The defeat of Bologna makes last matches in Serie A more exciting but it is not good news for Roma.

Roma need Atalanta to end this season at the fifth position, not at any higher rank but Bologna already finished this season with 68 points, Atalanta have 66 points but they have to more matches and if they win only one of two remaining matches, they will at least end at the fourth positon. If it happens, Roma will not get a spot to Champions League, this defeat of Bologna is very bad news for Roma. Will Atalanta lose all two remaining matches or get like one draw, one defeat, I don't know. If there is no pressure from FIGC on Atalanta to help Roma, it's impossible for Roma to get that spot.

this result was definitely surprising for a lot of people, including me. I thought this match was going to be a win for Bologna. But Genoa was able to win this match easily. Well, I guess I should not say easily because they had only 26% of the possession of the ball throughout the whole match. I would say that they have done a good job to actually score 2 goals. On the other hand, bologna is going to finish in the top five positions and will participate in the Champions League competition. By the way, the performance from Bologna has actually not been that good towards the end of the season. They could have done better in the last five matches for sure

Yes, Serie A champion Napoli is in decline: Is it the fault of the club owner? Napoli is facing a "complete failure" season. The draw with Fiorentina in the penultimate round caused the Naples team to lose 9th place. Now, it is impossible to help Napoli reverse the situation, which has become worse since coach Spalletti announced his departure after winning Serie A last season. A Defending Champions finishing 10th in the standings is a big shame for the club. I think the Napoli team is a total disappointment this season because after the glory they had last season they allowed themselves to be in such a very poor performance and they didn't get a better Manager to revive the team and get it back it it's feet until the end of the season indeed it's a big shame for them. I didn't know what went wrong in the team but they made the biggest mistakes of their life by letting the coach that brought the cup to the team go, they should have given him more time to better the performance of the players and right now the team plays like they don't know what they are doing as they will keep losing focus and matches if they can't get a good playing pattern because nothing is working in the team. They need a total turn around because they have the same number of players they won the league with them last season and not qualifying in any European competition best season, I think they need a manager that will work on the team and ensure they compete with other teams next season.

Genoa won the game, and still, to me, there is no point in them lessening the gap between Napoli because Napoli also have a game to still play, and we all know that they have a very high chance of winning, so is there any point? All what you will be considering in this game is that of Bologna, seeing they have a possibility of dropping down to the fourth position on the league because they are sharing the same points with Juventus, and Juventus still have a game to play against Monza, which I know they will also not like to lose such an opportunity. Juventus will have to win Monza just to make it above Bologna. To cut a long story short, even if they don’t win again, Monza, which I mean, even if their game ended in a draw, they will still share one point each, and Juventus will still make it to the third place in the table. So to me, it was really a sad game for Bologna, not for anything but for losing against Genoa. 

No one noticed their present they are only shouting at Liverpool and Leverkusen that's only this two teams are capable of meeting in the final but unfortunately Atalanta break through by destroying the two big teams to win the trophy, Gasperini will be so happy to make two record this season, first winning the title is the big, while the other one was ending career of Leverkusen unbeaten record, Atalanta are just for the super Cup Against Real Madrid or Dortmund who ever comes out victorious, honestly that match is going to be tough because am even started to have feelings that we will definitely see a surprise thing like we saw on Leverkusen and Atalanta, Atalanta did their own best to make life difficult for Leverkusen, despite Leverkusen hold on to ball possession, and other most important things that will lead to victory.

A great coach who is full of experience can certainly raise the enthusiasm of a team to perform better. Napoli need to get a coach like that regardless of who they want to sign, but I definitely agree that Conte is the one who deserves the job.

Gian Piero Gasperini has been Atalanta coach since 2016 and recently won the Europa League title. That is the only title Gian Piero Gasperini has won in Serie A since he coached Atalanta, so I don't think Gasperini is the most desirable coach to take charge of Napoli next season. Conte is much more convincing for the job, but I don't understand the terms or some kind of agreement in question.

