Regarding the new Juventus coach, Thiago Motta, I actually have quite good hopes for this coach at Juventus. Even though in his coaching career he has not had the opportunity to coach a big team before. But he has coached at least 4 teams which should make him have enough experience. He has coached PSG U-19, Genoa, Spezia and Bologna. And Bologna actually got quite a clear improvement in performance after being coached by Thiago Motta. but I also understand if you doubt Thiago Motta. because I might also have doubts. But after I saw how Bologna managed to get a ticket to the UCL, I think it was all thanks to Thiago Motta who was able to make Bologna succeed in making extraordinary use of every available player. So I think Thiago Motta will also be a good coach at Juventus.
Of course, the result that Bologna was able to achieve is due to Motta, but this does not mean that he can be a good coach for Juventus. And in fact, I don’t expect great results from him, I even think that Juventus was a little hasty in appointing a new coach, because now on the transfer market there is a choice of good coaches, the first thing that comes to my mind is Pochettino or Terzic. They both have much more experience, and seem to me more suitable for this position. But apparently Juventus chose Motta because he is more familiar with Serie A, I hope they were not mistaken with this choice.

Conte has made a request to sign several star players in the summer including Lukaku, so it does indicate that Osimhen may not be in Conte plans next season, I think you must have known if Napoli are currently planning to exchange Osimhen for Lukaku?

I honestly think we will end up in this direction too
exchange Osimhen Lukaku and money from Chelsea so that Napoli can buy other players!

this plan is flawless and puts Roma in a bad situation and they must IMMEDIATELY look for a serious striker or there will be problems
De Rossi start with problems new season.

Douglas Luiz is indeed one of the players who I think will be quite useful at Juventus. And now Juventus is just one step away from getting this player. Just complete the Medical Test and this player will join Juventus. And this marks the end of the midfielder hunt for Juventus. However, I'm actually not that optimistic about Juventus next season. Because I still doubt their new coach, Thiago Motta. Will he be a better coach than Allegri or not. But I don't doubt Thiago Motta's potential to become a great coach. But what I mean is whether his adaptation process at Juventus will go fast enough or not. Thiago Motta is a young coach with potential but the pressure of coaching a team as big as Juventus will certainly provide different challenges to when he coached Bologna. But hopefully he succeeds there and doesn't disappoint all Juventus fans.
It looks like a medical test for Douglas Luiz has been scheduled for next week. And it looks like the Juventus club really wants to use this player for the long term. Because the contract agreed by Juventus with Douglas Luiz is until 2029. And Juventus brought in Douglas Luiz by paying 25 million Euros and adding two players, namely Iling Junior and Barrenechea. I don't know whether this is a fairly profitable deal for Juventus or not. But Juventus looks like they will fight harder next season.

the market that Juventus is making is really interesting and this year, as I have already said, the guys in the team can aspire to have a good championship and even go to the Champions League by doing some good matches, the market seems very promising to me, a young man who I like Douglas Luiz a lot and he can do really great things now we're at a bit of a standstill for calafiori who is another excellent player, we'll see...

I'm glad to see that Douglas Luiz passed his medical exam at Brazil's medical center, but I'm not pleased with the deal that Juventus made to include their future players Enzo Barrenechea and Samuel Iling-Junior. Juventus could have used an older player in the deal instead.

I heard that Juventus would include Kennie in its deal with Villa, but Kennie wants extra money to be a part of the deal between Juventus and Villa. Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenechea could be stars, but they are still young. Again, Enzo Barrenechea also plays as a midfielder. Emery is clearly getting two possible stars and extra cash by moving Luis.

AC Milan made a change of coach this season after they have been under the coaching of Pioli so far, Pioli has actually managed to bring Milan so far quite good and continues to be able to compete in the Scudetto race, but unfortunately the owners of Milan seem to be not satisfied with Pioli performance so they fired him and replaced Pioli with Fonseca, I don't know what is in Milan mind but I don't think the change of coach will have the effect It means for Milan if they do not improve the quality of the current squad, if we pay attention to the profile and experience of the two coaches, of course we can see if Fonseca is not better than Pioli.
Yes, I think Milan management made the wrong decision regarding this matter. The reason is, replacing Pioli with Fonseca is not a good thing. Because as you said, if you compare the performance of Pioli and Fonseca, it is clear that Pioli's performance is much better than Fonseca. Apart from that, there is clear evidence that Pioli had a good performance while coaching Milan, namely that he was able to bring Milan to win the Scudetto in the 2021-2022 season. So what is there to doubt about Pioli, because in essence, as we know, currently Milan always fails to win the Scudetto in Serie A, it is not Pioli's fault but rather the fault of Milan's management which is having a very difficult time spending money to buy players. So with limited players, Pioli will certainly not be able to implement his strategy optimally. Therefore, it is natural that in the last few seasons Milan has had great difficulty in reaching the top of the Serie A standings. In fact, I really praise Pioli, because with the squad that Milan currently has, Pioli is still able to bring Milan to finish in second place in Serie A.

