Last season was a very impressive season for Napoli, their ability to win the Scudetto at the time is really great

It was completely Spalletti effect. We have all seen how much he made difference.  Smiley  But since he decided to leave the team couldn't pull themselves together. They changed a few managers in only one season which is another horrible move. You can't achieve success in this way. Players have to adapt to a new manager and his system every single time. You are just losing a lot of time in the meantime.

I wish they signed Conte much earlier. Maybe there would be a way to save the team even during the previous season. At least to help them qualify for a tournament. Anyways, I believe in Conte to make a very positive impact.

To build a team requires a process and strong finances to support the coach in recruiting the players he wants. I think Napoli's management is aware of this and with their current capabilities they will definitely try to rebuild this team from scratch after last season's failure.

Napoli management's decision to recruit Antonio Conte is a pretty good step, Antonio Conte is a coach who has good qualities and is very experienced in Serie A so it is very likely that he will be able to make Napoli rise, but not necessarily in his first season he will immediately be able to get Napoli back on track. in the top flight again, everything also requires a process and Napoli's management must also be patient for that and not make the mistake of changing coaches again like they did last season.
A great and strong team is not built in one season and of course it takes a lot of time for the coach to do it, in addition to indeed needing a capable and experienced coach, of course the team management must trust and support the performance of the coach fully with the finances they have, Conte is a very experienced coach in coaching the club, but he will not be able to turn Napoli into a scudetto competitor team in a short time,  so I think the management has to give him time to be able to slowly find the right formula to be able to restore Napoli as a Scudetto contender.

Napoli has been quite good financially, but if you pay attention, the main problem of Napoli today is the owner of the club who does not hesitate to sell his star players when it comes to big offers, besides that Napoli experience with Spalletti last season can be a reference for how bad Aurelio de Laurentiis leadership was while leading Napoli, often he intervened too much in every decision made by the coach so that it was difficult for the coach to develop his squad well and maybe that will also happen to Conte later.

Of course, Napoli's main focus at the moment is to recover from adversity and it is hoped that with the arrival of Antonio Conte this plan can run well. The reason is that if we look at Napoli last season it was very chaotic and I even gave up on their poor performance. Even when placing a bet I was no longer interested in Napoli and chose a promising team like Inter or Bologna.

Fresh funds must be disbursed by the club president and management to support the needs needed by Antonio Conte and of course he does not want to be given responsibility with the current players. If Napoli don't want to spend large enough funds on transfers, they have to prepare for the worst by repeating the same season as last season.

It's actually such a shame, because I could remember when Napoli actively won the league with so much points difference even before the was concluded now only for them to come back the following season and play this nonsense and it's just quite sad to see how they drastically reduce from a one time power house Napoli to something else I mean it's crazy man.
Last season was a very impressive season for Napoli, their ability to win the Scudetto at the time is really great because they are able to compete with other big teams, last season Napoli managed to become the most productive team in scoring goals while having the strongest defense with conceding very few goals, but what fans expected to continue their glory this season had to be stopped after Spalletti resigned As a Napoli coach, Spalletti poor relationship with the club owner was the beginning of Spalletti decision to step down which ultimately made Napoli suffer a slump like this season.

The many changes of coaches made by Napoli are actually unable to lift their performance and even make the team even more regressive, not only in the scudetto competition Napoli also has to be absent to play in European competitions next season after failing to penetrate the European zone this season, Conte arrival at this time of course makes Napoli fans hope a lot if their team will be successful and let's see if they bounce back or remain like an old car walk.

Napoli began a new era with Antonio Conte, he was an experienced coach and of course had mastered Serie A. Certainly not easy for Conte if he was not given fresh funds to bring in several players to build his squad. De Laurentis must realize that this season his team was very down and he also had to change his bad habits that were too interfere with and intervened in the coach like his case with Spalletti. If the President of Napoli is able to make good relations with the coach and his staff, I am sure Conte will be able to bring Napoli to rise and be able to compete in the top board. Of course finish the top four to be the most realistic target instead of aiming directly to the scudetto.

Sometimes bringing in a new coach is only partially successful or far from the club's expectations. Talking about whether or not Conte is able to make an impact on change all depends on how Napoli addresses all the problem points within the club. I don't doubt Conte's formulation when dealing with an Italian club. However, things are different when dealing with English clubs, he always fails, hopefully Conte will be able to bring change next season.
Every coach can also learn from failures in the past when coaching a new team in a different league from the previous one and in the next season of course Conte must prove himself again with Napoli because Conte will nurture the Napoli players and make them better in the championship. And even though Conte's performance has not yet started at Napoli, I am sure every coach will try to make the team better even though there is a possibility for the opposite also at Napoli.

