It was a disaster last season. Running a winning team requires more than swapping coaches like socks. The board must stop wasting time and build something. Please dont experiment with us as a video game.

Last year's defence was a joke. There must be major improvements. Isimhen and Kvara are two of the league's best attackers. These superstars require midfield steadiness, support, and a defence that can stop someone.

Conte is a brilliant coach but no magician. He cant do it alone. They need the board to invest in this team. You win championships by doing that, not by switching coaches.

Rudi Garcia, Walter Mazzarri and Rudi Garcia were all failed experiments. They didn't add any quality to the club and the worst of them is Garcia. He had problems with some key players and disorganised the team that was built by Luciano Spalletti. They maintained a good attack but the midfield and defence were nothing to commend. And this affected the performance of Victor Osimhem and other key strikers. But it seems Aurelio De Laurentiis is ready to correct his mistakes this season. They have secured the services of a first-class coach Antonio Conte. And the club is doing everything possible to sell Victor to enable them to have funds to buy more players. Some interested clubs want Napoli to reduce the price tag placed on the Nigerian but Napoli is still insisting on $120m. I know they want to make money but based on the average performance of Osimhen last season and his injury-prone nature, they should consider reducing the price and also seek other means of raising the needed funds to fortify the club for next season.

Seria A is consider tough and we understand what it means for elite clubs to fight for the scudetto. It's never consider an easy race but the winning team will always come out stronger than the usual phase. Juventus will do better next season, they just need time to fall back on lane and attain winning as priority.

Thiago Motta is experienced, he was a good player during his prime and have accomplished alot. He is one of the good coaches and we know how tactical his game plans are and executing them shouldn't be a problem for the club.

Juventus has been known as the ruler of Serie A after their previous ability to dominate Serie A, so far Juventus is a team that can win the scudetto in a row and no other team in Italy has been able to do it like Juventus has done so far, after being involved in many cases and scandals, slowly Juventus performance has declined drastically and provided opportunities and convenience to other teams in Serie A to be able to Winning the Scudetto, this season Juventus performance is certainly in their worst phase and makes the management have to fire Allegri as the current coach and of course this gives hope for Juventus fans to see their team even better next season.

Thiago Motta is a young and intelligent coach so indeed Juventus management and fans of course have great expectations for him, next season Thiago Motta will officially coach Juventus and reportedly currently Thiago Motta has proposed several names of players that Juventus must recruit in the summer transfer market and Juventus management has also started to try to approach the player to support Thiago Motta in building his team framework next season.

I agree with you, Motta is a new coach and needs to study the club in other for him to know the team well. Any players that is brought in will need to time to adapt with the club football pattern. There is a lot of work to be done because Motta needs to bring his own game tactics for the players to blend in and that will take some time. I believe that Juventus from next two seasons will be able to win the trophy.

Many clubs in the past has faced what Juventus is currently into ,what the club needs is more patient with their coach to try to fix up things and by providing him with the funds to get the right players this transfer window to strengthen team a bit, especially players who will help them in achieving the desired result. I believe If they do the right thing there's definitely going to be a bounce for Juventus come next season and likely win the Seria A title.

Napoli were playing great the year they won the championship. All their players were in perfect harmony, but this year they were not very good and played very unbalanced. Those who expected another Scudetto for Napoli were badly mistaken. Inter is next. I expect the possibility of Scudetto again for Inter. I think they can be champions next year too, as long as they get through this transfer window in the best way possible.

Winning the scudetto is not easy as it seems and we've watched the top games and how they end up. Napoli is elite team and we should expects them to bounce back to winning paths as expected. Perhaps Napoli passing through difficult and we should also understand the coaching sector is not balance for the club, since Luciano Spalleti resigned, they've been having issues and facing challenges in selecting proper coach.

Yeah, that was beyond our expectations. When we thought that Napoli would be the main competitor for Inter Milan but unfortunately no instead of being able to compete Napoli didn't even get a ticket to European competition, who would have thought that would happen Cheesy For next season I can't expect more from Napoli or any other team because so far I haven't seen these teams do anything especially in the transfer window. Indeed, Napoli has a new coach Antonio Conte but it's not safe enough to compete they need new players in defense and attack because in the last season they had a bad record there only scored 55 goals and conceded 48 goals, what we expect from this record.