I'm sure it never occurred to Atlanta they were going to be able to achieve such a goal at the beginning of the Europa league games untill the point they got to the semi finals where they were fixed against Liverpool them they taught it was going to be the end of the game for them but I think beating Liverpool was the greatest unlocking of their potential because since after then they got to play differently than they have ever done since the beginning of the season, they developed a new and all inclusive tactics that got them the kind of results they have desired the most.

In their second leg against Liverpool they employed a whole new tactics that got to work for them so well that they used it against Leverkusen and it still yielded the kind of results they have desired to get by the end of the game and lifting the trophy was the highest point of their achievement this season as they got what felt bigger than their domestic league title for the season for the first time in a very long time.

Match that from the opening whistle it was clear that it would seem like a friendly, by now both teams had little more to ask of this championship. Bologna, despite the defeat, are sure to finish the championship at least in fifth position in the standings with 68 points, momentarily tied with Juventus, only Atalanta could overtake them as they still have to play 2 matches and have 66 points. For Genoa a victory that doesn't change anything in the standings

Honestly we should realize that not everything is all that easy and sometimes we face things that are not all that quick for us. We should realize that sometimes we deal with things that are not going to be easy and we should probably focus on how we could improve.

I personally believe that the last week is a lot more important, because there are a lot of teams who still look to be favourites and just because it is the last week and not a lot of people care, it shouldn't be all that important. All games matter, even if it is just few last games it still matters and I think every team will play like they always do. Betting is never easy, even in the middle of the season best teams could lose, so it is not really easier or harder right now.

You're right, this is history that Napoli made. In the past, Barcelona almost experienced a very big decline, but they were still able to recover and were finally able to return to the top of the standings again. Even though they won't be champions again, at least they can return to the top classes. Hmmm, maybe they want to be like Man United? I was a great achievement for Atlanta and Gasperini. They won the game against a team like Leverkusen while Leverkusen didn't a single game after 51 games even against much stronger teams and now a team like Atalanta with Gasperini could beat them while I was not expecting to see this coming for them.
If I'm not wrong the last time Atalanta won the Europa League title was 61 years ago and now after 61 years they won this tournament again while none could ever expect to see them beating a team like Leverkusen in this situation.

The game just restarted for second half action and the hosts are leading by a goal which they got earlier on in the first half through a superb shot from Malinovsky. The game is what I'd expect of it to be; the home side pressing to make three points to lessen the gap between them and Napoli who are 10th placed and ensuring Bologna don't win.
Bologna just can't afford to lose tonight as they have everything to lose if they since their position in 3rd place will be really threatened because I don't think Juventus will want to lose their game against Monza tomorrow. As it is even a draw will not give them assurance that's why they will need to put in more effort in this second half, get their acts together and stop wasting chances because I doubt Genoa will want to rest on this slim win margin.
 

Gasperini was train Atalanta since 2016 which mean he was in this team for 8 years and during his career Gasperini was never able to gets the trophy and this is his first time to gets the trophy and it could be very special because he can gets Europa League trophy and his achievement with Atalanta has been make Napoli was very tempting want to hire him as Napoli next manager and Gasperini said he still considering the offers from Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis because Gasperini probably want to find new challenge and left Atalanta moreover his contract will be expired next year

The contract extension between Gasperini and Atalanta representative currently is still on going and probably if both parties not reach an agreement then Gasperini will not extended his contract with Atalanta which mean this is good chances for Napoli to hire him and some of managers has been says Gasperini is a genius manager because without star players and huge funds he can bringing Atalanta to playing consistent in Serie A and this team also almost every year to playing at Europa Competitions even Atalanta can able to playing at Champion League several times so if this rumour is true maybe Gasperini is the right manager for Napoli

I am very surprised and it is a big shame for Napoli to finish in that position after winning the Scudetto last season. As Napoli stands now, they need a total reform in the club, maybe the players or the coach or even the both of them. Napoli finishing on the 10th position should be a slap on their face after sacking their former coach that led them to winning the Scudetto last season. I know they still have some good players amongst them, and maybe their pattern doesn’t just correlate with one another and a total style of play needs to be developed soon. I hope things get better for them last season as they advance to the next season without participation in any European competition.