You are right because they were so impressive on there previous seasons so at least they should have tried and come out with more encouraging position instead of the position they ended up, and funny enough they could not even see the champions League this season, so perhaps it will be very bad for Napoli if they are not able to make a good impact next season because there fans are seriously hopping for the best next season, however another club I'm seeing that would do very well next season is Atalanta because there squad is very interesting and Lookman is very ready to deliver anytime so I'm very certain they will still qualify for the champions League again because they will possibly end up on the four or the third position again.

They really performed poorly last season after the previous season they won. I think under Conte's coaching Napoli will perform better. They don't need to rush and Conte must be able to evaluate the squad as a whole. I think Napoli benefit because they are not playing in European competition next season. They have had a lot of time to prepare to play in Serie A and I am sure they will be able to get into a better position next season. With a note that their striker, Osimhen, chose to stay in Napoli. There are many rumors that Osimhen will leave the club. I think if that happens Napoli will experience a very significant decline in performance.
With Conte's arrival at the Napoli club, of course there are great hopes that Napoli fans themselves will have for next season as long as the Napoli squad is still quite united and do not hate each other at the club. Apart from that, Osimhen can still be relied on as a fairly active front line player even though Conte himself also has to improve the back line in order to make a team like Napoli stronger in Serie A. Because Conte is expected to be able to pass on his experience to the Napoli players. So that Napoli can get better improvements in their performance next season.
Conte's presence has indeed given Napoli new hope, how they now have more confidence that under Conte's direction they will be able to play even better. In my opinion, hating each other in a club is an unprofessional action, because they are paid to play here and they have to act professionally and be responsible for their respective duties, although I cannot deny that internal conflicts will always exist. It is a process, but the important thing is that they must be able to quickly solve the problem.

Now Conte must be given the freedom to be able to implement something he wants to implement. If they are able, Napoli must also be able to fulfill Conte's wishes, such as the players he wants and so on. It would really help the performance of a coach if Napoli provided that facility. The first thing Conte has to do is understand each player's character so he can implement a suitable strategy.

Since Napoli formal manager left the team, it has made Napoli performance very low in the Italian league competition, because the manager know how to select players to Play in the first half and second half, and it will bring victory at the end. But since their managements brought in a new manager, it has made Napoli team to look like a weak team to other teams, because they find it difficult to defeat small team because their new manager is not use to the players yet. I think, next season will going to be a better season for Napoli if Napoli players will still be complete in the team next season, because their manager has discovered some of the challenges that is affecting the team not to perform well this season, and it will going to make them to perform excellently in the future.

No one doubts Conte because he is a quality and experienced coach at Serie A so it is very likely that Conte can improve Napoli's performance next season as long as he gets full support from Napoli management.
Regarding Osimhen's future, it is still unclear whether he will remain at Napoli or not, but in my opinion, whether Osimhen is there or not, the Napoli team under Conte's coaching will definitely be better next season and to be able to return to peak performance, everything needs a process.

I actually agree that they should not have big problems because they are not performing in any kind of European competition in the upcoming season. They are only going to play in the Italian league matches. Even though it is going to be a challenge to finish in the top three or give a competition for the Italian league title, it still should be a challenge that they should do well in. From winning the Serie A to not performing in any European competition is definitely a big downgrade. But the good news is most likely they are going to perform better in the next season. Because there is very little chance that they will perform even worse compared to what they have done in this season.

From the positive side of having more time to focus on the domestic league, of course Conte can also focus more on organizing his troops, Napoli did in the last season find a very far decline until it could not be held back and did not enter the nomination of other leagues but maybe if with the survival of Osimhen there and did not choose to leave Napoli and reconstruct his troops to return to their prime when they led Serie A very well.

But if I may assume Napoli will be quite difficult if it comes to the top 3, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan and others are also unlikely to let it pass that easily which is their subscription place, I think being able to be in the top 5 is also quite better for Napoli.

Not appearing in major European competitions is quite a shame for a club like Napoli, but at least Napoli can make good use of this to focus on domestic matches and return to competing in the title race. Napoli's chances are greater than the chances of other elite clubs because competing in the competition international tournament. So it is a good opportunity for Napoli because the players will save a lot of energy so the players can perform optimally and not worry about experiencing fatigue because the club has more rest time compared to other elite clubs.

No one knows about the performance of Juventus, Milan and Inter Milan next season, basically Napoli is also an elite club like them, but how they will perform next season, they don't know whether it will be better than this season or worse, but what is clear is that Napoli is more profitable than the 3 these challengers, they have to prove to each other who is the best among the 4 strong candidates in winning the scudetto, especially as Napoli has changed quite competent coaches. So it is not an easy task for the coach to improve Napoli's performance in the competition next season.