Milan have officially signed Fonseca and of course they have high hopes to be able to see Milan return to its glory, especially in the Champions League, but in my opinion, Fonseca, who has been prioritizing attacking games, of course must overhaul the Milan squad as a whole because so far Pioli has often prioritized a strong defense by relying on counterattacks to defeat his opponents.

Because Fonseca has officially served as coach at Milan, it is certain that he is expected to be able to bring Milan more success than when Pioli coached. But I'm a little doubtful about this, because as you said, Pioli and Fonseca's coaching strategies are very different. So you can be sure that with these factors, the players that Milan currently has will definitely follow Fonseca's coaching style and maybe there are some players who are not suited to that coaching style. And the worst thing that Fonseca can face is when, for example, some Milan players don't like the strategy he is implementing, and there is tension between him and the player. This will of course worsen the team's condition, so that is why the Milan management's decision to fire Pioli and replace him with Fonseca was inappropriate. Because of course the playing style and strategy that Pioli applies to the Milan players is very inherent. So when a new coach comes with a different style of play, there will definitely be players who are less comfortable with it.

This was done to be able to keep up with several other team who are also busy bringing in players to strengthen the team with the aim of improving performance next season, with the Juventus squad being the same as last season, they will have difficulty developing.
Juventus have started to get busy with the upcoming transfer market, they are starting to look at and make several offers and are even trying to really get every player they want, this really makes it possible for them to have the opportunity to win the Scudetto next season.
What Juventus still has to be wary of is AC Milan and Inter Milan because these two teams are definitely still able to show stable performance and they are the biggest threat to Juventus winning the title.

Douglas Luiz himself during his time in the Premier League with Aston Villa looked quite good, even though he produced lot of yellow cards and always committed several fouls, but all of this was done to prevent Aston Villa defense from breaking down.
Moreover, he is also player who can always optimize his performance in every position and under any conditions, being sharp goal scorer and creating quite good assists.
Juventus really needs his performance in preparation for every competition next season, he is one of the best recruits this summer.

They have already made some signatures though I'm not certain what position they fit into or plays, but I will get to know them better whenever the pre-season kicks off.
Yeah, much changes won't be done as I expect him to work with the squad as it'll make his job completely easy for him. I love the way coaches tackle the issues from defense, because with defense you're good as dead in your squad.

I don't think I see the name Victor Oshime and Khivicha Kvaratskhelia also leaving the club, they'll try to tame them down this season and if they can successfully do that, Antonio Conte winning the Scudetto Seria A Competition will happen in a fine style. Having Victor Oshime and Khivicha Kvaratskhelia would be great I must say.

He's won the Seria A Scudetto League Competition with Inter Milan and Juventus, he knows what tactics and strategies to use this season. I trust him because I saw what he did with Chelsea during his first season years ago.
It is true that they are looking active, Napoli may end up with a good result next season, and it is going to be quite fun to see them do better again. We should realize that things aren't all that simple, there are many ways we could do this and sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's very tough.

I think the best way to move forward for them would be not expecting a title or anything like that because I do not think that they are going to be that good, obviously it will take a while and we should see them as a team which is getting better. Finishing top four this season would be enough, that would get them a good launching pad and after that they could do better and better, finally getting a title yet again, but not this year.

He is going to win, not copy anyones. See his record: Juventus, Chelsea, Inter Milan. Napoli is not perfect. Particularly with defense, they need some cleaning. And then lose Osimhen? Difficult break. But pay close attention; keeping Kvaratskhelia is wise. That kid's got talent, real talent. Believe me, under Conte he will be a star.
Of course, Conte is a very experienced coach, especially in Serie A, Napoli is not his first club in Serie A. So Conte certainly already understands more or less the performance of the entire squad. Yes, at least, it will be quicker to adapt.

