team I like.

Now I hardly see them playing every weekend anymore and only see the highlight after the game is over. A perfect start for them this season, their first win at the start of the season is a good sign and hopefully they can maintain and improve consistency.

In the 90's, Milan was really good. After that period, they were good but not tremendous anymore. I remember a final in the Champions League were they were 3-0 up against Liverpool, the game ended 3-3 and Milan lost the penalties there. I think they are not good enough to have a chance to become champion in Serie A.  Juventus and Inter (and maybe also Atalanta) or stronger.
Milan has a long way to the top, and if they continue to work, then perhaps in 5 years they will be able to compete for the championship in Serie A. For now, I think the main contenders are Juventus and Inter.

Lol 5 years? I doubt they still have a long way to go the only player making  them look relevant is Ibramovic without him Milan is nothing they need to invest much money to close the gap between Juventus and Inter for now probably 10 years if they invest wisely and not sell all the time]
In 10 years, they will have to change all of the current roster. Players over 30 can no longer compete with the young. Football now needs higher speed, more strength and endurance. So 5 years is the minimum. If they cannot, then they can. forget about Milan.

I don't say if Milan better than Inter, i admit the fact if Inter is better than Milan. What I say just I wish Atalanta become the champions than Inter if Juventus failed. Nothing more Cheesy, just supporting another blue.

From 2011, and most of players retired AC Milan can find their best performance, changing coach many times, buy and sell players, to re-build the dream team still not happens. 5 years not enough for milan, maybe if Arabian Billionaire take over Milan, and bought a lot of quality players, may it will happens, but who is the man Cheesy

16 matches unbeaten in serie-a since serie-a restarted after COVID, this results sounds good, will see maybe something really happens, Pioli bring a magic for Milan and get their 19th scudetto
Last three years always Inter Milan have good position in the result and pass qualify to UEFA champion league, but AC Milan never get participants on UEFA qualification because never got finish on top four Italy Serie A table. There give opinion how better Inter Milan than Ac Milan although Milan have many trophy or EUFA Champion league last ten years but now the Mila era have ended. Look with their player composition how bad they are, just take Zlatan Ibrahimovich have old year and become the foward for AC Milan.

for sure it is a good opportunity to finally see the young players playing matches

There are about 9 players born in the 1980s, the rest are players with birthdays in the 1990's and 2000's who are still quite young. They still have more than 16 names of players who are negative covid-19 that available to play in the match against Torino this weekend. Torino is a club that is strong enough for Genoa, I think Genoa will lose that match.

14 people from the Genoa team, players, and staff has been found positive to COVID19.
They are now worried also for Napoli's team since they played yesterday.

I think they will need to postpone some games now for Genoa, not sure yet.

wow.. and now?

will he have to do the other players he has in the squad? and if the players run out? will they call the team "spring"?
for sure it is a good opportunity to finally see the young players playing matches