Juventus has been known as the ruler of Serie A after their previous ability to dominate Serie A, so far Juventus is a team that can win the scudetto in a row and no other team in Italy has been able to do it like Juventus has done so far, after being involved in many cases and scandals, slowly Juventus performance has declined drastically and provided opportunities and convenience to other teams in Serie A to be able to Winning the Scudetto, this season Juventus performance is certainly in their worst phase and makes the management have to fire Allegri as the current coach and of course this gives hope for Juventus fans to see their team even better next season.
Yes, if you look at history, it cannot be denied that Juventus is the most successful club and has lots of Serie A trophies.
especially during its heyday from 2012 to 2020, Juventus' dominance in Serie A was unbeatable. This is one record that has not been broken for quite a long time. Became the Serie A league champion 9 times in a row without a break. Meanwhile, previously this was also the case, there have been many Scudetto trophies won by Juventus.

Source: Clubs with the most Serie A titles as of 2024

But unfortunately, since then, Juventus' performance has increasingly declined, even last season where Juventus was involved in a case and received quite heavy sanctions, it became a dark period for Juventus in Serie A. They really couldn't fight anymore, especially when they were given a cut in numbers. really big point. And since then, now, Juventus has slumped again. Even though at first they were very excited and their performance had started to improve again, since being overtaken by Inter Milan, their performance has dropped again. It seems like they need more support systems so they can play more optimally.

36 Scudettos, 16 Coppa Italia titles, 2 UEFA Champions Leagues, 3 UEFA Cups and many other titles. I will say without exaggeration, if there is any Italian team that deserves to be a counterweight to giants such as Real Madrid, Barcelona, M.U... it must be Juventus. Mental strength is one of the weapons that helped Juventus win Serie A nine times in a row between 2011 and 2020. But now, they easily sink and cannot get up every time they encounter problems in the match. Juventus does not show any desire to return to the top. Their playing style seems to be improvised and left to the initiative of each player. With the team's current form, a change in the coaching position will be necessary to revive Juventus. Juventus needs to overcome the crisis soon before things become out of their reach. if they don't want to see the collapse of an empire called Juventus.
What Juventus has experienced now will certainly be experienced by other clubs when they fail to maintain the strongest performance to always be maintained in every season and usually this is also the influence of the club president when they are no longer able to provide large funds to bring in reliable players every season so that a club like Juve must lose its glory days.
Of the several clubs that you said, this could also be an example if a club that looks strong and once dominated the title, will definitely lose that dominance when it cannot maintain everything related to the club.

Juventus still has a chance to return to its glory days but it will take time to find the right coach and more reliable players to be able to compete with Inter Milan, who is currently the strongest club in Serie A.
For the time being, Juve just has to focus on strengthening each line and also look for the right alternative coach like Allegri.

Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Rudi Garcia were all failed experiments. They didn't add any quality to the club and the worst of them is Garcia. He had problems with some key players and disorganised the team that was built by Luciano Spalletti. They maintained a good attack but the midfield and defence were nothing to commend. And this affected the performance of Victor Osimhem and other key strikers. But it seems Aurelio De Laurentiis is ready to correct his mistakes this season. They have secured the services of a first-class coach Antonio Conte. And the club is doing everything possible to sell Victor to enable them to have funds to buy more players. Some interested clubs want Napoli to reduce the price tag placed on the Nigerian but Napoli is still insisting on $120m. I know they want to make money but based on the average performance of Osimhen last season and his injury-prone nature, they should consider reducing the price and also seek other means of raising the needed funds to fortify the club for next season.
De Laurentiis has high hopes for Conte, where the President of Napoli really hopes that Conte can be a solution to the chaos left by the three previous managers. Actually selling Osimhen is not the right option, even though they need a budget to build squad depth. Together with Osimhen, Napoli ambitions have an even greater chance of being realized, why should they let go of their best assets.

Last season Napoli released Kim Min Jae to Bayern, and failed to bring in another player who was at or close to his level. I don't think Napoli will find a talented player like Osimhen in the transfer window at a cheaper price, De Laurentiis is clearly pushing Osimhen go out for the sake of profit alone. Conte can only hope they can bring in Lukaku.

Osimhen market value will continue to decline if next season he does not find his best performance, the injury factor will greatly affect his price. Only a few clubs can afford to pay the price set by Napoli for Osimhen, and it is possible that they will be reluctant to pay Osimhen release clause if De Laurentiis does not want to lower his price.