Even though Thiago Motta was born in Brazil, but Thiago Motta nationality is Italian. Thus, Thiago Motta is not at all new to Italy, so becoming Juventus coach does not make it difficult for him to adapt at all. Indeed, Thiago Motta is still relatively new in his coaching career but after all, Thiago Motta was previously successful in making Bologna perform well and compete in the top four last season. Also, If we compare Thiago Motta with Vincent Kompany at Bayern Munich, then I think Thiago Motta is certainly better even though he doesn't have much experience. Also, about Xabi Alonso is also still very new in his coaching career, but Xabi Alonso has managed to produce impressive results with Bayer Leverkusen. Therefore, I think there is nothing difficult for Thiago Motta to improve the quality and performance of Juventus next season.

Based on the duration of the contract that Motta has to coach Juventus, it is clear that he has sufficient time to fix every player who will come into the Juventus team, including old players who will not leave for other teams next season. And as usual, every new coach on a team will try everything to develop their own team's tactics and performance while paying attention to other teams for the same thing. Because Juventus is a big team that cannot afford to be weak at this time, it is more natural for them to rise and win trophies after several seasons of failure.

the truth is that Napoli, as I said the last few times, won the Scudetto also thanks to luck and the demerit of the others like Inter who managed to lose a Scudetto so easily by making mistakes in matches, easier losing points along the way, certainly goodbye by Spalletti to Napoli it was a choice that put Napoli in crisis but it's not just that, it's enough to see that here players are ready to escape from the team. Conte's arrival will certainly give new air but without excellent players they won't go anywhere
No, it's not true if you say that the title that Napoli got last season was just because of luck, it's not possible for Napoli to 77 score and as far as I remember at that time, Inter also didn't have any problems with their performance, but Napoli got the Scudetto title because it was the contribution of strategy Spalletti is so precise that he can bring success to Napoli.
And after that, last season Napoli performed very badly, this doesn't mean that Napoli is weak, but it was indeed the fault of Napoli management, who were always selfish in replacing the coach several times in the hope that Napoli situation would improve instantly, but did not realize that the change of coach had a bad impact on the team and made things difficult for the players to implement the strategies given by each new coach.

Conte has good experience in Serie A and regarding your belief that Napoli will get a little improvement in the team's performance, I really support it because looking at Napoli current efforts to retain their mainstay players and Conte will be very ready to give his best for Napoli at the end of the season.

Juventus really needs to fix the problems of its players, even though Motta may not feel that there is a problem with his players, he must be able to see that Juventus needs an overhaul that needs to be taken into account, in order to be able to return with a new enthusiasm to compete well in the next season. Looking for new players and recruiting talented young players must be done so that they have a goal scoring machine or their defense line. I hope Motta does his best for Juventus.
Juventus fans really hope that next season so that Juventus will no longer look bad and unable to compete for the top flight in the League. Even though Motta is a new coach at Juventus, I am sure he will use his experience and knowledge to see what Juventus' current condition is so that he can plan quite the right decisions like the several options you have mentioned. Because recruiting talented young players is an option that almost all teams want to do every season in order to make the team's strength even more formidable.
Undoubtedly, Juventus is in transition. Motta in? Yes, it's smart, but don't overreact. This isn't an overnight fix. Man, the team has major concerns. We're talking about old guys. Expecting a Ferrari to win with a rusty engine is like that. Bringing in new blood is nice, but they won't change the team next season. It takes time for them to gel. They cannot just start scoring hat-tricks every game. Juve could be able to compete next season, but they won't rule Serie A soon. This will take time. Watch Motta handle this. Hard job awaits him

Juventus has so many players who are over 30 years old. This needs to change immediately. They need to evolve into a more dynamic team to fight harder for Serie A titles. Football is changing and dynamic teams are one step ahead now.  Smiley

Motta is a young manager which is a plus for Juventus about this topic. I wouldn't expect him to prefer old player signings much. His system would also be different from Allegri probably. But before anything else, they need new transfers like I said before. If they sign midfielders who can contribute much more to scoring, it isn't too difficult for them to stay in the title competition until the final moments.
Well, if Juventus does not add more players to their team, I don't think they will find it difficult to win their games next season. Juventus still has more strong players available to win their games, because their players over the age of 30 are not more than those under the age of 30. Juventus can only get players that will improve their performance because they are unable to maintain their winning ways. We saw how they performed last season, with an excellent start but a poor ending. Even when they won the Coppa Italiana over Atalanta, I believe they were lucky to win the cup because their performance was not strong enough to beat Atalanta at the end of the season

If a coach does not want to work with old players, it is fine. In general of the younger players are, the better they should perform and the less they are prone to injuries. So it is a good thing to work with young players. But then he will lack experience in the field. The best idea is to have a squad that is balanced. Not too many young players and not too many old players.

