Their fall from glory is really something else because no one actually expected that they after performing so brilliance last season one would have taught atleast they would maintain their stride and continue to follow with the same vigour they ended their last year campaign but unfortunately everything went sideways and now they are struggling to meet up with a good position in the league table. What Napoli needs now is atleast a new coach that's going to atleast bring another mentality of playing ti the team and change everything so they would ignite that flare once more and again they still need to battle with the maintenance of osimien as the striker is still very active with his game.

They finished last season as champions. But this season they will finish in the middle of the league. They have to find a solution and a change of manager is the easiest solution in such situations. On the other hand, the name Ante Conte excites me. With him Napoli can regain their identity as a competitive team. Last season they were league champions and kept their squad but this season they are fighting to finish in the top 10.

Tomorrow they play their last league game of the season against Lecce. Both teams have no goals in the league. Both teams have had bad results in the last weeks. I expect it to be a low tempo game.

It's really sickening indeed because I just wonder how a team like them who have struggled to get to this point and become eligible for champions league football next season misuse their chance.  Believe me, Juventus will do everything on their power to win tonight as a lot rides on the outcome of the game since Atalanta will be looking to usurp positions of teams who aren't serious and it's sad to say Bologna have lost their chance.

This is football where anything can happen, even though Genoa were in a disadvantageous position, they were able to beat Bologna who were in an advantageous position. I myself didn't think Genoa could beat Bologna so I think Genoa was lucky, because even though Bologna lost they had quite a lot of chances but unfortunately they were just unlucky so some of their chances didn't result in goals for them. But of course, even though Bologna lost yesterday's match, it doesn't move them from their position, Bologna is still safe in their position and in the Champions League zone.

I previously thought that Bologna could beat Genoa because their position proved that they had a pretty good performance, but unfortunately Bologna couldn't beat Genoa, and with Genoa being able to beat Bologna with two goals, it lasted until the match ended.

Napoli still look for new manager indeed there are several names who linked to them but so far it is only rumours and the latest news is Gian Piero Gasperini that yesterday he was rumoured will being an the next manager of Napoli but today Gasperini was clarified this rumour that he has decide to stayed at Atalanta and probably Gasperini will signing new contract with this team and about Conte actually since several months ago Napoli was interested want to hire him but apparently Conte is not interested to train Napoli even the latest is Conte was linked to AC Milan

Napoli still considering several names as their next manager but that is still uncertain however besides the rumours about Napoli next manager i was interested to talking about Napoli players because some of players are potentially will leaving including Osimhen because it's officially Osimhen will be into Napoli sell lists this summer and we all know some of big clubs such as PSG, Chelsea or even Arsenal still compete to gets him and besides Osimhen Napoli captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo recently was asking to Napoli that he want to leave this team and it says Roma is thinking possibility want to buy him

This was a very poor outing by Bologna tonight. A top four team losing their last match of the season 2-0 to an average team like Genoa is not something commendable. As a team that will be playing in the Champions League next season, it is expected that they will be able to offer some kind strength and not this level of inconsistency of winning, too many draws and losses. I am not saying that they have not been a good team this season, they have done so well to have achieved a champions league spot. My only concern is that they have to do better and try to win more than they draw.

Maybe there is a new trend in the Italian Serie A where draw has become the new normal. For instance, Juventus have drawn their last six league matches, even those they were expected to win. Today they will be home playing against Monza, who knows if they will draw again and make people lose money because many people will bet them to win

With Bologna qualifying for the Champions League, there will be many more challenges that they will have to overcome next season and this will be a journey that Bologna needs to prepare for. If next season they don't buy any additional players then I doubt they will be able to compete in the group phase because the competition in the Champions League is very different. Without player support it will also make it difficult for them to face next season, especially in Serie A.

Remember how Napoli managed to win Serie A previously but as the season progressed they struggled to break into the top four. Even though they have players who are much more classy than Bologna and this is what Bologna needs to be aware of if they don't want to suffer the same fate.

You are right, Bologna's defeat is like a disaster for Roma because now they expect Atalanta to stay in their position so Atalanta must lose or at least draw against Torino and also Fiorentina, Torino is not a team that still has targets for the rest of the season while Fiorentina might still be able to replace Lazio if Lazio lost the last match so Fiorentina will play in the conference league, so this is quite complex for Roma while Atalanta may not be too concerned about helping Roma so that Serie A will be the only league in Europe that has six representatives in the champions league next season.

Bologna will definitely miss coach Thiago Motta. Even though he was only at Bologna for 2 seasons, he managed to make Bologna a strong enough team and was able to win a ticket to the UCL.

Before being handled by Thiago Motta, Bologna always had difficulty finishing in the top 10 of the Serie A standings. I agree with you. Congratulations to Atalanta who not only succeeded in becoming European League champions but succeeded in becoming the first team to break Liverpool's unbeaten record. A solid game of pressure and defense meant Leverkusen had no chances on the night. When the match had been going on for a few minutes, I saw that Atalanta was much more dominant than Leverkusen. Atalanta seems to rely on man to man marking because every leverkusen player will be marked by an Atalanta player. Even though they lost, I don't think it's an important result anymore for Bologna because they have already confirmed their place in the Champions League next season and vice versa for Genoa this is an important result so they don't have to bother thinking about finishing in the bottom table and they closed it by finishing in the middle of the table. .

I don't think I can say that, not really a major overhaul would solve them problems, at least they still have players within the club who wants to still show what they've got.
They should focus on selling names like Victor Oshime and Khivicha Kvaratskhelia so they can make good and solid profits from them sale. When that's done completely, then they can now focus on bringing in yougins with talent, quality and passion to play.

Stuffs like this happen, but these are same players used by Spalletti, Yes? This is enough reason why the coaches brought in are the problem, from Rudi Garcia to Walter Mazzari and whoever they brought in further.

It's not a time now to complain too much,  they should focus on what's important which is finishing strong and going so hard in the next transfer window which should further prepare them ahead for the new season.

Some Serie A teams still have to compete for the season. As for the relegation zone, it leaves the search for 1 team that will be relegated. Because the bottom 2 teams have no chance of catching up with the points at the top. While from Serie B Parma and Como are confirmed to move up to Serie A next season.

They are sure to replace Sassuolo and Salernitana because Empoli still has a chance to stay afloat due to a fairly thin points gap. This is the same as the teams replacing from Series B. Currently Venezia are up to their final awaiting the result of the Ternana and Catanzaro match.  So far Venezia are better in the rankings but I also think these 3 clubs are equally strong. They will work hard for 1 place in Series A.
