I think it would be really unfair if AS Roma fired Jose Mourinho in the middle of the season. Moreover, Jose Mourinho's performance this season is not too bad, in fact currently AS Roma is ranked 9th even though it is not ideal for a club like Roma to be outside the top five. However, this season Jose Mourinho is faced with difficult conditions because apart from not being able to bring in quality players, he is also faced with many core players who are injured. With the dismissal of Jose Mourinho as AS Roma coach, this is a special note for Mourinho because indeed, in his coaching career at the various clubs he managed, Jose Mourinho never coached a club for more than three seasons, even though he managed to win championships for the clubs he coached.
It was sad to hear the news that Mourinho was fired from As Roma. This is his 6th sacking so that means he will be labeled as a bad manager. He was no longer known as a good manager in 2005. Even though he had many good players such as Dybala, Lukaku, Gini, Matic, Tammy, Patricio, Vina, Pararedes and others. However, As Roma were unable to make changes, they even fell behind Bologna, and currently As Roma is in 9th place. Honestly, looking at these facts, it is natural for As Roma to fire Mourinho.
I think that if Mourinho had left last year, he would have been a hero, but now he has become the scapegoat for a club that has bigger problems. They think that having Mourinho as coach will solve all their problems.