.......Conte just needs to try to keep them, especially Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia. Conte main task is to restore the player mentality and confidence, which was disrupted at the hands of Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Francesco Calzona. I
However, the composition will not be like this.
Napoli is still trying to attract various clubs related to Aosimhen and is indeed eager to sell Osimhen. It is even reported that Napoli has lowered Osimhen's valuation. Yes, Napoli have reduced the asking fee of Osimhen which was previously a €150m release clause to only €100 million. Honestly, this is quite a drastic change, yes this is still a struggle for them to be able to get the best negotiations.

Source: apoli drop Osimhen valuation – Arsenal, Chelsea, PSG, and Saudi Arabia on alert

At least, they can let Osimhen go. This offer suddenly became news material for various clubs, some of which were rumors: Arsenal, PSG, Chelsea, and also Saudi Arabia. Even though Osimhen was one of the fantastic players last season, he was truly loyal to Napoli and at the end of this season, he was forced to let go. There are several things that make it quite unfortunate. but on the other hand, Napoli also has targets and plans and strategies that must be fulfilled for the club's progress.

After Napoli won the the Italian Serie A in the 2022/23 season, I was of the opinion that he should leave the Italian club and join a bigger European club in other to continue playing football at top level but the club's president kicked against accepting any transfer offer for the Nigerian. It is obvious that he wanted Osimhen to remain at the club hand help them retain the Italian Serie A title as well as have a good outing in the UEFA Champions League competition but unfortunately for the club, they failed to win the league title and also had a forgettable campaign in the UEFA Champions League competition.
Now, Napoli management are ready to accept a fee below the release clause of the Nigeria international so they can sell him off and make good money from his sales. Personally, I think Victor Osimhen still have a lot of quality football to dispense and signing him will be a very good move for any top European club. There are reports that many clubs including Chelsea, Paris Saint and other European clubs are in strong contention to sign him. Hopefully he gets a good offer from one of the top European clubs

Napoli's management were deluded after winning Serie A, they thought that since Napoli won Serie A very easily, with a very large points advantage, then in the following season things would be the same, they didn't expect that with With the traitor leaving, things wouldn't go well, that's why they didn't want to sell Osimhen, probably Napoli's management were looking at the European Champions League, but they made disastrous choices when hiring coaches, which led to Napoli falling a lot, now Selling Osimhen will be difficult, because Chelsea are no longer interested in him, Chelsea are more focused on very young players, they are looking at the long term and I also highly doubt that PSG will sign him. PSG will probably sign another good striker for a lower price.

Napoli now need to keep their entire squad, so they have a chance next season. They have a good squad, and now they have a good coach, with this good combination, they may be able to win Serie A. But Napoli's management needs to be patient, when a coach arrives at a team, it takes time for that coach to become getting used to the team, at least in the first season, it helps to get used to it and be able to correct the necessary mistakes and in the second season win titles

Conte has proven capable of managing a team, if he gets a capable squad that suits his wishes, I think Conte will be successful in bringing a team to success. The depth of Napoli squad is still mostly filled with players inherited from Spalletti, Conte just needs to try to keep them, especially Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia. Conte main task is to restore the player mentality and confidence, which was disrupted at the hands of Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Francesco Calzona. If Conte can fix this quickly and adapt smoothly, his chances of leading Napoli to become a team challenging for the title next season are quite big. However, if the plan does not match expectations, I would not be surprised that Napoli will change their manager again.
Conte is a coach who has felt many prestigious titles so far, so indeed we cannot doubt his capacity in coaching a team so far, Napoli of course expects a lot from Conte at this time to be able to bring them to be able to compete again in the scudetto competition next season, but to do this is not an easy thing, even though Conte is a great coach but still he needs a qualified squad to be able to compete With Milan, Intermilan, Juventus and Roma in the race for the Scudetto, the many coaching changes that Napoli has made before certainly put the squad in a unstable condition, because each coach of course has a different view in their squad choices, so Conte must be able to put all that together and determine the right 11 players for fill in Napoli starting XI next season.

Conte has made a request to sign several star players in the summer including Lukaku, so it does indicate that Osimhen may not be in Conte plans next season, I think you must have known if Napoli are currently planning to exchange Osimhen for Lukaku?

It was a disaster last season. Running a winning team requires more than swapping coaches like socks. The board must stop wasting time and build something. Please dont experiment with us as a video game.

Last year's defence was a joke. There must be major improvements. Isimhen and Kvara are two of the league's best attackers. These superstars require midfield steadiness, support, and a defence that can stop someone.