Thiago Motta should add more players to the team. And I think they are doing the right decision by bringing in midfield players so that the supplies from the midfield to the attack are better. Because they have definitely not scored enough goals in the last season. At least not enough to compete for the title.

This could be the very reason why they lost as well. People think that Juventus suddenly became bad when they were at the top of the list and yet they do not see why. It is obvious why, because we are talking about a team that is filled with old players, which makes it very hard for them to have a win when all these players start to grow tired.

They start the season great, but gradually become more and more tired, and that shows in the results as well. They need a younger setup, at least younger bench, so that they could end up with some subs during the games that could help them. If they keep this old age situation going, then I am pretty sure that we are going to see them not do all that well, they will be pretty bad.

Having old players is not a big problem if they are performing. Just look at the Real Madrid squad from the last few seasons. The Whites had almost half of the main squad that was literally in the mid 30s. The problem is, Juventus has been facing a lot of issues recently. And at the same time, the older generation is not performing that well. Just look at the ban of Paul Pogba and the point deduction that Juventus got in the season before this one.

Ultimately, I agree that they have to bring in new players preferably younger ones.

By the way Paulo Fonseca has been appointed as new Milan manager after parting ways with Pioli. Fonseca has achievements in Portuguese and Ukrainian leagues so far. Many trophies achieved there.

When it comes to an Italian league experience, he has that as well. He managed Roma before (19/20 - 20/21 seasons). I can't say he was successful with Roma as he couldn't finish in top 4 in any year. But Milan is in a better condition with higher targets. Maybe having these conditions in his hands might help him show his potential in this league.  Smiley

Milan will need some transfers to strengthen their defense and they had better fill Giroud's space too.
Regarding the wikipedia information, its not the first experienced for Milan new manager Paulo Fonseca become head coach for Serie A teams because before managing Lille last season he has been Roma assistant manager since season 2019 to 2021. Its not too short for him know well with Serie A competition and his success achievement made Lille qualified to Champion League next season motivate him for winning any trophies with AC Milan next season.

Appointing Paulo Fonseca as Milan manager for next season replacing Stefano Pioli position has huge pressure for new manager must bring Milan reach the higher or top performance in domestic league and Champion League, Milan's fans won't see again their team failure in Champion League group phase last season and keep compete with Inter Milan for Scudetto race winning regarding last season has gap almost 20 points.

Previously we knew that Juventus was very interested in Mason Greenwood, but the problem is that Juventus does not have large funds to meet Manchester United's request. Now Juventus is negotiating with Manchester United by offering Federico Chiesa in the Mason Greenwood transfer deal.

I think Juventus' decision is quite risky because Federico Chiesa's performance has been very consistent over the years and he has become a key player for the club. So it feels like a forced deal by Juventus to get Mason Greenwood at a lower cost.

In your opinion, is this the right decision for Juventus to take?

I myself am not a Juventus fan, but in my opinion Juventus is starting to lose its glory days. It's difficult for them to return to their glory days because they haven't overhauled their players, because with what @Velvet78 has said, Juventus does have quite a lot of players who are getting older, so of course their performance will no longer be as enthusiastic as before. Even though Juventus still has the opportunity to perform better next season, it is very likely that they will experience some difficulties because of their players who in my opinion need to be improved.

Indeed, by recruiting young players of course it takes time to adapt and become the best of the best, of course Motta will do his best with the players he has, Juventus can compete closely next season if they are able to fix their performance problems and other problems.
Motta replaces Allegri, who was fired at the end of the 2023/24 season after Juve had to settle for finishing third in the Serie A standings. Meanwhile, Motta had an extraordinary season with Bologna, leading the Rossoblu to sit fifth in the final standings. After officially becoming Juventus coach, Motta has carried out his first crazy transfer scheme with I Bianconeri. It will be interesting to see what Motta's progress will be like at Juventus next season. However, he will clearly immediately start his work to prepare the team, including buying and selling players this summer. According to news, Juventus is reportedly getting closer to signing Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz. Motta really wants Luiz to join the squad. With this transfer, Juventus seems to really have high expectations for Douglas Luiz. It will be interesting to see whether Douglas Luiz will shine with Juventus under Thiago Motta.