Conte is a brilliant coach but no magician. He cant do it alone. They need the board to invest in this team. You win championships by doing that, not by switching coaches.

Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Rudi Garcia were all failed experiments. They didn't add any quality to the club and the worst of them is Garcia. He had problems with some key players and disorganised the team that was built by Luciano Spalletti. They maintained a good attack but the midfield and defence were nothing to commend. And this affected the performance of Victor Osimhem and other key strikers. But it seems Aurelio De Laurentiis is ready to correct his mistakes this season. They have secured the services of a first-class coach Antonio Conte. And the club is doing everything possible to sell Victor to enable them to have funds to buy more players. Some interested clubs want Napoli to reduce the price tag placed on the Nigerian but Napoli is still insisting on $120m. I know they want to make money but based on the average performance of Osimhen last season and his injury-prone nature, they should consider reducing the price and also seek other means of raising the needed funds to fortify the club for next season.

Napoli have actually placed that high level of price tag on Victor Osimhen because they know that with the performance that Osimhen is showing right now, privately no club is actually going to buy him at €130m release clause. If someone does, they will definitely be a little stupid to do that. This is a way to actually keep him in the club even though he wanted to leave the club for Premier League in the last season already.

Maybe they are trying to do something like PSG did with Mbappé. PSG was offering Mbappé a lot of money to stay. Napoli is making the value of Osimhen look like to be a lot when it is not and probably also making it look like it is going to be a loss project if they actually sell him. But the public isn’t that stupid. Imagine him getting injured in the next season as well as staying with Napoli.

Whatever, today I have seen their official Twitter post that they lowered the price tag, and they want to let him go if any club offers near around €100m, Let's see if any EPL club expresses their interest now.

But Conte did not completely fail in the Premier League, because Conte managed to give Chelsea the Premier League trophy in the 2016/2017 season, and in the second season he experienced a decline until Conte leaving. Regarding Tottenham, I think there was a dispute that caused Conte to leave too, but basically, Conte is still able to produce good results in the Premier League. After all, basically Conte has good abilities and qualities as a head coach. Therefore, with Napoli successfully appointing Conte as their new manager, I am sure that Napoli will be able to compete in the top four in the Serie A standings next season. But not only that, because I also believe that Napoli will again be a team capable of competing in the race for the Scudetto next season.

Currently it is very difficult to find an experienced coach, lucky for Napoli because they succeeded in persuading Antonio Conte. Conte is a great coach, he has proven his capacity with Juventus, Inter and Chelsea, except at Tottenham and several other failures which of course cannot be a benchmark because he has been successful with other teams.

The Napoli president must fully support the framework Conte has drawn up, if he is given large funds then he will have more freedom in recruiting players. I am sure Conte will have a tremendous impact on Napoli and next season the Partenopei will also be able to compete at the top. I am very optimistic about Napoli.

Conte has an excellent reputation from his experience in managing Italian clubs. especially when he was coach of Juventus and Inter Milan. We have seen Conte's extraordinary record in his success in making the team he managed become champions.
It is very clear that Conte's reputation is very much in line with the philosophy of the Serie A game, why is that because Conte spent his career and the beginning of his career as a player he wore the Lecce 1985/1992 and Juventus 1992/2004 uniforms and it is very clear that he has always been successful in bringing Serie A clubs to win the Scudetto, but it is different when handling Premier League clubs, he always had difficulties and even ended up being fired.

The only team in England that he failed to give a trophy to was Spurs because at Chelsea he succeeded in winning the English Premier League major title so it wasn't Antonio Conte's fault considering that Spurs didn't seem to have a winning mentality. Even though Antonio Conte came to the club to give them something they had been missing for a long time, unfortunately the team was just a competitor without being able to win anything for years.

Returning to Serie A will definitely make him feel at home so he will have much more freedom in winning important matches. With Napoli he will continue the journey that was postponed and there is no doubt that he will become a real competitor for other big teams. Please note that Antonio Conte is one of the best coaches in this competition so I think other strong teams should not underestimate Napoli this time because they are in good hands.

Yea, he will do better being a coach in Seria A because he spent a lot of his time there. Napoli will be transformed by Conte and the club will be successful next season even though they don't win the title. Conte also needs a good striker to make scoring goals easier and that is what he should be looking at currently.

Next season will be a competitive season in Seria A because all clubs are reshuffling and strengthening their teams ahead of next season. We might not see Inter dominate the league like they did this past season.