Napoli, who did manage to win the scudetto last season, of course is considered very capable of competing and defending the scudetto this season, especially since their squad this season has not undergone many changes from last season, but in fact Napoli is experiencing a slump after Spalletti resigned as their coach last season, currently Napoli situation is indeed very difficult because indeed they have to be absent from European matches so that will make it difficult for Napoli to recruit star players to strengthen their squad next season.

In my opinion, Napoli current collapse is of course due to the loss of a great coach like Spalletti who is indeed able to concoct a pretty good strategy and tactics of the game in winning the Scudetto, besides that the many changes of coaches in Napoli this season of course make their squad unstable and have to end the season outside the current European competition, Conte arrival of course gives a little hope for Napoli to rise again,  But with the current performance and Napoli squad, of course, it will take a lot of time for Conte to bring Napoli back as a Scudetto competitor.

Bayern Munich does need to work hard like that to restore its glory as a giant team in its own league, but in the Italian Serie A there are also several teams that have recruited important players and are also still monitoring several other players to be recruited so there are a lot of rumors that are visible now and continue discussed by many people. And Juventus itself also wants to continue to look at the player market in order to get the players they want because Juventus also really wants to compete with very strong rivals next season.
Currently the transfer window is still open, every club is still free to recruit the players they need to improve their performance next season, Bayern Munich may not want to lose out on purchasing players this season, they want to dominate their own league again and also compete in the Champions League as well as several clubs. Serie A they buy players from other leagues, especially competitive leagues, so it will make the competition next season even more interesting because there are several new players who will fill these top clubs. I can't wait for it.

Talking about Juventus, this club is trying to improve their performance slowly before the season starts. Juventus has prepared several new players that they recruited. Juventus needs an effective attack line so that next season they can compete strongly with Inter Milan, who were their competitors in the title race last season, but lost in the competition because Inter Milan appeared consistent. Therefore the club nicknamed the old lady cannot just give up from Inter Milan, they must show their glory again next season.

Napoli set a very high price for Osihem, which ultimately became an obstacle for other teams who wanted to bring in Osihem for next season. If the team is not serious in pursuing Osimhen, then they will withdraw from the hunt when faced with a price that they think is too expensive, and that will be an advantage for teams who are willing to spend a lot of money to bring in Osimhen.

Paris Saint Germain were one of the teams Osimhen was linked with some time ago, with the finances they have, so I'm sure they would be willing to pay him. But the question is how interested are they in Osimhen? because recently the rumors have faded, or maybe Paris Saint Germain is not that interested in recruiting Osimhen.

I don't know whether Napoli really intend to let Osimhen go or is it just their trick, by setting a high price it is possible for them to keep Osimhen.
Well, I also sometimes wonder whether Napoli are really serious about letting Osimhen go or not. And actually, if you look at how strongly they maintain Osimhen's high price, I don't think Napoli are serious about trying to let Osimhen go. Because it seems they also realize that it will be very difficult to find a replacement like Osimhen to be placed on the front line.

And I also heard news about PSG being interested in Osimhen. but I no longer read the continuation of the news about those who want Osimhen. because what I found was that PSG was interested in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. But fortunately Khvicha Kvaratskhelia looks like he will stay at Napoli and Napoli themselves don't seem ready to let this player go. So PSG's desire to bring in this player will ultimately not come true.
Yes, maybe that is the scenario that Napoli is trying to carry out regarding their young player, Victor Osimhen. They are willing to sell at the price they set, and they will not let go if the offer is far from the price they want. This is something that we often see in football, where a team will charge a high price for their player to trick the player into not leaving the squad.

It also becomes quite difficult if the situation is like this, unless other teams can negotiate, for example they can add a player to Osimhen's purchase, if Napoli are interested in the player, then maybe they will let him go. However, it is also not easy, because of course Napoli also wants to get players who have good abilities and are not ordinary players into Osimhen's release clause.

Let's just enjoy whether we will see Osimhen leave or not.
